After returning home from my most recent purchase, I discovered that the container containing the pre-rolls I purchased was empty. The packaging appeared to have been opened and resealed, and the pre-rolls were missing. I also purchased Cookies THC edibles as a gift. Because I no longer had confidence in the integrity of my order after discovering the missing product, I chose not to give the gift or use it. What has been most disappointing is not just the missing product, but the lack of communication afterward. I made several attempts to contact the dispensary by email to report the issue and seek a resolution, but I never received a response. As a result, I disputed the charge with my financial institution. I'm sharing my experience because I believe customers deserve both quality products and responsive customer service when something goes wrong. I sincerely hope management reviews this matter, investigates what happened, and takes steps to ensure it doesn't happen to another customer.
