We had to scream our order into the little speaker three times then play a guessing game which donuts they had. If these are tactics to drive business to the app, they're a cunning group. read more

As a regular Dunkin customer and since I was going through Newfields on my way home from work this afternoon I made the horrible decision to stop at Dunkin on Winkler Way. I had placed a mobile order in advance for my usual Oat Milk Latte but when I got to the pickup window the young man, who was working alone, handed me a large cup of very dark iced coffee with a little oatmilk at the bottom. I immediately reminded him that I ordered a Latte and he became very belligerent explaining he was the only one working and it's all the same. I asked him to make it again but what he made was just a watered down iced coffee with a little more oatmilk (although it tasted and looked more like skim milk). I explained that it neither looked nor tasted what I usually get. His response? "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT YOU FAT, F*CKING C*NT". I left it in the parking lot and have reached out to Dunkin Corporate and Salema Group the franchise owners asking that he be fired immediately. I will NEVER go to the Newfields Dunkin ever again. read more

You can't prioritize the drive-through lane to the detriment of people who go into the store. When I saw 10 cars in the drive-through lane, I thought it would be faster to just go in and I seeing only 4 or 5 people in the store waiting. I thought it would be easy to order one toasted bagel but I was wrong. I ordered it at 10:01 AM and at 10:21 AM. They were telling me it would be out soon. Several minutes later, they handed me the bagel with the wrong cream cheese on it. Rather than wait for them to do it over I took it anyway, but once again waiting over 20 minutes for a single bagel only to have the order go wrong is more of a management problem than a worker problem in my opinion. There were five or six employees working as hard as they could, but they're obviously needs to be changes to the system where food orders can come out much quicker and at the same priority level as people in the drive-through. And please don't tell me that my only option to fix this problem is through a mobile order because I watched many people standing around, waiting for those for a long time as well. read more

terrible, we waited at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even cashed us out. No customer was inside and all the employees were just standing around on there phones. my food was cold and they didn't give us any straws with our drinks. when we finally got our food and drinks they didn't say have a good day. the man just rolled his eyes at us. there is probably Drugs in the food. I heard one of the employees does meth. It's so gross in the building too. I would never go here. The food just sits out and makes you sick. read more

They don't finish the online orders and just put them out for people. They have the orders partially done and out of reach. Always stand there with the other people waiting and waiting. They don't say the name or anything. You have to go up and ask them for the missing items everything to get your order. The most annoying thing is they keep taking orders and finishing them for the people at the counter. Oh. And the guy eats hash browns while he's working the drive through. Gross. read more

Pretty odd that somehow the three teenagers working here alone do better than the grown men and women. I'd definitely say they should have help because everytime I see the same three kids here it's swamped with customers. I'll never come here in the morning when the adults are here that's when my order is incorrect and I'm getting attitude. But when it is the high schoolers my coffee and food are always really good. And the two girls that were here today are always so sweet read more

Lids are always loose or sticky. It's disgusting because it gets inside your car and makes a mess. It doesn't take much effort to give out coffee as you would want to receive yours. I know cause I used to work at Dunkin's for 4 years. Get it together or find another job. read more

Went at 5 pm today and had the nicest barista. She was so sweet and our drinks were perfect. They're not always the best, but you really get some wonderful service. read more

Dunkin' - Iced Matcha Latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Newfields, New Hampshire

I have been to this Dunkin' before and though they can be slow, I've never experienced any major problems. This morning I went through the drive through with my sister and ordered two lattes, one of which was decaf. The non-decaf latte came out quickly, but the decaf latte took a few extra minutes (not a big deal at all). However, when the employee passed me the decaf latte, he said "Sorry for the wait, decaf lattes are just a real challenge to make." Probably not a great idea to try and make customers feel guilty for ordering a fairly normal menu item. Definitely need some customer service improvement, Dunkin'. read more

Went there this morning and there was about a 5 car wait but it only took about 7 minutes to order and get my food and drink now I was impressed on the speed but concerned so I checked my order everything was there perfect I take a sip of my Dunkin punch only to notice the bottom inch and a half of my cup is pure blue raspberry syrup I have been mixing it the last half hour this is where I'm at now read more

Came in this morning for a quick coffee and was the only one standing in line. They had five people working, and I made eye contact with at least three of them over the course of the next 10 minutes while they completely ignored me. I walked out without ordering. Not exactly fast food. read more

I love dunkin donuts chain but this is by far the slowest service one. I am not giving one star because of the slow service but one of the drive through woman is told me there no snackin bacon. She hasn't had the time to make it because she the only one... There. I'm not mad. I'm annoyed that the owner understaffed! You consistently see the long lines of cars and customers and you don't fully staff yourself during peak times. read more

It's really just so painfully slow every time I go through the drive thru (which is the only thing open). There's always such a long line of cars, my order is messed up 9/10 times and the workers are honestly just so incompetent and rude. Like I understand working at a drive through sucks, but I'm really not asking for a lot....actually I'm asking for the bare minimum--that the employees work I live about 5 minutes away from this Dunks, and most days I actually drive to the one in Greenland (and make it home in less time than it takes me to sit in line at the newfields Dunks) Also, whatever drink size you order, the straw will be the least convenient size you are expecting. read more

Worlds slowest Dunkin' Donuts. Lobby is never open. Horrific. They always get orders wrong and just never seem to be able to move their line. You'll wait at least 30 minutes each time. Easily. Don't go if you need to be anywhere in an hour. read more

This place is unquestionably The worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. There is ALWAYS an issue. "We can't serve food our staff is new and doesn't know how to make it." ??! Train them maybe? "Sorry our ovens are not working" "We can't make that right now it just takes too long and we're understaffed." Like seriously just tear this place down it's a comedy of errors. Drive another 5 minutes up the road to the one in Stratham. Much better service and clearly better management. read more

Consistently the slowest DD franchise. Don't be fooled by seemingly short lines; you'll still wait and wait and wait. Awful.

I had never been to this dunkins before but I stood in line this morning with about 7-8 other people waiting for someone to take our order and the entire time three crew members only worked on the drive through and the on the go orders. No one even took out orders. I have worked for a Dunkin' Donuts for 3 years before now and that would have never happened at mine. I understand you are timed on the drive through but that doesn't mean you get to neglect the customers inside. Everyone had a horrible attitude and were speaking down to each other. And I know you were understaffed but the manager stood there in front of the register on her phone trying to text people to come in but didn't once look up and apologize to the people waiting or try to take an order. Horrible service I will never return. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They consistently mess up my order every time I go. It wouldn't even be so bad if they would correct their mistakes with a good attitude. Even when you politely tell the employees that your order is incorrect they take it back and roll their eyes and talk about you. Also, there's always a bunch of employees smoking and vaping outside near the drive through. I've always gone to this Dunkin Donuts because it's so close but today was just the last straw. read more

Much improved since they first opened. The inside is always clean. The drive up window is a bit high for normal cars. Not a great design. But staff is always willing to bend down to give you your items. The crew is friendly and when they are out of something actually offer an alternative. This has happened a couple of times to me. The sandwiches come out toasted not burnt like other DD. I didn't like this one at first but now it's an easy in and easy out and the service has gotten so much better. If you haven't gone in the last few months, give this DD another try. read more

I wish this Dunks was good because I live so close. However, they're literally never stocked on items. I feel lucky when they actually have something I asked for. But then...I get to the window and they say actually we don't have it. Just disappointing. I always just end up driving 10 minutes down the road to another one read more

This place is the absolute worst Dunkin in terms of customer service. I came in this morning when there was a relatively small line in the drive-through and only couple of cars in the parking lot and it was chaos behind the counter. There was no one in line and I walked right up to the counter thinking I was going to be helped right away. I was wrong. No one greeted me, no one acknowledged my existence, for nearly 15 minutes. It was obvious that they were understaffed and I can't fault them for that. But they handled it like amateurs. It was quite clear that their directive was to keep the drive-through moving to the detriment of the people standing at the counter. I asked them once if I should go through the drive-through and the woman's flippant response was to tell me I could go through the drive-through if I want to. That comment was the first time she talked to me or looked me in the eye the entire time I was standing there. Finally someone came up and took my order but that was only half of the ordeal. I ordered a couple of bagels and one donut. That was it. It was then that the manager,l gave me a sob story about how busy they were, as if I don't have eyes. I told him that I wasn't upset about how busy they were, that can't be helped, what I was upset about was the fact that they were ignoring the counter customers. He then proceeded to argue with me that they weren't ignoring me. I don't really know what he thought he would gain with me by telling me I was wrong but nobody acknowledged my existence for 15 minutes-that is the definition of ignoring. Not even a "sir we will be with you in a minute". If a customer has a legitimate complaint the last thing you should do is tell them that they are wrong because they will go on yelp and let everyone know about it. read more

The worst dd in the area, stood there for five minutes while four people working behind the counter one was sweeping the other one was making the coffee and the other two were having a conversation with someone they knew at the drive-through. Two of them made eye contact with me and my wife, we were the only two customers standing there. 5 minutes no exaggeration read more

Worst Dunkin' donuts ever. I left the drive thru line after ordering an iced tea and then sitting there for twelve minutes while there was one person in front of me and no one inside. Always a wait even when it is empty inside and no one in the drive thru. We have started going elsewhere. If the owner reads these reviews, it would be wise to evaluate your operation because you are losing a lot of business! read more

Today I sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes for an Iced Coffee. Any sane person would have turned around in frustration but I had no where to be and was on my way home from town. Honestly, I was more intrigued to see how it would be possible to wait that long for pre-made/ microwaved food. Low and behold when I got to the window I saw what I expected. Two 15 year olds trying their best to figure out an efficient way to move customers through. Who schedules this? Whoever owns this location should "S*** or get off the pot" as the saying goes. read more

This actually is the most pathetic Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. I live 2 mins away from here which is the only reason I go to this one. They screw up my order literally every single time. They either forget the flavor in the coffee, too much cream, wrong sandwich/toppings etc. Don't get too specific because apparently it's easy to confuse these people. The line is always long and the staff has no sense of urgency. They're all young kids that have no manners or any clue what's going on. There is no management, or at least worthy authority. I would avoid this Dunkin' Donuts at all costs. read more

Every single time I go to the place they mess up my order... I ordered a latte in the drive thru and the woman there couldn't get my order right as I had to repeat it three times.. when I received my iced latte it was warm with no ice, half foam, and the rest just milk. It would seem that this is basic stuff that they never ever get right. I just paid $5 for a warm iced coffee.... read more

I am constantly disappointed by the tea at this Dunks. All the other ones don't over steep it, but this one tastes like it's been out for weeks. It's very bitter and no amount of sugar, which I never use at other Dunks, can save it. Yes, the building is clean and I get more people care about coffee, but if you can't steep tea right, the coffee is probably brewed terribly too. In all, even if this is the closer Dunks, you'd do better to drive a little further to get to another one. read more

Don't go to this Dunkin' Donuts! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they have literally screwed up my order every single time I have gone. The final straw was the last time I went and everything I tried to order they kept telling me they didn't have, instead of offering the things they did have. I finally politely said I would go somewhere else, And I heard another employee in the background mockingly say goodbye. Terrible. Went there today with my Mom and ended up waiting for about 20 minutes inside just to end up with two breakfast sandwiches that were barely edible. Worst DD I've ever been to, I only go because it's close to home. I am always sure to be polite and say thank you and half the time I do it I don't get a response or a smile. Line is always long. WORST dunkin donuts on the planet. The staff never listens, they have screwed up almost every order I have ever gotten there. I cannot drink regular coffee - only decaf. So many times I have asked if they are sure its decaf, and the 12 year old that made my coffee looks confused and says yes. Later on in the day when I get dizzy and get a panic attack I realized they certainly did not. Some of the staff are really friendly, but some of them are beyond rude. I never go there anymore, I drive the extra 5 miles to the next one. They need either a whole new staff or to just shut down. The last time I went there I got a decaf ice coffee - I didnt realize until I was 10 minutes down the road that they put no ice in my ice coffee..... good job. Put the pot pipe down and figure out what you're doing. read more

Food is what you would expect. As long as you micro manage your order, you'll get what you asked for. Staff seem like they could do well if someone would actually manage and train them. What you have instead are stressed out high schoolers just trying to make it through the day. Just like you would blame useless parents for bad children, blame the Regional Manager and GM for a lack-luster effort. read more

My friend & I went to DD this morning & had to wait a while for half of my friends order. When it was given to us it was cold instead of hot like she had asked for. After a while I asked a boy who came to the pick up counter to give someone else their order, for my friends coffee. He pointed to it behind the counter, and I said, we have been waiting for a long time. The boy replied, don't argue with me about it! I was surprised, I thought that that was very poor customer service. read more
