I've also always had a great experience with the employees. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and even when the line is long, they have almost an assembly-line system that keeps things moving really quickly. I've tried the banana pudding, which was delicious, and their chocolate chip cookie was really good too. I love that they're always coming up with fun seasonal drinks and different flavor combinations to keep things interesting.
