Starbucks Venti is the same size of Dunkins Medium. Hmmm.
    Chris K.

This location was formerly a Long John Silver's seafood fast food joint, believe it, or not. The building should have been leveled----It's not too late---and a nice, modern, INVITING space take it's place. There's currently no inside dining, which is fine by me as it doesn't give me a warm, cozy, feeling of cleanliness. So, no stars for the building. I ordered a Venti iced coffee with ONE splash of pumpkin syrup. The splash is extra. The associate was friendly and the staff was efficiently handling the drive thru which was wrapped around the small building (typical for this busy corner location). I don't typically drink Starbucks; I'm not one to pay over $4 for a custom cup of iced coffee. Having enjoyed iced coffee from another well-known competitor recently, I happened to notice their Medium-sized iced coffee is about the same size as a Starbucks Venti, at half the cost. But, Starbucks coffee IS robust and really packs that caffeine punch.

The employee Tessa was very rude and would not give my exact order and she looked like in a bad mood but liked the drinks and it was last day before I go back to Virginia sadly but overall: 4/10

This location is ALWAYS so busy....but we like coming here as it's the closest drive-thru for us when we get our Starbucks cravings. The staff is always so pleasant at this location and makes an effort to strike up conversation when at the window waiting for drinks to be ready. I am totally addicted to the Guava Green Tea Lemonade (no sweetener) and my daughter loves the Pink Drink (blended). If you've not had the Guava, I highly recommend!! I've gotten some of my friends addicted to this drink. I think it's just the best and so refreshing and so pretty! :)

Where is the cream??? Do you see it? I don't.

Crappy coffee, terrible customer relations. Coffee made incorrect many many times over the years. Just sick and tired of giving this place a second third fourth fifth chance. Mud cup is what I call this crap they served me today. Must have been bottom of barrel coffee grounds at bottom of cup just disgusting.

One of the coolest looking Starbucks yet. As always drinks are on point and delicious. We kept it simple apple juice for the little guy and the new Ice coconut milk mocha macchiato for my self venti (yes please). The decor is awesone and seating is comfortable. You know me a Starbucks fanatic so as always very pleased. Kudos Starbucks.

Soy milk settled at the bottom

I used to love this Starbucks but lately they've been getting my order wrong every time I go. One time they gave me Splenda and 2% milk when I asked a soy vanilla latte. Today I placed a MOBILE order for an Iced Quad Vanilla Latte with soy milk. The soy milk is settled at the bottom and there's NO vanilla syrup in it. It just feels like no one at this store knows what they're doing. I understand they're busy but it is EVERY SINGLE visit, no matter the time of day. These drinks are not cheap and no other Starbucks I go to in the Tampa area does this. What I love about Starbucks is the consistency of what I'm going to get and this store is missing the mark.

This Starbucks is really big inside to have a more relaxing spot to do whatever you need. The staff is fast and friendly. I received a free breakfast sandwich from the manager due to a mixed up in my order. Very nice a professional. I wish the parking lot was a little consumer friendly. It's odd where front doors are from the drive thru. With small kids you must really be careful walking with them. Otherwise I still enjoy this Starbucks as it's close to my job.

Usually a wait but what else is new? When you need a coffee they're always there! You know what you're getting every time.

The coffee shop is actually connected to some kitchen store and there is a nice little gift shop to browse while you wait on your beverage being prepared. The line to order was to the door, but the staff took orders quickly and efficiently. I'm a huge fan of drip coffee and always judge a coffee shop by how they prepare this simple, yet flavorful beverage. The Perfect Press Coffee lives up to its name- their drip coffee is smooth, bold, and flavorful. I love it!

Inside this winding housing development, you'll find a small shopping plaza-gasoline on one end, dry cleaners on the other... and in between those bookends, a string of small businesses. And behind the door with all the flowers around it: Perfect Press Coffee. It's a hopping and popping kind of place. I've been there twice in the last year-and it's busy. It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business. To the right when you walk in: coffee, tea and sweet and/or savory small bites. There's bench seating along the wall, several small tables and two little couches in the middle. The decor is cute, cozy, modern and slightly caffeinated. It's not a huge place but it's super popular. There are tables out front on the sidewalk, too. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.

I finally found it at New York Bagels--and it's only 15 minutes from me! I stopped in a little later in the day, so they were already sold out of quite a few varieties (which honestly is a great sign if you know good bagel shops). I was hoping for onion bagels, and luckily they had a couple left. From the moment I walked in, I got the warmest welcome from the owner. He genuinely seemed happy I found the place and took the time to chat. He even gave me the number and said I could call ahead next time and they'd have my order ready--and even bring it out to the car. The bagels were exactly what I've been missing--fresh, flavorful, and right. But what really stood out was the kindness and genuine hospitality. This is the kind of small business you root for. I'll definitely be back--and earlier next time so I don't miss out!

This cozy little shop is located in Carrollwood Village... a huge housing development, that somehow-innearly 36 years of living here-I had never been to until now. But missing a turn, led to some exploring and then, some bageling! New York Bagel and Bean is in a plaza at the corner of South Village and West Village. The joint was jumping when I was there at 11am on a Wednesday. It was difficult to find a parking spot, but so worth it. The shop is very homey and welcoming-with several tables and homespun decor. The owner (or manager) was very friendly and helpful. I felt truly appreciated. I felt bad I was only ordering one bagel. It was big and the perfect texture. And then... came the honey butter. Honey butter, people! It's happening! This was not a drill! It was delicious! Decadent, yes-but the perfect accompaniment. I may be in love! Should I move to Carrollwood Village just to be closer? Maybe!!! I'lll report back!

I'd go back just to bask in their positivity! But kindness isn't the only thing on the menu. There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different! Hello new year! This knocked "the usual" on its head. I'm not sure that it will end up being my favorite offering here, but yeah... here's to shaking things up! I also tried the rainbow bagel-which was pretty and tasty. I liked the chew. Next time I'll try the strawberry cream cheese with it. There are filled croissants, too... but I forgot to ask about the flavors-and you can get mini donuts, too. White Duck was founded by a couple of Seattle transplants, who wanted to bring the "two windows in a shed" model of Pacific Northwest coffee shops to the Bay Area. And that's exactly what this is-a drive thru-no indoor seating-and I didn't see any outdoor tables, either. This is grab and go. But there's parking behind the building, if you want to sit and savor a bit. The shop is way up on North Dale Mabry-near Van Dyke-on the east side, right next to a Wendy's. It wasn't busy when I first got there but there at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, but it soon picked up. I can see why... it's so convenient and the staff is so nice. They really stand out. Well now I just have to try all those 75 flavors! See you soon, White Duck!
