I said "may I take the muffin now, didn't know it would be queued up behind five other breakfast orders, to warm-up a muffin." Writing this not to slam but because it is such a lack of obvious, common sense practice for a kitchen that the owners should know and train staff. Well, There was a woman with two little girls who placed an order the same time I came through the door. So we were all waiting the same amount of time. After I would say seven minutes of waiting, she started ranting and raving to the manager in front of her two little girls that she wanted a refund that she couldn't wait any longer. The manager, Tracy , who was trying to do 5 things at once to help make everyone's order in a timely manner, was so patient and considerate, but the woman, in front of her children , continued to make a scene. This mother needs to have patience and compassion for our understaffed business in town or stay home! Tracy politely told that there are many other Dunkin' Donuts in the areas if she can't wait. Kudos to Tracy and her morning staff !

When I walked through the door, I was greeted by everyone that was behind the counter. There were only 4 employees working at this location. I was waited on the moment I walked up to the ordering station. I ordered the same thing I ordered at the other Starbucks. An Extra Large Strawberry Lemonade, and this time I asked for Light Ice. She smiled at me as I began to tell her the story of my previous Starbucks experience in Salem, NH at Rockingham Park. All four of the employees had a story from multiple customers who have gone to that Starbucks, none of them were good. So in essence, Starbucks remains unaware that location's reputation. They completed my order faster than I could walk to the pick up section. People were coming in for their online orders and they had a full line at the Drive Up Window. These four employees, by themselves and with no direction, worked with a distinct military tone of execution. I guess you could call them the Seal Team 6 of Starbucks. I grabbed the business cards of their Leader and the District Manager. I told the staff that they will most likely receive feedback after I send my email. My peppermint mocha was placed on the pickup area, all set to go. I checked my drink and noticed, no whipped cream and chocolate curls on top as their recipe calls for.
