Went to this location trying to find the Harry Potter donuts, but of course did not have any luck on Saturday. The two gentleman that was working, was so helpful and friendly. He gave us suggestions on how we can obtain the donuts and the best time to order. We went ahead and ordered the golden snitch latte. It was not bad, very sweet, but that's expected. The next day I placed the order at the time he suggested and it was a success! On this day, the manager was working and she wasn't as friendly as the young gentleman from the day before. They wedged this KK into a weird spot in West Hialeah. This has to be perhaps Hialeah's most crowded intersection so it's sorta of pain in the ass to get to. They also have a weird drive-thru so I typically just get off but due to C-19 it's not possible any longer. I'm old but pretty with it so I have started to order ahead which is the way of the future But They never have my order ready when I get there. This place seems like a budget Krispy Kreme. They do not have the huge donut making equipment that other locations have. I ordered an original glazed that they said was HOT but I had to wait 5 minutes while they fired up the machine. The donut tasted awful, perhaps it was the batter they mixed up wrong, or it was just sitting, but this original glazed was not like the typical Krispy Kreme. What a disappointment. While Krispy Kreme in itself makes a great product. Few people I'll complain about the donuts. The two also important are the facility (cleanliness, parking, etc.), and customer service (Treated with curtesy, friendliness, served quickly, etc). What truly irks me, and it has happened several times, is when during a promotion, a facility does not have that certain product or item. Hialeah Kristie Kreme is notorious for not carrying a certain promotional or holiday donut that is widely advertised. At no time, is it said that only certain places will carry it. Today I went for the advertised "Eclipse Donut", of course they stated that they ran out. Either they are always ill prepared for a promotion, or they don't care about their customers! I will not be coming back anytime soon. With the large selection of designer donut shop increasing, they should fix this issue or go the way of Mr.Donut, Velvet Kreme, or other donut shops that don't exist anymore. read more

Hialeah has really progressed, to the point of having one of the better national doughnut chains grace the main drag of 49th Street (aka "La 49", or NW 103rd Street)! Some people line up for phones, condos or travel deals. But as a foodie, I braved the drive thru line for sweet goodness after another marathon workday. Other than one minor accident, the drive-thru crew didn't disappoint since I came away with a stash of glazed and prepackaged assorted doughnuts for a quick dessert last night, breakfast and taking the extras to work. The jelly filled donuts (personal favorite) were nicely packed, and slightly glazed as well. A couple of the plain jelly donuts did look like they could have used some more cooking time but were still very much edible. Though not completely the store's fault, I'm docking a star for their placement of the drive thru order stand relative to to the lawn sprinklers. I ended up with an impromptu shower while placing my order. The store management did good by hiring a couple of Hialeah's Finest to keep drive-thru traffic flowing smoothly. read more

Im giving one star but they deserve none. I witness the worse rude person in the Hialeah store. She should be ashamed of treating her own employees that way. I have only ever been to one other Krispy Kreme and surprisingly it isn't the one in North Miami Beach that everyone keeps telling me is better than this one. That in mind, this Krispy Kreme earns a solid four stars from me. In the two years it's been about, because yes, I do remember when it first opened, I have been to it twice. This past Friday was my second time. You see, I had been thinking about getting donuts for awhile, but I honestly couldn't justify going and buying some. I'm not very much into sweets, especially donuts, so it has to be something really important to get me to want to go. Well, considering that my boyfriend had told me he had never had the donuts from here when they're just made, I knew I had to remedy the situation immediately. My roommate, my boyfriend, and I stopped in Friday evening. We ended up getting two boxes of donuts, which goodness gracious, we are still eating. Gah, now I remember why I rarely buy donuts. I do wonder how many of these are going to go bad. Anyhow, we went in as the drive-thru was packed and we wanted to see the donuts coming out of the conveyor belt. Watch them come out of the conveyor belt we did, and then, came the difficult part: deciding on the donuts. Ultimately we chose to buy two boxes, one glazed and one assorted. The glazed one was simple enough and biting into these donuts was good, great even, but apparently not the best my roommate had had. After further evaluation, I must concur. Boyfriend, too, did not see the hype about these donuts. The staff was nice though, and well, the assorted donuts, once we actually decided on them, have been quite tasty. I do have to say, though, that while I am happy that Hialeah of all places has a Krispy Kreme, the placement of the drive-thru is funky. The two times I have gone to Krispy Kreme, just looking at the drive-thru reminds me why I rather go inside than use it. I know that this Krispy Kreme used to be a Starbucks and that this Starbucks, too, did have this funky placement, but you would have thought they would have done some remodeling. Eh, I forget I am speaking of Hialeah. My main gripe with the drive-thru is that it is simply narrow and it seems untrustworthy. I am genuinely afraid of driving my car through it. I once purchased a dozen doughnuts with my cousins and more than half were hard like a rock. The location is great because it's right on 49st across from Westland Mall, however, I'd rather drive further to the location in North Miami and get fresh doughnuts and better customer service. The location is always bright and clean, whether you're the only one in line or even if the line is running through the store. Doughnuts are always fresh; both the classic glazed and their assorted flavors. The lemon creme and the blueberry are probably my favorite besides the classic glazed. We were in the area (Hialeah!) and dying for some Krispy Kreme as soon as we remembered that there's one nearby. We went through the drive thru with no wait and easily placed and received our order of two dozen classic glazed donuts. The donuts were nice and fresh and juicy and beyond what words can describe in deliciousness. When the Hot and fresh sign is shining, that's the best time to go get them donuts! And that sign seems to always be on when my friends and I happen to crave Krispy Kreme after the gym late at night. There are many different donut selections and Flavors. You can get individual or assortment donuts. We always get the two dozen boxes to share among all of us. Sometimes we forget that it's Buy 1 Get 1 Free for dozen original glaze donuts, but the staff always reminds us, which is awesome. The donuts are delicious when they are hot and fresh. When biting into the donut, it just melts in your mouth. It's literally a party in the mouth. Every bite is worth it and it's definitely worth it even more after working out. After eating the hot and fresh donuts, there's no turning back to the pre-packaged ones from Publix and other grocery stores. They taste soooo different and bleh. To know me is to know that I have an addiction to Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I don't know how to act when it comes to getting one. Amazingly we now have so many doughnut options but Kripsy Kreme (IMO) continues to be the leader within the pack. I truly believe that there is CRACKKKK in these doughnuts cause I could eat them all day. I heard from the one and only (Sergio F) that a new location had been created in the wonderful city of Hialeah and I knew I had to check it out... any true Miamian knows that the only location considered to be really Krispy Kreme was in North Miami Beach (which I still give props too) but after seeing this location - I am impressed. They have both inside and outside seating, a drive thru which goes pretty fast and they are open 24 hours. The customer service was really good, they were even better than other locations I have been to. The doughnuts, of course, are always off the chain, I know that many folks get the doughnuts when there HOT but I prefer them just FRESH as the hot ones tend to stick to the box and no one has time for that when you just trying to get your fix on.
