I was sad that they were out of soup dumplings but I got the mini steamed buns and he asked if I wanted onions, sesame and sauce on top and I was like of course! I asked him what kind of tea I should have to help my sinuses and he made me a honey lemon jasmine tea mixed with cinnamon, cayenne and turmeric. I was nervous about how it would taste but was pleasantly surprised!! He was very nice and we had a good chat and when I got home and ate the dumplings I was blown away. The sauce and garnishes made such a difference, it was all SOOOO good. I wasn't able to take pictures unfortunately since my phone still wouldn't turn in but I needed to leave a review because I loved my experience. Will absolutely be going back! I asked the person at the counter what kind of plant milks they had and he said, "Whole milk, skim milk..." obviously not even listening. I had to ask again. So I order my tea and the whole time this guy is wiping his nose with his hand. Not even kidding. Right in front of us. So he makes my tea and he goes to put a sleeve on the cup. HE DROPS THE SLEEVE ON THE FLOOR AND THEN PUTS IT ON THE CUP. Sigh. I was with new friends and didn't want to make a fuss, but GAH You could not pay me to eat here.
