If they round up on every customer no matter how you pay that is stealing and adds up to a lot of money at the end of the day. NOT COOL!!!! They don't even give reward/loyalty points/dollars on your orders. I've NEVER been to a dispensary that didn't give samples or that ROUND UP to the nearest dollar. Although I was in and out, I wonder how much that rounding up adds up to at the end of the day per customer.

I walked around to the other window and knocked, because I recognized an employee who told me to hold on. Instead, another employee I had never seen came to the window, shrugged her shoulders, and motioned "too bad" as if I were a child. I always treated the staff with kindness, tipped well, and appreciated their hard work, because I know what it's like to work in customer service. That made this experience especially disappointing. After being a loyal customer, I expected a little more courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return.
