I had to switch my prescriptions to Walgreens due to insurance and every time I've come the line is…read moreinsanely long. Inside and out. Waiting 30+ minutes is absolutely ridiculous. You are obviously doing something wrong here. I've gone to CVS in Target for years and years and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. If someone is in the drive through and you can't fill their order in a timely manner we, have them move up so the next person can get their prescription! Maybe a line for drop offs and one for just pickups? I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready. I'm likely switching back to CVS and I will pay the small additional fees.

I wish they had the ability to call you when a prescription is ready to remind you to pick it up period with 5 people getting prescriptions in my family it would be nice to have a phone call as a reminder when they have filled it. I was impressed by the open aisles, and great selection. It's also well lit so these old eyes don't have to strain. During this pandemic, and any time of year to keep people safe, signs remind patrons to keep products sealed - not to open and test. CVS is usually good about taking back products that do not please, so there is no reason to test personal items in the store. Andrew checked me out efficiently, and in his eyes I could see the smile his mask was hiding. He was also friendly & polite. The store has lots of parking, and is easy to get into off off Bruce B. Downs. Getting out to go south might be a little tricky, but it's doable!

I need to go somewhere else. On one hand, I congratulate them as to how busy they are. On the other hand, they really really really need to fix this. If there's any place else, you can go, go there.

I was explicitly told I must make an appointment, so I did--scheduled for March 2nd at 11:00am. When I arrived and checked in, there was one appointment ahead of me and five walk-ins. By 11:30, staff began taking additional walk-ins instead of honoring scheduled appointments. When I politely mentioned that I had an 11:00am appointment, the lab tech responded rudely and told me I would have to wait, without explanation. If this location operates on a first-come, first-served basis, appointments are misleading and a waste of patients' time--especially for those who have taken time off work. I understand delays happen, but basic courtesy and clear communication matter. I ultimately had to leave and will not be returning.

But after needing medication here recently I felt the what others wrote about. They charged me a copay but that day I was too sick to think about it and I knew they had my primary and secondary Insurance information so I believed it was right. ACouple days later when I felt better I revisited the issue, called my Insurance to inquire and found out that the RX was not even submitted to my secondary. The answer to that question from the pharmacy was that they can only do what the computer lets them and they could not submit it any other way. That happened again a couple days later when my medication had to be changed. They will not work with you and they make you feel you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe it's just that pharmacy location, I hope so, like I said I always thought Publix very customer oriented. Very frustrating
