I'm not sure why this Dunkin' has such a low rating. My wife asked for donuts on Saturday (9/7) so I went to this shop. When I pulled in the drive-thru was busy and customers were walking in to pickup orders as well. Poor businesses are not this busy. I made my order; a dozen donuts and an ice coffee . It took less than 5-minutes in and out. Inside was clean and tidy. The staff was on point and the young ladies that helped me were amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you read more

My family and I stop at this Dunkin ALL of the time. It's typically pretty clean but ALWAYS busy. Which is great for them! The drive thru is almost always wrapped around the building and out towards the road so we usually submit a mobile order and stop inside to pick up. We usually receive good customer service from the employees and quick service. Unfortunately they're usually out of certain donuts or flavors so I always have to rearrange my order. We still enjoy coming to this location even when they don't have our favorites available. Great location and plenty of parking available outside. read more

Stopped in this morning Sunday 4/23 and went inside to ordered a hot caramel latte and a muffin and pastry. Picked up the order and heading out. Took a sip of the latte and it wasn't even Luke warm. Ordered donuts this morning from the location at 7044 Land O Lakes BLVD and they were infested with roaches. They were CRAWLING OUT OF THE DONUTS and all over the inside of the box. Manager never apologized when I called and told him about it and told me to "Go ahead and contact the health department." I will contact them, Inspire Brands, and DBPR. All I wanted was an apology and some sort of corrective action. This is disgusting! read more

Don't go to this Dunkin' if you want your order right! I simply ordered an iced caramel coffee with almond milk. They gave me a black coffee over ice with no almond milk or caramel.. If you're in this area, you're better off trying Aroma Joe's- a wonderful local coffee shop with friendly employees who always get my order right! read more

I went in 8:00pm on a Tuesday expecting to get a dozen donuts, if you look at the picture, you will understand why I am pissed. So very disappointing. I was in the area working when nature called. Nothing open but the DD. I noticed that their bathrooms were barricaded off so I asked to use the bathroom. Without hesitation the girl behind the counter stated they were closed! I told her that I would be quick but really needed to use the restroom. She said nope, they're closed! When I asked what they did for restrooms she just kept the same blank expression on her face as she pondered what to say next. It was obvious that they were in working order just not for the public. People need to understand that sometimes people are not at home when nature calls. DD has given me one more reason to not buy from them. read more

I don't really know why this place had such bad reviews, which made me hesitant to go. However, my family and I just moved to the area, so we had to order food for breakfast and this dunkin was great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was supposed to get 6 hash browns in my bags, but instead got 5 in each. I have been to this DD around 10 times in the past month. Lady with a choker around her neck and always wearing a black zip up jacket has been there the majority of the time to take my order. She is rude, unprofessional, and seems to be a very miserable person who cannot put a smile on her face. First time I went there I ordered through the drive through, I got handed my drinks and instantly the drive thru window slammed. I needed my straw so I sat there. She opened the window and rudely said, "WHAT?" I brushed it off, thinking she was just having a rough day. The following few times I went through the drive through, she said nothing, I handed her money and then got given my stuff then the window slams before you get a chance to make sure you have anything. Well, the past encounter was the last straw for me. Wednesday, August 31, I went through the drive through, ordered two drinks, a coffee roll and a boston kreme. I got to the window, paid, was handed my two drinks and the coffee roll, with an instantaneously slamming of the window. So I knocked on the window and said, "Excuse me, I am missing my boston kreme." She responded with, "you asked if we had any, you didn't say you wanted one." all while proceeding to hand me the bag right next to the window, that had the boston kreme in it. Why would you bag up a donut if I did not order it? She tried to make me seem like I was in the wrong, instead of just saying that she had forgotten to give it to me. So I've been meaning to make this review for a while but I've been trying to give them chances to redeem themselves. This Dunkin' Donuts is always an experience wether it's the attitude you get to encounter, them forgetting something, or even both if you go on a good day! This was one of those days. I went and ordered a few things for my family. They wouldn't put the jelly on the English muffin i ordered for my sister but offered to put it on the side. Didn't get that but what i got was a knife to lather on the jelly i didn't receive! I also did not receive a straw for my coffee. Then the woman who rang me up was SO FAST to throw in my face that my coupon expired on the 7th, almost excited. When just yesterday i used a different coupon from the same flyer that had also expired the 7th (i just realized this today thanks to sassy Susan checking me out) but they still honored my coupon at the other Dunkin i went to. Do better Dunkin. I understand it's the morning but if we're not going to have it together then maybe don't work the morning shift or maybe at all. 2 stars because on a few occasions my experience here can be better. read more

The other day my daughter went to DD at 7044 Land o lakes FL for a drink when she got the drink home she stated the drink tasted "funny, like a cleaning chemical ". She asked me to taste it upon trying it indeed it tasted funny. I dumped it out. I called out to DD and the MIC blew me off. I reached out to the SM Tina the following day and she blew me off and told me I was lying "No one here would do that. Why would someone had any type of chemical to a drink and I have no way investigate it. There is nothing I can do. What do you want me to do?" Came through around 6:00, donuts I ordered were absolutely stale. So disappointing, if the donuts go bad after a certain time they need to just throw them away and be done for the day. So I pulled up and ordered 3 medium coffees bc the lady in the drive thru told me they were $1 each with the APP. So we download it while we're ordering. We ordered 2 with almond milk, when we got to the window they told us there was only enough almond milk for 1coffee, and had already made the first one. Not asking us if we might want to split the almond milk between the 2. Then she rang me up for the coffees full price and charged the card before we could even tell her about the app. Her and her coworker then had to call their manager to ask how to use the APP bc they didn't know how to scan it ... LIKE ANY OTHER REWARDS APP. The whole process took about 10 min for 2 coffees and a hot chocolate (that we had to switch out for the almond milk fiasco). read more
