My visit to this Starbucks was around 12pm on Sunday, April 19th, 2026. When I pulled up to this Starbucks, unlike the Starbucks in Salem NH, and immediately felt I came to the right Starbucks. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by everyone that was behind the counter. There were only 4 employees working at this location. I was waited on the moment I walked up to the ordering station. I ordered the same thing I ordered at the other Starbucks. An Extra Large Strawberry Lemonade, and this time I asked for Light Ice. She smiled at me as I began to tell her the story of my previous Starbucks experience in Salem, NH at Rockingham Park. All four of the employees had a story from multiple customers who have gone to that Starbucks, none of them were good. So in essence, Starbucks remains unaware that location's reputation. They completed my order faster than I could walk to the pick up section. People were coming in for their online orders and they had a full line at the Drive Up Window. These four employees, by themselves and with no direction, worked with a distinct military tone of execution. I guess you could call them the Seal Team 6 of Starbucks. I grabbed the business cards of their Leader and the District Manager. I told the staff that they will most likely receive feedback after I send my email. Next time I am visiting home, I will be coming to this Starbucks for all my needs. The Force is STRONG with this Crew! read more

I like the dark roast coffees and if you also like dark roast coffee you should go before 9am because they throw the coffee out or they run out of it and won't make any more. Service is usually good and atmosphere is good as well read more

Every time with out fail the wait for drinks is over 30 minutes! Never again! There needs to be some form of leadership in the building to prioritize and provide support. Unfortunately, this location just can't seem to get it together. They can't seem to keep good people. Always, a new manager because they don't stick around. Due to this, the store is under staffed, inventory is a mess, and the consistency is lacking. Very sad! read more

The parking lot is tough to navigate around, the drive thru is very tricky and not accommodating for larger vehicles. The baristas change in this store like a revolving door. The lack of consistency creates a lack of a quality drink. The company has recipes but you can't work the process of making a Frappuccino without a clue. I think the ladies do care but the lack of leadership is very evident. I really dislike this location and with that corporate would deal with it. Getting a $6.00 drink on a regular basis (different varieties) that are dripping down the sides and not cleaning them, soupy when they should not be and caps falling off is unacceptable. The staff really just doesn't seem to care! The seating area in this location fills up very quickly during peak times and people lounge around so the chances of getting a seat, other than at the bar is not likely. The furniture is weathers and dirty. It is really gross and they need to invest in professional cleaning or move to the non fabric surfaces. The bathrooms are usually ok in this location so that is a plus for any fast food type establishment. read more

So I go in an order a small pumpkin spice latte with extra whipped cream. Waiting on my order and the girl behind the counter starts saying how stupid it is to order extra whip for a small. Saying that person must be stupid and going on all pissed off. So I speak up and say oh are you talking about me. Then I went on to tell her that usually what they do is dump my small latte into a medium cup then add the extra whip. Mind you she gave me such a nasty look like how dare I tell her how to do anything. So she then goes oh I'll show you and decides to get another small cup and fill it completely with just whipped cream. So now I have my small latte in 1 cup and another cup with just whip. Fast, friendly service both inside and through the drive thru. It's located on the side of a strip mall as it's own stand alone building, it's a little awkward to get in and out of and the parking lot can be very busy at times. This Starbucks is located off exit 7 on Route 101 in Epping NH. The location is very convenient as it's right off the highway. That said, the location of the plaza is a bit if a challenge. Upon entering the plaza you have to cross two lanes of traffic which can be difficult depending on the time of day or traffic volume. The other downside is the parking. It is extremely limited and the other businesses in the plaza are fighting for the available spots. I will add it does have a drive through so you could choose to skip parking all together. For me there something I enjoy about going in, ordering from your barista and receiving your coffee:) I don't live in this area but stop here from time to time when traveling to Maine. Due to the location logistics and parking lot I would have given this location three stars but I bumped it up to four due to the consistency of the coffee and the customer service I have received! The baristas I have had have all been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at there craft! For me this warrants the extra star. Had THE WORST experience here yesterday. Ordered a triple bean caramel chocolate berry frappe, guess what I got? Water with whipped cream. And the water with whipped cream wasn't the problem, it was delicious. My problem was the fact that one of the workers laughed in my face when I got a little drool in it. The Epping Starbucks is a good place to stop for coffee drinks, tea, bakery items, salads, and sandwiches. This store with drive thru has ample seating and a good crew here. I stop at this Starbucks quite often on my drives between the Seacoast and Manchester since it's conveniently located off of NH 101 Exit 7. Here, I usually get a Dark Roast Coffee most of the time and sometimes a Java Chip Frappuccino on those hot days. The place is usually not mobbed when I stop in and I can get my drink quickly. I give this location 3.5 stars and rounding up for the convenience factor of being located close to the highway. Parking in front of the shop can sometimes be limited and there is additional parking in the adjacent strip plaza and behind that building along Main St. read more

This is a standard Starbucks. Seating here is limited, so during peak times finding a seat to work can be difficult. This location also tends to be dirtier than a typical Starbucks. Staff is not as welcoming as your standard Starbucks. read more

I went back and asked for cream cheese, the lady then walked away and didt come back for 5 minutes then I asked ANOTHER worker for some just for him to say there was none in store. This Starbucks location consistently does a poor job in preparing the beverages. We've purchased a variety of drinks there since we've moved to the area, and it's really hit or miss (mostly miss). Just tonight, I asked for a peach green tea. The drink had no discernible peach flavor, and it was unsweetened even though I didn't ask for it to be. During the cooler months, the mochas barely have any chocolate. Once I ordered a hot chocolate for my son, that tasted more like hot milk. Sure, they are always willing to make you a new one, but it should be done right the first time. Isn't that what the barista training is for?... There also seems to be a lot of turnover there. I frequent this store every morning. The staff is always pleasant and personable. The store itself is always clean, and well stocked. They are quick to serve. Never had I been to a store that operates like this one ( well oiled machine) kudos to the Management John Cogan for building such partners. You've got a great team. Horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a drink with almond milk, because I'm allergic to dairy, and they started making it with dairy milk. When I pointed that out, I got someone raising their voice at me and telling me that we need to tell them that "there's an allergy," before ordering, completely ignoring the fact that they were making it with DAIRY, and not ALMOND MILK, and just focusing on the fact that I didn't directly tell them that I had an allergy. Plus, someone who was with me got their drink made wrong after giving simple instructions! Ended up getting my drink pouring over the top and dripping all over the place, so at least I got my money's worth in the end, but I still had to use almost 10 napkins to clean it up, which was ridiculous. Ordered hot choc/no whipped cream at drive-thru. First sip was all foam and second and third as well. Went back, parked., went inside and asked for a replacement. We t to get in my car and took a sip, again all foam.... Will never go back there! Never had an all foam hot chocolate before they are usually really good. I don't usually choose Starbucks but today we did and I was so happy about our decision! I had heard amazing things about the chestnut praline latte and was bummed when they said they no longer had it as it's seasonal. However the women have lots of great other suggestions which was very helpful and she was super friendly. My boyfriend and I needed to choose something else and decided to split something- without asking they put it in two cups for us which I was delighted about! This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. The drive through is so slow that I have complained every time and the speed never picks up. Even when there is only one car ahead of me they take 5-8 minutes making my simple drink. Once I waited 10 minutes (I timed it). I also watched what people ahead of me ordered to see if they ordered something complicated or large, but they only got one drink and it was frustrating that the wait is that long! They don't listen to the order either. I had to ask three times for my coffee to be stirred, and they still forget. I asked for whole milk, they still put in 2%, never fails. And I have an allergy to whipped cream, they put whipped cream on my drink even though I loudly said NO WHIPPED CREAM, and they put the whipped cream on, and then scrapped it off in front of me. Spooning off whipped cream does not fix it, there is still bits of it in the drink and with allergies I cannot take that risk. They are slow and incompetent. If it was not the closest Starbucks I would go somewhere else. They need to get their act together and move quicker. I thought "maybe they are understaffed", and I look in to see 5 people working and only 1 making the coffee. When you pay $5.00 for a drink you expect proper service, not mistakes every damn time. read more
