As soon as I walked in, I was asked what I wanted while the employee was on the phone. I tried to order a caramel macchiato, and instead of simply telling me they didn't have it, she recommended that I get black coffee. The customer service came across as very rude and unwelcoming. Then $12 for three donuts?! That was honestly insane to me. Overall, the experience was disappointing from the customer service to the pricing. -5/10.
