Admittedly it's been ages since I've been here, especially since they stopped being 24 hours, and since they stopped baking them fresh and just truck them in - should be called Truckin' not Dunkin'. If you have a "go-to" order that you get frequently, don't expect it to taste the same EVER. This Dunkin' in particular is quite horrible at getting orders right, and be prepared for a straw full of sugar if you get any in your drink at all. Needed a pick me up and thankfully there was a D and D near by.Parking lot had a weird entrance and exit... smaller store inside. But the long line moved fast and service was on point. I got a vanilla chai and two warmed chocolate chip cookies ( I shared ) Drink was great, and the cookie hit the spot! read more

Very nice people... I was passing through this morning and they let me charge up my bike battery while I enjoyed a coffee and some donuts. They were very tentative when I came back up the sweeten my iced coffee and when I went back up to the counter to ask for a bag instead of the box they gave me. this is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I go at least once a week, and order curbside almost every time. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I've ever ordered curbside, I wait around twenty minutes in my car, and they never come out with my order. Eventually, I go inside and ask for my order. Normally, it is sitting on the counter, and they hand it to me without any apologies or explanations. Everytime I have done curbside I wait for more than 10 mins almsot 15 mins or I have to call to ask about my order... and then I still wait 5 mins for it to come out. Whats the point of having the option if you wait longer out in your car than you would in line in the store. read more

Integrity is a rare thing these days so it is important to note it when it happens. Today I stopped in Dunkin Donuts in New Paltz to get an Egg and Cheese. There was a small line of maybe 5 waiting at the pickup. The wait was a bit longer than usual when the Manager (I wish I asked her name) ask me and someone else what we were waiting for. About a minute later she came back handing both of us money. We both questioned it and she said she was refunding us because we were waiting long. We both tried to said this wasn't necessary and give the money back but she insisted says she didn't want her customers to wait over 5 minutes. Pretty classy!! read more

I make every effort to find a Dunkin When I travel. This one is very different and don't meet my expectations. The bathroom and the tables were not clean and there was a sticky feeling when you walk. No recycling option for the outside trash. The employees are not friendly and so good in finding excuses for not honoring coupons or sale price. Not my type of Dunkin! read more

Parking lot is really small and inside is too. I regularly order the same drink on the go and it is super hit or miss. Sometimes it is perfect and sometimes it is cold and missing the swirl or milk that I get in it. It is a little frustrating since I get the same thing every single work day. The woman told another worker to "just send out" my decaf coffee as regular and that "it's alright". My friend said "no it's not okay!" I can't have regular coffee. People have heart problems or other medical conditions where they can't have caffeine. How could someone intentionally endanger someone? As far as Dunkins go (and I've been to a lot) this is one of the better ones I've been to. I got coffee on two different days made by two different people and they were both made correctly. Amazing how that works. I think we need a transplant of employees to a location near me. read more

Worst manager i have ever experienced meeting. Christine talks down to employees and barks orders without a please or thankyou. Had a nasty tone. I was appalled hearing her speak to employees in such a manner. Its hard to believe someone thought she should be promoted to the postition of manager. Obviously no one is making good decisions in this company. I feel sorry for anyone who works with her. I come from a place where there are Dunks on every corner, so moving out here to New Paltz was a bit of a shock when I could only find one Dunks in town! The past four months I have lived here, I have to say that this is one of my favorite places in town to stop by daily. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and I've gotten to know a few of the employees well. It's gotten to the point where my coffee order is memorized, and sometimes in my hand before I even pay! There is limited parking here and no drive-through which is a downside; sometimes when I've been in a rush, I've had to drive through the parking lot and come back later on, since I don't have the time, or physically can't find a space for my car. However, if it's relatively slow and the weather is nice, they have a picnic bench set up outside so you can relax for a bit with your coffee, and enjoy the scenery. Those "cons", if you can call them that, are far outweighed by the good here. Like I said, the employees here are friendly, and it's been wonderful to have a spot where I'm known as a "regular" as I continue to get settled here. read more

We first get there and had an amazing cashier, sweet and nice. We order 1 Large Iced Latte, 1 Medium Iced Coffee, 2 toasted bagels (1 butter and 1 cream cheese), and two wake up raps. Wait for our food and drinks for 10-15 minutes. We get our bagels, they are messy and not very toasted. Way to much butter. We then get our drinks and they are 2 Medium Iced Coffees. We then say that one of them is a large latte. We then need to pull the receipt out to check it even though the women saw us pay for it. Takes 2 minutes looking at our recipt. Gives us our latte and we then leave after 20-25 minutes. We then open up our bagels and the buttered bagel was literally dripping... there was a puddle of butter at the bottom our bag. I've been to dozens of Dunkin' Donuts and this is the worst I have ever been in. The Coffee isn't watery, it is brown water, no taste whatsoever. The staff is rude and arrogant and there is a very limited selection of donuts. McDonalds and Stop and Shop are better. Not for anyone that knows what coffee should taste like. read more
