Every time I go here which is averaging once a day, they treat me with nothing but courteous and great customer service. They remember my order everytime I come in and ask if I'm getting my usual. There's been times where they know it's me at the drive thru from my order. Out of the numerous times I been here, they only made 1 or 2 mistakes and I been coming here, like I said once a day on average since god knows when. I'd say, keep it up! BTW... I love the White Cheddar Bagel Twist!!! read more

I have only ever been to this Dunkin twice. The first time was for an iced coffee in drive thru. The second time, I ended up stranded with a dead phone. I walked in thinking I could maybe use an outlet to call someone to help me but instead I was being kicked out for using their outlet, which they then covered with tape, and then threatened to run me over on my way out if I didn't leave "NOW" . read more

This is the BEST location! There is a DD literally down the block from us but we drive 2 miles to go to this location for several reasons: they are always friendly/kind, they get our orders right (if anything is off they fix it with a smile) & it's just a good experience consistently. We appreciate all of you! read more

Let's see, where do I start? I drive up and try to order a cappuccino. I get put on hold, no big deal, but I can hear on the mic that she was trying to finish her personal conversation about what's going on after work. Perhaps she forgot that her mic was still on or maybe she didn't care I heard. Then I get my drink, literally half full of foam (see picture). Last, but not least, I did not receive a receipt. I asked for one and she looked like I was being so inconvenient to her conversation. Terrible service and I really needed that caffeine boost since I work overnights at the local hospital. read more

My sister and I ordered daiquiri ice from here today and found a nut in it...she's allergic to nuts

Ordered a Macha Latte and Grilled cheese w/ bacon. Was asked to pull forward. Young girls came out with a bag and asked me what I was waiting for. I told her grilled cheese and bacon, she gave me the bag. Left (it was for my son). It was not a grilled cheese with bacon. Not a happy camper. read more

We pull up to the drive through and were immediately met with "Can I help you? can I help you?" And felt rushed by the employee. She didn't even ask us if we were done ordering and told us to go to the window. Then she got our order wrong and barely gave us any ice cream on one of the orders! We never had an issue before but this girl needs to learn better customer service and to not make people feel rushed! I don't care if she was close to ending her shift, that was rude and unprofessional. read more

The time is currently 12:42 AM. I called at approximately 1230 asking if they have their fresh donuts out yet. I was told yes. Great on my way! When I got there the broken English speaking customer service representative informed me that I have to wait until 1 o'clock to get the fresh donuts. That is 18 minutes. Do I need to say anything more? These people get an A in stupidity, an A in ignorance, and an A in wasting of other peoples time. Munster donuts is much much better and their customer service is outstanding. read more

The new Dunkin Rewards app is absolutely the worst. The original app was fast and easy, while the new version is difficult to use and far too confusing. It's intimidating, because none of us want to make those behind us wait needlessly. Worse yet, the franchisee doesn't care and is too quick to blame Dunkin Donuts. I quickly reminded him that he IS Dunkin Donuts and could make meaningful commentary to corporate. Truth be known, he couldn't care less because he benefits. More money to the bottom line. And he's the kind of guy who would steal money from his grandmother! read more

This place sucks! The service is bad and the employees have an attitude. This is the worst DD I've ever walked into. I drink the coffee daily and I was sorely disappointed at the level of service and the cold coffee ( should've been hot ) I was given in the drive thru. read more

I have been a loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts for years. Every weekend I order the same drink! Koko knows me when I walk in. They ask how can I help you my friend, but you are truly not their friend. You would think being a loyal customer and being enrolled in the DD perks would allow you to redeem the beverage of your choice. Oh no, BRIAN the manager says you can not. But before Brian you have the warden guarding the front counter that doesn't attempt to scan the "free beverage coupon " and is not friendly at all. They talk over you not allowing you to speak which is quite rude. Customers beware! They say you are their friend, but they really don't care about you. They truly do not under the concept of "CUSTOMER SERVICE "! read more

I have a terrible nut allergy I specifically said no nuts and could've died for a late night snack I was really looking forward to eating. Had throw it out as soon as I opened it!! I will be contacting a manager because I don't think I'll ever go there again. I wouldn't recommend this place there fast but don't know how to follow instructions. Looks like there workers have a lot of free time to be talking though. read more

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts several times. Fast drive-thru, friendly over the intercom. When you pull up they say "Hello My Friend, what can I get you?" Love it! Always get the order right. Great location and the inside is very clean. They also have the best coffee too!! A++++ read more

Incredible customer service! The person operating the Drive-Thru was chipper and put a smile on my face in the early morning. The food and coffee came out so fast and was exactly how I ordered it. I would highly recommend this Dunkin Location. This establishment is well organized and the workers are lovely to talk to. read more

What makes it so difficult to get my coffee order correct? I ordered an extra large coffee with easy cream, no sugar. The voice from the box repeated it exactly. Why in the heck was my coffee sweet? I'm soooooo sick of this happening! I hate wasting my money... By the time I realize the error, I've driven off and left coffeeless. Pouring a REGULAR cup of coffee isn't rocket science! Get my damn drink right!!! FYI everyone... The donuts are NOT made on premises, they're delivered daily. Very few places "make the donuts" anymore. read more

This is a great location! They're always really fast and really kind, and the place is kept very clean all the time. They're open 24 hours and the free WiFi works great. There's no Dunkin in my college town, which is where I live most of the year, so I look forward to coming here during home visits. read more

Seriously, why does this location always screw my order up? A simple iced coffee, dark roast, caramel swirl with one cream and no sugar. Took 3 tries just to get it to something I would actually drink. Every time I come up from Texas to visit, they screw it up. I've never been to a Dunkin' Donuts that so consistently screwed my orders up. I won't be going back at all. read more

I love this place the staff it's nice and get u in and out fast their pumpkin latte is the best !!!!!

This dunkin donuts is one of the best I've been to. It is super clean and the service is fast and efficient. Absolutely lucky for it to be one of the closest ones to my house. Once again my love for this location it's great. Cool new design, ambiance still on point. The associates at this location strive to know you and to get your order right time after time. My go-to Dunkin Donuts!! Even when they are crazy busy in the morning, the drive-thru is really fast, & they never mess up my order!

This is by far the best dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The staff are very friendly and super efficient. Even though there's always a super long line when I go before work in the morning, they keep it moving very quickly. Not only is the service great, but the product is top notch as well. Their coffee is made to perfection and the food is always fresh. Even my dog loves going, they always give him a treat at the window! read more

Always greeted by a "hello my friend" when you order from the drive-thru and now referred to as "honey" at the window, this DD cracks me up.

This is by far the friendliest and best quality Dunkin Donuts in the NW Indiana area. I have been going thru their drive thru for many years (since they opened) and are always treated in the most friendly way. Recently, after ordering thru the drive up, I found myself without my wallet, credit cards and only about 50 cents in cash on me. Guess what? They gave me my normal daily coffee and donut and said "don't worry about it...see you tomorrow"! Wow! Not only that, but their donuts are ALWAYS fresh and seem to be even a nicer portion than some of the other area DD's. When I stop in on the weekends, the counter help is super nice too. They always give my 7 y/o a couple of free Munchkins for no reason other than apparently to thank me for being a good customer. Finally, even if you see a super long wait thru the drive up window, no worries. This is the fastest DD drive thru I have ever not waited in! I am truly a loyal customer! Great place! read more

Best Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins in Northwest Indiana. They are open 24 hours. I have been there 12am, 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am and 6am. Their dinning room is always open. Their employees are very nice. Great place to hang with friends. read more

All the food I order from this particular location is extremely salty. This doesn't happen at any other location. IDK what the issue is.

I went to the Munster location early this morning and drove up to the window, my large iced coffee was $3.11. It quickly went $1.00 for almond milk I was told (ridiculous). After receiving my drink, I was trying to put my money away and the manager stuck his head around the female employee and told me move my car up... Cuz they have a long line. Mind you there was only one car behind me. I told him he was rude and I was not given a receipt. I will not go back there. I will go to another location. read more

This place is always jammed with cars in the drive thru, but they move them thru amazingly fast. The service is very friendly and efficient.

This Dunkin Donuts is the best! Every employee was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend stopping in!

I have been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts every morning for years, lately they have been hiring some rude Indian work horse employees that try to speed up the line by demanding customers have their order ready right away. It's disturbing. The location in Highland is a much more pleasant experience. read more

By far the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Stopped in the drive thru today and no one came on the intercom so after 5 minutes I drove around to the window. 2 employees looked at me and walked away with the my shift is over look. 1 employee working the inside looked over and then went back to whatever she was doing. It is safe to say that I will never visit this location again and discourage my fellow business owners in the area. read more

Used to frequent here 4 times a week in the morning faithfully, if you have been by you are a "friend" too to the man in the drive thru. Well let me tell you how MY friend would not accept my Sox ticket that was good for a free small iced coffee. I literally used the same thing/coupon/ ticket 2 weeks ago when a nice young lady was at the window she gave me no problem. But this man scans it and yells at me "its too small its no working" and throws it at me. I didn't understand what was happening so i gave it back to him and another man came over and aggressively snatched the paper and shoved the scanner in the window and started yelling "it don't work" i had ordered a bagel for my daughter as well so i asked for my ticket back n asked for the total embarrassed cause i did NOT know what was going on still cause last time they took it. Seems extra weird. Anyways paid for bagel and small coffee. I will NEVER be back to this location dont care how fast drive thru is they talked to me like trash. read more
