Let's see, where do I start? I drive up and try to order a cappuccino. I get put on hold, no big deal, but I can hear on the mic that she was trying to finish her personal conversation about what's going on after work. Perhaps she forgot that her mic was still on or maybe she didn't care I heard. Then I get my drink, literally half full of foam (see picture). Last, but not least, I did not receive a receipt. I asked for one and she looked like I was being so inconvenient to her conversation. Terrible service and I really needed that caffeine boost since I work overnights at the local hospital. read more

The time is currently 12:42 AM. I called at approximately 1230 asking if they have their fresh donuts out yet. I was told yes. Great on my way! When I got there the broken English speaking customer service representative informed me that I have to wait until 1 o'clock to get the fresh donuts. That is 18 minutes. Do I need to say anything more? These people get an A in stupidity, an A in ignorance, and an A in wasting of other peoples time. The new Dunkin Rewards app is absolutely the worst. The original app was fast and easy, while the new version is difficult to use and far too confusing. It's intimidating, because none of us want to make those behind us wait needlessly. Worse yet, the franchisee doesn't care and is too quick to blame Dunkin Donuts. She didn't even ask us if we were done ordering and told us to go to the window. Then she got our order wrong and barely gave us any ice cream on one of the orders! I have been a loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts for years. Every weekend I order the same drink! Koko knows me when I walk in. They ask how can I help you my friend, but you are truly not their friend. You would think being a loyal customer and being enrolled in the DD perks would allow you to redeem the beverage of your choice. Oh no, BRIAN the manager says you can not. But before Brian you have the warden guarding the front counter that doesn't attempt to scan the "free beverage coupon " and is not friendly at all. They talk over you not allowing you to speak which is quite rude. Customers beware! They say you are their friend, but they really don't care about you. What makes it so difficult to get my coffee order correct? I ordered an extra large coffee with easy cream, no sugar. The voice from the box repeated it exactly. Why in the heck was my coffee sweet? Always greeted by a "hello my friend" when you order from the drive-thru and now referred to as "honey" at the window, this DD cracks me up.

This is by far the friendliest and best quality Dunkin Donuts in the NW Indiana area. I have been going thru their drive thru for many years (since they opened) and are always treated in the most friendly way. Recently, after ordering thru the drive up, I found myself without my wallet, credit cards and only about 50 cents in cash on me. Guess what? They gave me my normal daily coffee and donut and said "don't worry about it...see you tomorrow"! Wow! Not only that, but their donuts are ALWAYS fresh and seem to be even a nicer portion than some of the other area DD's. When I stop in on the weekends, the counter help is super nice too. They always give my 7 y/o a couple of free Munchkins for no reason other than apparently to thank me for being a good customer. Finally, even if you see a super long wait thru the drive up window, no worries. This is the fastest DD drive thru I have ever not waited in! I am truly a loyal customer! Great place! read more

I went to the Munster location early this morning and drove up to the window, my large iced coffee was $3.11. It quickly went $1.00 for almond milk I was told (ridiculous). Used to frequent here 4 times a week in the morning faithfully, if you have been by you are a "friend" too to the man in the drive thru. Well let me tell you how MY friend would not accept my Sox ticket that was good for a free small iced coffee. I literally used the same thing/coupon/ ticket 2 weeks ago when a nice young lady was at the window she gave me no problem. But this man scans it and yells at me "its too small its no working" and throws it at me. I didn't understand what was happening so i gave it back to him and another man came over and aggressively snatched the paper and shoved the scanner in the window and started yelling "it don't work" i had ordered a bagel for my daughter as well so i asked for my ticket back n asked for the total embarrassed cause i did NOT know what was going on still cause last time they took it. Every time I go here which is averaging once a day, they treat me with nothing but courteous and great customer service. They remember my order everytime I come in and ask if I'm getting my usual. There's been times where they know it's me at the drive thru from my order.
