This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced. I honestly don't know how they a stay in business and if the owner knows what goes on there!! I have been told we can not make any hot sandwiches because we only have two staff people. Our ovens are broken so we can't make any hot food 3 times. If you want a bacon egg and cheese wrap that will be 20 minutes because we are short staffed. Best one have to pay exact change or credit because no one opened the tills. I'm a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts coffee. In my opinion, it beats out Starbucks in price and taste. High recommendations on adding Hazelnut Swirl to both iced and hot coffees. But every time I order a drink I specifically ask for no cream and this is the only location where the workers (multiple and rarely the same) consistently fail to pay attention to that part. I don't think I've gone into this location and walked out with the first cup of coffee they handed me because they always add cream no matter how hard I emphasize it. On top of that, they don't seem to ever be tending the front cash register ready to take orders. This time around once I realized that the order was wrong again, I walked back in and had to try and call out to the closest employee multiple times with no prevail. Then when I finally got the attention of another nice employee the one that made my coffee tried to tell me that that wasn't what the receipt read when I was looking at it still on the cash register screen. Other than that, the inside of the shop is cute and well designed to seat a few parties without having to sit within arms reach of each other. This DD is way understaffed. I get it, hard to find good help. I have had the DD App for several years. Ordered two weeks ago and the line for drive thru was crazy long. The front door is locked so had to wait in car line to pick up order. I waited 30 minutes and still no where near the front. Had to get to work. Ok so far understand the challenges. I went to the App and asked for a refund on the order I never got. This is where it gets out of hand. For a week I heard nothing, even though the auto reply email said they will be in touch in 48 hours. I reached out again and was told they have no record of the original email. I love Dunkin', but this one was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. ANYWHERE. First off, the employees were all new and trainees, but there was this one lady supervising them. When I ordered, she snapped at me saying "Which flavor?! You're gonna have to be more specific!!" and she was teaching the trainees how to put orders into the computer. With our order!! Wouldn't someone teach the trainees how to work the machines and everything on their own time? Secondly, that lady was the only one making the drinks. The trainees were standing against the counters and waiting around doing nothing. When they finally called my name (after about 15 minutes) the order was completely wrong. I waited almost five minutes at the drive through window (I was the only one at 6:00am) and I asked for egg white on my wakeup wrap and got regular egg and it wasn't hot at all! My cold brew coffee with French vanilla tasted like there was alcohol in it: it burned my throat when I took a sip. I wasn't told what my total was going to be (for a 2$ coffee, 1.50$ wrap, and a donut) and it came to 7something. My family and I went to this Dunkin around 11:45am today (Sunday). After placing our order at the drive-thru consisting of simply glazed and strawberry glazed donuts and coffee, we were informed that they "didn't have those donuts." Rather, the attendant named off approximately 4-5 flavors they did have. We chose one that was mentioned and said we would like 3, only to then be informed they only had 2 of those. Essentially, they were sold out of everything before noon. After pulling away, my husband took a sip of his burnt coffee, but we didn't bother dealing with the staff to go back for our money or fresh coffee. I can't say I can recommend this location in any aspect. Save yourself some trouble and take your business elsewhere. Hopefully, early birds get the worms here..unfortunately, we got leftovers. read more

I agree with what the others have said so far. allow me to add two more complaints... It is hard to just get to the DD. You have to drive all the way around the shopping center and then drive back to the middle just to get to there. Also, the drive through "isles" are ridiculously small. I fear for my tires and sides of my car every time I try to squeeze through there. Navigating through a tiny space like that at 7 in the morning is not enjoyable. Side note. I was there yesterday morning, was greeted rudely by Dakota (I'm assuming is their name based on my receipt). Had to repeat my order several times. No total given, just told "pull around." Get to the window where about 5 girls were just sitting around gossiping about other employees on how to clean and playing on their phones. Meanwhile, Dakota asks me again what size drink I ordered. Another girl makes my bagel, tells Dakota it's ready, but she's not paying attention. Literally no one bothers to give me the bagel and I'm the only customer there. This is the worst location we have ever been to. With the exception of one staff member, I wish I knew his name to give him props, they are rude! Management also! My daughter and I both have been on many separate occasions and have received the same nasty service. If your order is made wrong there is no apology. Visited this location on 9/6 and had a horrible experience. First off I was not greeted properly . no good morning or welcome to Dunkin Donuts. Just a "what you having" as soon I pull up. Next I get to the window and receive my order and ask for strawberry jelly and ketchup . They have none. well maam what are you putting on these dry ass sandwiches. I get ALL the way to my next destination, and open my sandwich which is supposed to be a BACON EGG AND CHEESE. My sandwich was a PLAIN egg on Texas toast. I drive back to the Dunkin donuts and let them know my order is wrong, by this time my coffee (I got from wawa's) is cold, I can't enjoy it with my meal, my hashbrowns are cold . I hand them the entire bag, she comes back to the window and hands me a new bag with the OLD and COLD hashbrowns in it. I knocked on the window and let her know, no I don't want these hashbrowns they are cold not fresh. Not once did they apologize for the error or offer me fresh hashbrowns. I have no reached my destination again with the NEW sandwich and the toast is completely burnt. And they put the burnt part on the inside like I wouldn't taste it. Placed a mobile order and waited in the store for 15 minutes before I had to ask a worker where my food was, who then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me they were out of bagels. I love dunkin. It is my go to. But this Dunkin' is the worst I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is the closest one to me and I don't pass any other coffee shops on my way to work in the mornings. They will be dead inside and it still takes 10 minutes to get my order. Last weekend I placed a mobile order (they are never ready when I get there) and one of the employees handed me my large iced coffee with the lid hanging off... "lid isn't fitting". I WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!! Why would you hand someone a full coffee with no lid on it in a car???? As a former employee of a competing coffee company they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I decided to try out a DD latte and flat bread instead of going to Starbucks. Big mistake! Employee was not rude but also not friendly. The sausage, egg and cheese wrap tasted really weird. The only way I can describe it is "antiseptic" as if the sandwich was made on a recently cleaned surface. I did not eat the sandwich! The latte tasted . . . well just bad.
