Ok, as a frequent visitor of this Dunkin'- it is definitely not the best I have been to. Service is slow, orders are often wrong etc. BUT I will say that the employees are always very nice and happy to correct mistakes. Also, coffee is always the same-old standard Dunkin coffee you can get at any other location. So not a bad experience overall- I just would not recommend going here if you're in a rush or late to work. read more

Place is filthy and gross. Look at the bathroom. They claim to take pride in it yet there is poop on the seat, floor is filthy, and trash everywhere. It's gross! Inside, the doors have finger prints all over and inside restaurant has trash on the floor. No place to sit and eat with too many people in waiting in line. Got a bagel with cream cheese. Top side of the bagel had no cream cheese and the bottom side of the bagel had hardly any. If you were to scrape it off the bagel it would have been less than 1/2 teaspoon if that. It was on 5/31/2022 at 7:30 am. Not going back. read more

I worked here for two years and left about a couple months ago since I was moving across country. While I was gone they remodeled the entire store and I never got the chance to see what changes were made. I left on good terms and I had never in my time working there received any disciplinary action. Apparently hanging out with my friends/now former coworkers in the lobby before I left and checking out how they updated behind the counter once they had closed the store was cause for upper management to send police to my house to serve me a restraining order. Unfortunately for the overly self important children that run the company I had already left the state completely. I genuinely feel quite sad for them ( :'( this is what I look like) as they were apparently throwing quite the temper tantrum given they couldn't make an example out of an ex-employee! How sad! But hey if uncompetitive wages, piss poor management and genuine lack of respect for their own employees sound like a business you want to support then you will be like a kid in a candy store here. lol read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any of the Dunkin' stores I've ever been to, and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had, too. 1) There was feces on the toilet seat in the restroom. 2) There was no hot water at the sink in the restroom (this is a state health code violation). 3) I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. 4) The Munchkins I ordered were stale. read more

I stopped here to use the restroom on a trip up north. The toilet clearly hasn't been cleaned in probably WEEKS or longer. It is literally caked yellow. The trash was overflowing with women's sanitary products and diapers. The hand soap was just about empty, I barely got a drop! Then their hand dryer is odd where you have stuck your hands inside it. Nope used my shirt and didn't touch the door with my hand on the way out! How do employees who are required to wash their hands before returning to work do so if there isn't any soap....? How hard is it to use a toilet brush? If I wasn't about to pee my pants and knew the area I would've gone somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting. read more

I went thru the drive thru on 11/18 around 4 o'clock and the lady that took my order was very rude to me over the intercom I asked the guy at the window for her name it was Ashley. I told the guy at the window I would never come back to this dunking dounts again because of how rude she was over the mic. after I got my coffee I started to driveaway and it was made wrong. Definitely the worst Dunkin' Donuts my father and I (we usually go for weekly coffee together) have ever been to. The coffee nearly always has a burned, licorice-like taste. I can't quite put my finger on exactly what is wrong. Even if they re-make the coffee fresh, it still doesn't taste right. We were thinking they have their storage carafe at the wrong temperature, but since even the fresh coffee isn't right, it must be something else. Some of the employees are quite nice, but many of them are just clueless about how to interact with customers. Dunkin' Donuts offers a free donut (with purchase of coffee) to AARP members. The last time my father was there, the clerk demanded he remove the AARP card from his wallet and hand it to the clerk for a thorough inspection and verification. For a DONUT. And my father is 74 years old with a white beard. Do these people really think someone is out there with a counterfeit AARP card and a fake beard, driving around to pull scams to get free donuts? Come on, really. There is a manager ( I wish I could remember her name. Suzanne? Susan?) who is actually really nice, and a great listener. She even gave my father a gift card for his troubles. Only thing is, the coffee's so terrible, it actually didn't help much. Once, we had the displeasure of seeing the owner of the business in there. Sullen-faced, his presence casts a shadow over the whole place. I'm not sure if I'd trust this guy to park my car, let alone serve me breakfast. He shouldn't be in a people-oriented business. TL,DR VERSION: Undrinkable coffee, surly staff, unresponsive owner. Avoid. ALTERNATIVE LOCATIONS: 1: 6 miles north on 125, Xtramart/Sunoco. Has Dunkin' Donuts, gas, convenience store. Fuel, snacks, clean rest room. Coffee is always delicious and every single staff member is pleasant and efficient, always. 2: 4 miles south on 125 is a Shell with a Dunkin' Donuts inside. Warning! My husbands debit card info. was taken from here. Can't prove who did it but was the only place he used it and it was out of his sight when he gave it to the drive through person. Many online charges from stores where place a day or so after being there. Watch out someone working there is taking info!!!! read more

Absolute worst Dunkins I have ever been too. I live in town and it is the closest DD to me---I will drive 5-10 miles away to not have to deal with this location. Their coffee is ALWAYS disgusting --- like it was left on the burner from the night before regardless if they just made it or not. They can never make a sandwich correctly without having to get it changed 2 or 3 times--it's so irritating I refuse to leave until I check absolutely everything because if I don't I made it the point to drive my butt back and make them fix it because I was so sick of always not getting what I ordered or having it be so burnt it wasn't edible anyway. I have finally thrown in the towel and either go to the heavenly donuts for my food or a Dunkins in the completely opposite direction for my food. read more
