This Dunkin has gotten much better. I want to recognize that this location has had some high turnover of staff over the years so the current spate of reviews doesn't really apply to the current manager or staff. Went here this morning to get an iced coffee & something to eat. Even though that this establishment is connected to a gas station, there is still plenty of places to park. It sometimes gets a little tight with people trying to park/getting gas, but it's nothing too serious. When you walk inside this particular store the thing that stands out the most to me is how pleasant the staff is. They always greet you with a big smile & a hello & they always read back your order to you to make sure that it's all correct. This establishment is usually rather busy because of its location (gas station & right near the train station) but they do a great job getting your order down quickly. Today I got a French vanilla ice coffee & a chicken go wrap. In all my order took 5 minutes & everything was great. My coffee had the perfect blend of milk & sugar & the turbo shot was a good extra kick. This is my spot to go if I need a coffee or a quick bite to eat on my way to work. read more

This place is the worst coffee shop in the area. The coffee tastes burnt consistently so that means they never clean the urns. Went in middle of the day. Two people working, one, tall kid on his cell phone talking the entire time. Other kid working but filling mobile orders before the line of people inside. Avoid this place. Park Ridge Dunkin Donuts doesn't burn their coffee and waits on people quickly. read more

Okay, I started going some mornings during the weekend too because I'm totally hooked on their egg sandwiches. They're my new drug. As in, I'm ready to cash out the kids' college fund to support my Big 'N Toasted habit. My point is, it turns out the folks working those shifts are just as awesome -- very friendly, prompt. They smile. They make going there on a Saturday morning a real pleasure. I daresay it's the best DD I've ever been to. Seriously, I hope the franchise owner reads this. Horrible customer service. The woman behind the counter at this Dunkin' Donuts is a walking nightmare. I watched her insult and reprimand an elderly woman for asking for more than 2 sugar packets. Witnessed the entire scenario and couldn't believe this happened in our lovely town. After the customer was given 2 packets, she asked for a few more. The woman behind the register (appeared to be the manager) then replied, "i can't with you people. How many sugars did you take, 20?" Love my Dunkin! Hillsdale Dunkin Donuts is the best around. Super friendly staff! They know most of all the " regulars" orders. The store is always clean and gets decorated for each holiday. See Luis the manager in the am. He runs a great shift and is very accomodating. My coffee is always perfect the way I like. Iced or hot, its always good. If there is any issue at all, Luis will make sure you are satisfied. This is my Dunkin Donuts - my go to caffeine shop so I may be biased. But I love them there. They provide great coffee (as any DD does) but here the customer service is through the roof! I stop here about twice a week and I am greeted with a smile and by name. They really help you start your day right as I add to my caffeine addiction. read more

Every time I visit the east coast, I drop by a Dunkin Donuts and get a toasted almond coffee with creme and sugar and 3 glazed munchkins. Since last year, I have started collecting the limited edition Dunkin Donuts mugs. I have a Washington DC mug, a New York City mug, and now thanks to this Dunkin Donuts, a New Jersey mug!!! Each of the mugs have famous monuments of the city or state on them. I came here on a Sunday afternoon and there was plenty of parking and it was pretty dead. I can see how it could be super busy given that the Hillsdale NJ transit station was around the corner. My toasted almond coffee tasted consistent with all the other Dunkin Donuts I have been to so two thumbs up for this location being consistent! read more

I go to this Dunkin Donuts every morning and every morning I'm greeted by smiling employees who go out of their way to be welcoming,positive, and friendly. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing and start my day In a pleasant way everyday. They know many of the regulars' orders (including mine) and have your order ready even before you step up to the counter. The women who work here are simply the best and the owner should be proud of the wonderful staff he has working for him. read more

BEST DUNKIN EVER... I love this place more than anything... I live for and love Dunkin alone but this pne is set apart from any other Dunkin. Everyone is so friendly I feel so welcome when I walk in. They have never got my order wrong and have always made me want to come back. My usual order is a medium iced coffee with caramel and almond milk and it makes my day. So it's a Dunkin Donuts, but the parking lot....holy smokes. Good place if you want to grab a coffee break when nobody else is around. Or just park on the side street....probably easier. Sine we beat the parking lot issue to death, the place is immaculate, the staff is friendly. I've never had a ton of slow experiences here, so they are hit and miss. They're definitely right on the ball when it comes to going down a line, so credit for that. Other than that they coffee is what's to be expected. This location is terrible and I have repeatedly had an issue with the "coffee" being nothing more than flavored hot water that has been run though recycled coffee grounds. Parking is awful and can be described as an airport parking lot exit. Staff is always nice, but, the purpose of the business is to provide coffee and you would be better off saving your money and going to the DD in Park Ridge. This DD is definitely a place to avoid, I'd give it 0 stars if I could. read more

The parking lot here is just awful. Then again its a small gas station anyway. The folks in this D&D are pretty good. They can be slow sometimes but the place is always clean which I like. I go here four mornings a week. The staff is SUPER friendly and they know what all the regulars want. Couldn't be nicer, the coffee is always fresh, really just go for the coffee, so no comment on the food. Now the parking lot is a totally different story. Because it's shared with a gas station, it's very tight. People use the handicapped space like it is a regular parking space and get insulted when you tell them it's for the handicapped. But I doubt there's little the DD store can do. I've been there when there's a Hillsdale police officer there, and they only tell people to move, regardless if they told the same person the day before......frustrating! read more
