I don't think I've ever gone to the same place, two days in a row... until now. Jump Cup for the win. It might be the super friendly people-or the creamiest, coziest matcha latte ever, or the dreamy vintage architecture, with mid-century colors (we're taking hot orange and aqua)... and oh yeah, it's a drive-thru. Sold!!! They're open really early-which means I can go on workdays, before the south Tampa traffic starts. It's right there on Gandy, at Himes-just east of the Target. Both days, I was alone in the drive-thru so plenty of time to study the menus on the side of the little building. You order on one side, drive around and pick up on the other side. Both times, the workers were so helpful in choosing the extra sweeteners. In addition to matcha, chai, black and green tea, they serve coffees, steamers and refreshers... plus, there are snacks. I had a dense, delicious piece of banana bread-and am looking forward to trying the lemon bread, next. This little drive-thru only place is going to be in my regular rotation from now on. read more

Came thru Jump Cup on my way back home from St.Pete there wasn't a line so I was able to order quickly. I retried The Classic and my husband got a Banana Pudding Matcha. We pulled around and it didn't take long for our drinks to be ready. Very friendly service to add very nice spoke about our day and then our drinks were served. The classic was perfect still pretty strong like I remembered but this time had a nice sweetness to it. The Banana Pudding Matcha we got was delicious, sweeter than mines but it blended so nicely with the matcha itself. A really delicious drink. read more

Jump Cup is a really cool place to visit if you are looking for a fun coffee shop to try. They are drive-thru only and have a really large selection of drinks to choose from, which is nice since I mainly order teas, sparkling beverages, and other non-coffee options. On my first visit to Jump Cup, I was greeted by a super friendly worker who helped me decide what to order. She suggested the dragon berry blast, which is a combination of tropical dragon fruit, coconut water, and berries. Note: to enjoy this drink, you would have to like coconut. I thought it was super refreshing and not too sweet. My sister ordered the classic, which is a signature iced latte with brown sugar cinnamon and vanilla. She loved her drink and said that "it's not too milky and it actually tastes like coffee." On my second visit to Jump Cup I tried one of their jolting caffeinated refreshers in the flavor raspberry lime. It definitely gave me an energy boost, but I would probably order something different the next time I visit just because I didn't love the flavor combo. I'm not sure how the crowds are in the afternoon, but I have visited in the morning and had minimal wait times in the drive-thru, which is super nice when you're looking to get a quick drink for the day. read more

I've been looking forward to Jump Cup opening to possibly add a new spot to my rotation and so far I have been a few times to give them a try. My first visit I ordered a small hot latte (The Classic) from their specialty drink menu. I was not expecting the drink to be so tiny. Their small hot drink size is 8 oz vs the standard 12 oz that other local coffee shops start their drinks off at, but the price is the same for 4 oz less. It's not listed anywhere on their menu so it's worth mentioning. My next visits I got medium iced lattes, but each time they were lukewarm even though I didn't ask for light ice or anything. Also the drive thru wrap around is very tight to turn into and I just have a medium sized SUV so I can only imagine if I had a bigger car. They are new so maybe with more time being open things will improve! read more

I have been loving Jump Cup for a quick and easy drive-through coffee or snack! Their lattes are fabulous - so many fun options and flavors. I'm partial to the classic or a basic iced vanilla latte. This is a good alternative to Starbucks. I went for brunch on the run. I ordered a kiwi apple refresher and a BEC sandwich on everything bagel. The food was ready within 10 minutes (maybe 5, but I wasn't watching the clock). The kiwi apple refresher gets its caffeine from a Red Bull, so don't order if you don't like Red Bull. It was fine, but the Red Bull overpowered everything else. I should have gone with a coffee drink! The breakfast sandwich was fine. Nice to get something made to order, certainly as good as anything at Starbucks, and more convenient than Interbay, but if you have the time to get out of your car, go to Interbay Market instead. I'm happy that this place is here, glad for a non-chain drive-thru option on Gandy. read more

HORRIBLE!!! First off: Drive thru is tiny and if there are any cars parked for the Italian restaurant good luck at not getting honked at to move while you're in line! Second off: Rude man told us they could NOT do Lattes at that time! WTH? That's why we went! So instead he offered an ice coffee... HORRIBLE. Tasted like old watered down coffee with a splash of almond milk!! Horrible Lastly: The tango mango smoothie was ok. It had a weird plastic aftertaste. The girl at the OTHER window was super nice! The service was not very friendly. The employees didn't seem happy at all. Doesn't help I'm comparing it to Dutch Bros where everyone was super excited and energetic even in scorching heat. We ordered a classic, a latte, a chai latte, and a strawberry smoothie. All 3 coffee beverages were weak, flavorless, and watered down. Such a disappointment! We couldn't even finish them and we ordered the smalls. My kids said the strawberry smoothie was good. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon, if ever. read more

I tried this place for the first time after the nearby Starbucks had a crazy long line. I had a kiwi green apple refresher and I added coconut water, and it was very good and well-caffeinated. Stopped in for a quick drink before heading to Publix. Despite the long line (which makes sense given the quality), the staff was friendly, patient, and offered great suggestions. We tried a refresher and an iced matcha tea--both were made quickly and tasted amazing. This place is a hidden gem, and I'm definitely coming back. All I can do or say is from outside appearance it seems like it would be a nice place to visit at least one time or more depending on how you get treated not everybody gets treated the same way because some businesses want to discriminate. I'm not saying they did but when you gotta drive-through service and that's the only thing you got And you don't have walk up windows other than the drive-through windows I don't know what to say you can take it on your own accord of how you want to handle that not everybody has a vehicle. read more

I love this place! I have ordered a handful of times and never had a bad experience. I typically go for the hazelnut heaven, classic or iced americano with cream and they are all super yummy. The service has always been friendly and kind, happy to answer any questions I have. The drive thru is small, yes but I have a gigantic lifted jeep and do JUST FINE as well as my husband's lifted truck. I love the style of the drive thru and the colors, really catches your attention. Great overall experience! We tried the breakfast tacos and they were really good. I was told they work with a local chef to get them fresh every morning and you can absolutely tell.
