However, on a hot day visit recently, the AC wasn't on and it felt hot in here. They offer a selection of smoothies, breakfast items, salads, grain bowls, acai bowls, paninis, wraps, coffee and tea drinks. The prices here seem at the higher end. I found ordering in person and paying cash was slightly lower pricing (no added credit card fees) than ordering online. They also offer Uber Eats and GrubHub delivery. On my recent visit to the Plaistow Balanced location, I ordered the Buff Chick "Quesadilla" Bowl ($14.59 plus tax, warm jasmine rice, shredded and tossed buffalo chicken, red onion, white cheddar, avocado, salsa fresca, black beans, and a drizzle of ranch) and a Tropical Greens Smoothie ($6.36 plus tax (small), coconut milk, mango, pineapple, spinach, chia seeds). My food was ready within 10 minutes after ordering. The Buff Chick "Quesadilla" Grain Bowl was pretty good with a slightly spicy flavor, but the portion was very modest for the high price. The Small Tropical Greens smoothie was not too sweet and very refreshing and cold. Overall, what I ordered was solid good and the service was prompt.
