After only one visit and a week later, they still remembered me right away! I was beyond impressed! I told them juices I liked and they got them. Like who does that anymore? Five star does! Customer service goes a long way and five star goes above and beyond. They have excellent product knowledge too. They know their stuff and they know exactly what they have. HUGE variety of loose tobacco & rolling stuff, nice if you are going the roll your own route as my husband is. 2 cartons of Camel lights (47.94 each), a can of Bali Shag (25.29), a box of flints, and a White Sox lighter ran us 133.31, including 8.66 cents in tax. They just kind of looked at each other and left. I was next in line and decided to look at my receipt. I too was charged more than the listed price in the cooler for that wine and another item I bought. I pointed it out and all the cashier said was they were adjusting the prices for the season. I said that they needed to publish the correct price then. Nothing. Crickets. No adjustment and no apology. Barney's is only a couple miles, so I will just go there from now on. He has brought in some of the best personal Humidors by Savory; so he now has added a bigger selection of humidors to sell for a person to purchase right there a... and purchase as a gift or personal use at home. Great atmosphere, it was a little bust before with many chairs that were not in working order: but he has changed that, along with a fresh paint upgrade. He has brought in many new lines/manufactures of cigars while keeping all of the established standby and industry favorites that were there. Lots of great industry boutique cigars that increases the selection of what's there to smoke. The ventilation is great and has been updated this year, various areas to sit with groups ... even a private room that has a conference table sitting 6 to 8 (there is other conference table in the general lounge area too.) people with a TV and private bathroom in that room. The layout of the store is flipped & centered more on smoking accessories and fewer convenience store items. The store is howered in the brightest led light. Small head shop with unique glass pipes and the different smoking accessories. Few brands of herb & cart vapes, newer shorter bongs and rigs. Pricing is all over but the proprietor ensures, "you should feel happy when you leave. We can work a little on the pricing, so take your time and choose." That's good to know since listed prices can raise the brow. The selection is interesting though. I like intriguing chillum and bowls with a long stem. They have a few double blown pipes that react to heat when lit. So the stem illuminates as you draw. This and other unique pipes are available. For the collector, a few cool finds.
