Terribly run dunkin. A car crashed through the wall more than a month ago and they still haven't replaced the windows. A woman carrying a baby just wanders around, going behind the counter and disappearing frequently. Cannot depend on getting what you ordered on a frequent basis, the amount of training available to employees is clearly inconsistent. I just watched a man pour three different liquids from the drafts, pour them out, then try again, before shrugging and serving it. The same man was using one spoon to mix multiple drinks without even wiping it off. The food will either be undercooked or over cooked. Never right. Today, I decided to try the new lemon loaf. The last time I ordered coffee and a lemon loaf with my app, I got coffee and a croissant . My coffee is average. I wanted Carmel and got hazelnut. However, the coffee is still fairly good. NOW, let's talk lemon loaf. It's fresh and filled with flavor for a moment. Ahhh my beloved Needham St... the land of happiness for my stomach and sorrow for my wallet. This Dunkin is definitely one of the better locations, and is conveniently located between Newton and Needham. They have gotten my order correct every time I've stopped by, and the ratio of cream and sugar to coffee is always perfect. Even at 6am on the days I'd stop here before my shift, everything was perfect-- now that's dedication and genuine care for humanity. Very friendly staff, ample parking lot, and great food. For what it's worth, I usually order online for this location when I am ~5 minutes away. The coffee is usually ready by the time I drive here though there have been days when the drink isn't ready (understandably) upon arriving here around 8:30 or so during the morning rush. Getting in and out of the parking lot is also a little bit hazardous at times as well. The quality matches, if not exceeds, other Dunkin locations. read more

Fastest Dunks service. All of the staff are friendly with big smiles. Even when I request to have additional swirls in my coffee, they never hesitate or express any signs of frustration. The parking lot sucks depending on the time you decide to go. You might have to wait a bit for a spot to open up and the parking lot isn't very large. read more

I've been in here pretty much every weekday morning for the last 3 weeks, and even with a line out the door, I've never spent more than 5 minutes in this store in the morning. These ladies (I've never seen a man working here...) are a well-oiled customer service machine. I have my coffee by the time I've put my change in my purse, and I have my bagel by the time I get a straw for my coffee. This Dunkin Donuts is pretty good. It's always great when you can order a coffee with cream and sugar and they just make it right without any other information. The coffee is never burnt or too strong. I also really appreciate when I order a tea with cream and sugar and I'm not questioned about whether I realize I was requesting cream in my tea. First of all , this location used to be great and was always my favorite. Beverage quality has been getting worse slowly and about a month ago I found hair nestled in my eggs. Needless to say that was the end of getting any kind of food there however i've continued getting drinks that is until this evening. I placed an order and paid on the app only to get there and have the door locked all while an employee stared at me and refused to answer the phone. This was at 7: 30 your location closes at 8:00 and if you need to close early maybe consider turning off the mobile orders. So disappointed, hopefully you get better staff soon. read more

One Yelper says "BEST. DUNKINS. EVER." I say: "WORST. PARKING. LOT. EVER." NO JOKE!!! SO Dangerous, AND (!!!!!) it's on Needham Street. Really Dunkins! You make enough money to add a traffic light there!!! Have fun trying to turn left. (Problem A) And NO DRIVE THRU, I know there isn't 1 in Newton (good thing I don't live there, I would make a big deal of that!), but in my area near Westwood, there are at least 5 on Route 1 with a Drive Thru, thank you very much! So, NO DRIVE THRU (Problem B) (yet, I just found out that the City of Newton doesn't allow drive thru restaurants, so isn't really their fault.... dumb Newton, no plastic bags or drive thrus... really stupid). And since when is it ok to have a parking lot the size of a SHOEBOX! Barely anyone can park, and it is SO dysfunctional, and increases the backup on Needham Street. (Problem C) It should be said that the staff here are courteous and never have gotten my order wrong (but I've only been here twice, so can't be TOO dependable) Overall, unless you're going on "off-hours", and are fine with going inside, DON'T EVEN BOTHER. The closest Drive Thru is at the intersection of the VFW Parkway & Route 109 in West Roxbury / Dedham. Go to that Dunkin Donuts, at least you will have a drive thru, a un-dangerous parking lot, and impossible left turns (heck, you can't even turn left onto the VFW there!) read more

Horrible experience at this location. Placed an order with Andrea.... Went to the end of counter to pick up my order.Another server gave me my order . When she handed it to me I immediately said I'm sorry but I thought I ordered an iced beverage. Andrea the woman at the register, who had taken my order proceeded to berate me by stating loudly You saw me punching in your order and you said nothing . You could have said something . Initially I was shocked at her attitude and turned to the other server and said I will pay if it's more money. I then turned towards Andrea and said that I was not wearing my glasses so I was not able to see what she was typing. Andrea then said something in what I believe was French creole and several customers laughed while looking at me and she just shook her head. I have NEVER been treated so rudely or felt so humiliated. I was not rude to this woman nor was I demanding something outrageous . Start to finish she was discourteous and unprofessional. Friendly, quick staff but I gotta downgrade this location for charging extra ($.25) for a styrofoam cup to put around your iced coffee, something other locations will often offer automatically and certainly for no charge. Quit pinching pennies. If you don't want to stay in line with other locations, complain to dunkin brands to redesign their iced beverage cups, instead of putting the onus on the customer to pay more. read more
