A very unique Dunkin Store, vibrant colors and nice decor. I actually enjoyed the interaction with the staff. Everyone was very cordial and welcoming. The store had a great amount of different donuts and original souvenirs available. As for my order, black coffee, a croissant sandwich with eggs and bacon and a wicked munchkin (for my sweet day). I went to this Dunkin on my way to work and orders a cookie. the cookie specifically said it has no peanuts and and I even asked the employee and they confirmed no peanuts. however when I broke it he cookie and thank god I broke it and not bite ir I saw a weird item inside to my surprise it was a peanut nut. needles to say I'm furious considering I'm deadly allergic to it. never again. read more

Very nice people work here they actually go beyond to help. I was in a big this stressful day and I didn't realize I left behind part of my order in the counter, as I walk out to the parking lot and got into my vehicle and I was about to head out the lady that helped me at the counter actually went out of her way to go outside and bring me my order that I left behind by mistake, that's a simple gesture of customer service but it means a lot to me because she could just wait for me to come back after I realized I left it. but she was pretty active and save me a trip back to the store that was really nice. read more

I've tried refraining from writing a bad review. But yesterday was the last straw. I use the mobile app to order. I only buy one thing and one thing only--a frozen coffee. First time I paid through the app, I checked in and they took 20 minutes to bring me the frozen coffee, which had already turned liquid (meaning it had been standing there for a while before someone actually brought it out to me). I thought "No big deal, things happen." Second time (about one week apart), I ordered the same coffee and parked next to the "curb side pick-up" sign (as those parking spaces were taken) and turned on my hazard lights. I was scolded by the employee for not parking in front of the sign (when only about two minutes prior was there a space available in front of the sign). Third time around I ordered the same thing, a frozen coffee. Again, there was no parking in front of the curb side pick-up signs so I had to park 2 spaces down. I was handed my drink 20 minutes later, again liquid. And AGAIN, I was scolded for not parking in front of the curb side pick-up sign. And if that wasn't enough, the employee rudely said "Next time, don't put Gold as the color of your car. Put yellow." I drive a yellow sports car and there is no option to put YELLOW as a color on the app NOR is there an option to put 2 door/sports car, either. And honestly, you're going to tell me you couldn't deduce that GOLD was YELLOW when I am clearly the only yellow car in the lot (which also has the car make specified on the app)? Really? Anyway, yesterday I was running a bit late for school, so instead of ordering through the app, I decided to walk in and order the old-fashioned way. Again, all I had was my frozen coffee. The people who ordered AFTER me were receiving their orders before me. It wasn't until I spoke up that they realized they had left my coffee sitting next to their machine, and to my surprise (NOT), my "frozen" was not frozen anymore. I just can't seem to catch a break with this Dunkin' Donuts Location and it seems I am not the only one. read more

I'd normally never review a Dunkin' Donuts. Doing so, in my view, is tantamount to reviewing a McDonald's or a BK or whatever other chain restaurant that has spread like smallpox across our culinary landscape. But this particular locale warrants a shout out. This Dunkin' exemplifies how a community can totally warp corporate templates. Particularly in a place like Hialeah. The food/coffee is the same here as it is at every other Dunkin', but man, I loves my Cuban ladies behind the counter. The treatment you get here is reminiscent of the treatment you might get at a Hispanic coffee shop, that kind of familiarity that is sometimes totally exclusive to Hispanic culture. I have been going to this location for a while now. The staff is always courteous. Even though there is some what of a language barrier they always get my order correct. They even know what I want each time (since it is always the same). They are hard working. When they have no customers they are still keeping busy by keeping the place clean. I don't think I have been to an establishment that where I have seen them clean the ceiling and AC vents. read more

Im not DD fan but Im been here more often those days. Particularly this one, the personal are very friendly fast and smilling all the time, they have my favorite donut 'arequipe' may be beacuse is Hialeah lol, but when I ask today for my warm muffin with butter the girl look at me like with the face "what its" what are you talking girl, I explain and they made it but the butter wasnt melty cold they need to put more time the Muffin on the microwave ... I always go to the Dunkin' Donuts in 2360 W 68th St/Unit 101, Hialeah, FL 33016, tonight there were two women working at 10pm that spoke to us rudely and with attitude. I had a coupon that states "enjoy a free half dozen with the purchase or an equal or greater value. They did't seem to understand it in English, I speak both English and Spanish fluently so I translated the coupon to her. She called her manager on the phone and she also wasn't understanding. The blonde hair female working was yelling at us from the kitchen door that the coupon doesn't say "free" anywhere, it was RED & BOLD It's ridiculous that you have workers that don't know how to speak or read English. On top of that I didn't leave with what I wanted to buy from a Dunkin' Donuts, I'm a valued customer and frequent that dunkin's every weekend. I called the store as well and they say "no English sorry/just Spanish this is Hialeah" and clicked. I had by far the worst experience in that shop. read more
