I've also always had a great experience with the employees. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and even when the line is long, they have almost an assembly-line system that keeps things moving really quickly. What makes Custom House even more special is their commitment to the community. Clearly this place is loved by locals and the coffee was not bitter so cheers.
