We went to pick up an online order today coffee and 2 bagels. The worker literally screamed in my face and shook her hands at me that it's crazy and there are no everything bagels, "what do you want me to do" she said. I was so taken back like I wasn't even upset it's a bagel! Why are you yelling at me for ordering something-like I was suppose to know you were out of bagels-lol-so weird. Like ok-do you have plain? I went through the drive thru for a dozen donuts and a coffee and as i was ordering the donuts i was cut off in the middle of announcing what I had wanted. Then was told my total and told to go to the window even though I had not yet specified what kind of donuts i wanted. Then they just handed me a box of 12 random donuts. The first thing I hear when I walk in is one of the old women that works at this location complaining about people continuing to order coffee- like hello, you work in a coffee shop lol did you think you were hired at a modeling agency or something lmao Apparently if you do a mobile order and hit "drive thru", even when the drive thru line is impossible to sit in because it's backed up to the street, these people will refuse to help you, will yell at you in front of other customers, and basically attempt to humiliate you for trying to get the items you already paid for. I placed my mobile order before I saw the drive thru line- it would have been borderline dangerous to sit in, it was too close to the street. So I ran into the restaurant like any normal person would do, to grab the items I had just paid almost $30 for. The two older women (late 60s early 70s) working at the front counter on 10/15/22 around 10:40 to 11am at the Raymond NH 03077 Freetown Rd. location need serious attitude adjustments. The way they spoke not only to me, but to other customers around me was so despicable. I've truly never seen any employee so bitter and rude and I worked in customer service myself for 10 years. I would never ever ever speak to customers that way and if I had, I'd have been fired. The ego and bravado on those two was just astonishing considering their age and occupation. Sad, really. Hope they read this. Get humble, you're not working at the Ritz, darling. Never in my 30 years of living have I ever once called corporate on anyone, but I did today. Someone needs to go down to this location and show these people what proper customer service looks like. You get more with honey than you do with vinegar. I just left Dunkin' Donuts in Raymond. There must've been 20 people inside the store and the line to the drive-through was beyond the car wash. I went in to pick up my order that I placed online, which wasn't done, and that's OK. I noticed how busy they were. Patience is my passion. Well, There was a woman with two little girls who placed an order the same time I came through the door. So we were all waiting the same amount of time. After I would say seven minutes of waiting, she started ranting and raving to the manager in front of her two little girls that she wanted a refund that she couldn't wait any longer. The manager, Tracy , who was trying to do 5 things at once to help make everyone's order in a timely manner, was so patient and considerate, but the woman, in front of her children , continued to make a scene. This mother needs to have patience and compassion for our understaffed business in town or stay home! Tracy politely told that there are many other Dunkin' Donuts in the areas if she can't wait. Ordered on the go for the first time accidentally pressed drive through and went in to get the coffees, the manager said I HAD to go through drive through, the line was insane.. I could see the coffees sitting on the drive thru counter and said..can't you just hand them to me, she looked upset and said..yup..as soon as I finish all these orders... Oh.. ok.. I said thanks anyway and went to Candia Rd. Horrid beast . If it had the option of one zero.. I don't usually write yelp reviews but I was compelled to after just going thru the Dunkin drive thru. The line was horribly long. I thought we'd be sitting in it for 20 minutes. We were through in 5 minutes, the order was correct, and the crew were on top of their game! So impressed. Our breakfast sandwiches are nice and hot too! read more

I'm giving 2 stars ONLY because I worked at dunks when I was "younger" & I know that no matter how hard you work, how much effort you put in - It doesn't change that they ALWAYS throw you on the floor/drive thru untrained & they are ALWAYS understaffed. Honestly, I can't even stomach giving them any stars. I've e worked for Dunkins before so I have a good idea of how the food and drinks should taste but this just makes me sick. I stopped going here a few months ago and decided today that I'd give it a go...expectations were met, they were awful. The food tastes like it sat in the heat and hold warmers for too long, my coffee tasted like what I'd expect toilet water to taste like. I think I'll continue to be a patron of the local coffee shop that's literally right around the corner because at least his food is made from real eggs and fresh. Also, the employees at this Dunks are nasty and rude, and all you ever see is them smoking outside of the establishment, which is very gross In food service. This place has the SLOWEST service you could possibly imagine. I've been here on a few occasions, typically when I get my car washed next door or run to the grocery store,, and have been terribly disappointed in the complete lack of timeliness in service. I am a very patient person who doesn't typically get upset when I need to wait for service. The first few times I went to this Dunkin Donuts, I suspected the wait time was due to the long line of cars and didn't think much of it. However, on several other occasions it has taken a very long time to receive any sort of service through their drive through. On the date of my writing this, it took at least five minutes for anyone to speak to me as I waited to order at the drive through. If it wasn't for the two cars waiting for their orders at the window, I would've thought they were closed. Again, I don't typically mind waiting and if someone had simply come on and said they'd be with me in a moment, I would've been fine, but there was nothing. Silence for five whole minutes before someone took my order. Once my order was given, a single large hot coffee, I then proceeded to wait another 8-10 minutes for the two cars in front of my to get their orders. Normally, I'd chalk this up to understaffing, new trainees, a complicated order, or an unsatisfied customer, but with my experience here, I can only assume this is the status quo. I used to go to this Dunkins almost daily ,the majority of the staff is great. With the exception of this one girl with red hair. She must not be able to count or follow direction . EVERY time I go in and ask for a caramel swirl iced coffee with 8 pumps of Carmel she NEVER puts hardly any in . So after the dozenth time of just her messing up my coffee, I watched her making it , she literally puts not even Two pumps... This makes me think she cant count past 2 or just does not like to follow a clearly printed labels directions . Today I went to this Dunkin' Donuts location. Which I do occasionally because it's close. The donuts and coffee are always good. There's one worker who isn't very customer friendly. She has given me an attitude and doesn't really show any emotion to anything. She forgot to give me a donut the last time I was there, then gave me a hard time about asking for one (considering I paid for it). Then today I ordered a dozen donuts and she told me I had 1 more, when I was counting and I had 2 more to make 12. So she kind of argued with me and ended up only giving me 11. Then I ordered a sandwich and it was thrown together very sloppy so the cheese stuck to basically everything but the sandwich. This one is actually pretty smooth moving, and even though there's a pretty long line of Yokels, they have never ever ever gotten my order right. And guess what folks? They still have pumpkin spice coffee and its January. These peeps aren't into the whole yoga pant/uggs/pumpkin spice trend like the massfolk from the dirty south are. So for a dirty D, they get a 4 star rating. I could never give a 5 star cause DD in general is just gross anyway regarding their fake eggy sandwiches, hard bagels, and subpar coffee... but this one is one of the better ones if you're in the market for the monopoly of what America runs on- which you pretty much have no choice about. read more

Really long lines but at least they move relatively quick. The customer service is ok, nothing great. Also, they run out of donuts and special items too fast - it gets annoying. I like the Dunks in Epping better. read more

This is the worst DD I've ever been to. Two days in a row I've ordered pumpkin coffee and both days I got a regular. Luckily today I caught it before I drove away. They got me the right coffee, but didn't bother to apologize. They also put margarine instead of butter on my croissant when I specifically asked for butter, didn't include any napkins in the bag, and during the coffee mix up they forgot to give me my change and receipt. I will not be returning to this location. They seriously need to pull it together. read more

I Recently moved to raymond, and ventured the local dd to get five bags of coffee to send to family members who live across the country. When I pulled up to the drive thru it was difficult to hear because there were landscapers taking care of the leaves, I asked the woman if I could drive to the window and she said yes. When I got to the window I asked the price of the bags of coffee and if they would be having any specials any time soon. One would think this wouldn't be a problem but a rude employee came to the window and with a horrible attitude asked me to drive around to the front and someone would meet me to answer any questions, the problem was that there was no one behind me waiting so there was no reason for the employee, I believe her name was jasmine to be rude. long story short I purchased my five bags of coffee else where, and refuse to buy my coffee from this location in the future, rude employees are uncalled for and a good way to loose customers read more

My order is always messed up and the coffee always tastes burnt. I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Epping.
