Im not writing this review to disparage the business, but to make them aware that one of their employees always makes me feel so unwelcome. I buy 2 products from smokeshops on a regular basis and am so pleased that this business provides both from so close to home. Unfortunately those products are behind the register. I have walked into an empty store or a store with 1-2 customers ahead of me, and every time I waited my turn, but the employee (or owner, IDK) alway acted like I was an inconvenience or annoying to him. I don't like to jump to conclusions, but I wonder if this person was having a bad day, hates his job, hates customers, doesn't respect women, or dislikes black women. Its hard to tell. I literally want to get what I came to BUY with my MONEY and leave, but I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth when I have to deal with certain employees (or owners). I just want the business and customers to be aware. I also gave my REWARDS number for points and I seriously do not think he put it in. I did not get a receipt.

Hi I'm a concerned citizen messaging about a smoke shop located at 810 Maple Ave Homewood IL 60430…read morethat has been selling weed and all kinds of tobacco to underage kids for years consistently till this day and it's the owner who has a beard and bald who has been letting this happen and he has been sellling to 12 year olds and I had stopped a group of 4 kids at a park smoking with weed and weed pens and lighters and tobacco wraps and I stopped them asked who sold to them and they said it was the white Arabic man in the shop with a beard and bald and he has been selling to them for a while and has been encouraging them to buy and come back and tell all their friends so they can get sales and if they do he will keep selling to them and I went in there and tried to buy something a little while back to see if he would sell to me without a id and not showing one and he did and I even have the receipt of the purchase and everything, also I know one of the kids he's been selling to since he was 10! And he had got popcorn lungs and got sick and has slightly trouble breathing and cardio issues and he got everything from that Arabic guy and he kept telling him to come back and the pain he was feeling in his stomach lungs and throat was normal and that's how you know it's working be a man and I'm just disgusted at the fact this can happen and still go on I'm disgusted . For a while now I've been seeing kids go into this store for YEARS and this same exact guy keeps selling to them and trying to get them to stay and keep buying and tell their friends and didint think too much of it until recently and decided to come forth but I want to be anonymous and I'm not saying do anything bad to the owner but please send someone to talk to them or give them a warning or something so that guy stops selling drugs and tobacco to 12 year olds. Please I don't know if you can give the right enforcement of power to talk to this guy and investigate and make sure he knows to stop and that he can't do this, I've gotten the kids off the tobacco and everything and the parents are trying to sue and take this to court but I'm trying to not make this too much on the kids so I just want someone to come down and talk to this guy and do what's right and make sure no kids are running around smoking weed in our community
