I usually get my meds via mail order, but this was needed immediately. I had heard about a small local pharmacy call Pharma-Ville from a friend and decided to try them out especially after dealing with the BS from the larger chains (prescription not ready or not in stock or insurance issues). This was not the case with Pharma-Ville, I left urgent care and went straight there for my meds to be waiting on me (literally not even 20 mins after leaving urgent care). The price was shockingly affordable and the pharmacist on duty was extremely informative. Say goodbye to the BIG guys and hello to Pharma-Ville!!!!!!

I love supporting our local businesses but this is a doctor of pharmacy who does not believe in…read morescience and has zero customer service. The person working is a covid denier, and that's all I'm going to say about the situation. People are dying and you're using your business to deny covid, probably denying to fill birth control prescriptions based on your signage, and you're rude. Like hi, my friend. You guys are located in a super sketchy area so you would think your service would be top notch to kind of encourage business but alas, no. I got the feeling that it's because I'm a female, but I do make it a priority to only frequent establishments with excellent customer service. I won't be back, and I will encourage others to not go back either. There are just too many red flags.

They did offer to re-do my meds on a rush order but I would be charged till I brought in the meds that they mistakenly mailed, which, UPS failed to deliver to me. So, I was required to go to a UPS store, pick up the heat damaged meds, and return them to this pharmacy. I'm the customer, right? They should've just contacted UPS and dealt with them and left me out of it. I was going to pick them up, just to be nice, till I contacted the owner, Dan. I asked that he please make sure the employee that was so mad that I contacted her about the shipping error, not tamper with my meds. He was so offended, he pretty much hung up on me. Lol

After I prepay they told me that I needed 1 hour after I pay to be able to purchase this . So this pharmacy is more worried about profit than an emergency room patient . So after I paid (IN AGONY) they still made me sit in a parking lot 1 HOUR so that I could get some relief . Not a very compassion driven business . They could have made an acception for emergency room patients but they don't. They seemed very stoned faced without any compassion or concern for a patient in pain . Not very friendly employees either . what So ever . I was in SEVERE pain and had to fill out papers and wait 1 hour .
