    Newporter iced coffee
    Meg M.

I had the newporter coffee and I don't think there's been a coffee that was more perfect for me in my life. It was a combo of pistachio, honey and sea salt caramel. Like how delicious? The girls that helped me were amazing! Ava and Bella were friendly and personable and helped me choose the perfect drink! The location of this shop is unmatched. Whether it's a perfect summer day like when I went yesterday, or on a cloudy winter day, there's nothing nicer than enjoying a coffee right on the water. The shop is super tiny, but the line moves quickly, and there is plenty of outdoor seating. You also can grab your drink and enjoy Bowen's wharf. No matter what, you'll be happy you checked out Springline!

Cute little spot very centrally located. We didn't grab any food, but we did grab a couple of coffees and waters because it was a warmer day out. The service was on the slower side, but the guy that was working. There was so helpful and nice that it was totally fine. We sat outside where you could be close to the water and sit in the sun. They have some spots in the shade, but you can also sit in direct sun so you have the option depending on the weather. Would definitely be back if we need to grab a quick coffee.

Springline coffee is awesome! First, this is the"NEW" coffee shop at this location. It's on the very end of the wharf. It's past the Pearl and little shops. The coffee I believe is their own brew. It's flavorful, bold, and smooth. Unlike the old place, the prices are very reasonable. The lady behind counter could not have been sweeter. The outdoor seating has wonderful views . Being at the end of the wharf it has great views of the harbor.

Amazing views, amazing coffee! It is a quaint little coffee shop perfect for when you are shopping around the area. I'm quite picky about my drip coffee, and it was brewed great. My only complaint is that this shop was hard to find as the location was not popping up on Apple Maps. Will be back again!

It's a lovely place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. We stopped by during an out-of-town visit and it really elevated our trip. I had a Bellevue Latte with raspberry puree, dark chocolate, and espresso. My friend enjoyed her cappuccino. We also enjoyed the coffee cake and peach tea. One woman working really made us feel welcome and shared some of the best recommendations with us. Thanks for the hospitality!

Such a cute little coffee shop on the wharf - great views and great quality drinks! It's tucked away and hard to miss but now that I know it's there, I will be back.

Cute and unique place right on the edge of the marina. Great place for sightseeing and watching boats leave while enjoying coffee or tea. They have lattes, teas, tea latte and sell their own coffee as well.

    Great atmosphere

Incredible atmosphere - and an oasis from some nearby crowds. Fantastic latte and they carry tractor lemonade (kids favorite).

We had super-friendly and super-efficient service ordering an espresso tonic, chocolate malt float and blood orange hibiscus tea (such a delectable purple-red color!) All three beverages were sipped to the very last drop! Special thanks for also stocking the fridge with bottles of Diet Coke. Not enough cafes/coffee bars offer this soda option and sometimes, a gal has to have her Diet Coke! The Nitro Bar is a cheerful place to sit and since we were fortunate enough to find seating, we decided to share a grilled Asiago bagel and ricotta toast with heirloom tomatoes. Yummy x 2, and just enough snacking to tide the three of us over until a late lunch. We've been to the Nitro Bar on Pond Ave. in Newport and Broadway in Providence -- never disappointed with beverages/food but be prepared to wait In a line most of the time.

Espresso (straight + mini cortado) The straight was under-extracted, resulting in a noticeable sourness and lack of balance. Not undrinkable, but it lacked the smoothness and depth you'd hope for. The cortado, however, improved the experience--the milk helped round out the acidity and made it far more approachable. Espresso Tonic: This ended up being the standout. It's definitely an acquired taste, but if you enjoy bright, citrus-forward drinks, this works. The subtle sweetness and orange notes complemented the espresso nicely, creating something refreshing and unique--perfect for warmer weather. Reminds me of a Matcha Milkis but with espresso instead. Iced Caramel Latte: A bit too milk-heavy for my preference. The espresso got lost, and while there were faint crème brûlée-like notes and a touch of caramel, the overall profile felt muted and underwhelming. Service: Excellent. One of the drinks was initially forgotten which resulted in me waiting several minutes, but the staff handled it well--quick apology and a complimentary drink chip. That level of accountability goes a long way and stands out compared to many other shops. Ambiance: Relaxed and inviting. The space has a fun, casual vibe with merchandise ranging from hoodies to cards, giving it some personality beyond just being a coffee stop. Overall: There's a strong foundation here. With more consistency in espresso extraction and slight adjustments to drink balance, this could easily be a solid spot.
