Can I say about Starbucks that everyone probably already hasn't been said. Yes they have a ton of secret menu items that is always fun to try. Yes it can get very complicated if you want to curate your own espresso coffee so I usually make a Starbucks run my opportunity to explore. This Starbucks I ordered online and my order was ready within five minutes so as soon as I placed the order, I drove around, and oarit was ready so the fast and courteous service is always appreciated. Where we have lost that touch. The ambience was very clean, very leek and I love that you can sit outside for a slow morning. AVOID!!!!!! This place needs a SERIOUSSS food safety inspection and I will be reporting them for a violation. I have found two disturbing things in my drink, decided to give them a second chance thinking it was just coincidence but twice in less than 2 months is concerning. 6-10-23 Saturday morning Running around doing errands figure I could always use a jolt of caffeine to start the day. So I get on the drive thru line. Order a tall cappuccino with whole milk and drive around to pay with my app. The girl at the counter was surprisingly courteous and friendly this is a bonus and unexpected these days. The product itself well it's Starbucks over the years they have designed it that to truly get a real cappuccino you wouldn't come here. First off, I am not a coffee drinker. I have had maybe eight sips of hot coffee in my entire life. It is just not my thing. People have asked me to try different flavors and different types. It is a no-go for me. I did like the the mocha frappuccino at Starbucks. The last time I had it I felt it was too sweet and I was kind of over it. I wandered into a Starbucks near where I live to kill some time before an appointment. So I was intrigued by the pretty colored dragon fruit lemonade. There were two types of this drink om the menu board. I asked the Barista/Cashier what was the difference between the two pretty colored dragon fruit drinks. She told me one of them has coconut milk and the other has lemonade or I can have water in it. Well, I love lemonade and went with that one. So, I ended up with the mango dragonfruit lemonade drink? I think that is what it was called. Anyway, I have heard people say how expensive Starbucks has. Because I do not buy coffee there, I am not that familiar with the pricing of the coffee, I do buy the desserts sometimes and never believe they are overpriced. This is because they taste so good. However, with this drink purchase, I do believe Starbucks charges way too much. I paid $6.16 for this drink and it was tasty but it was mostly filled with ice. It was also not filled to the top. Also, I timed it and I waited seven minutes for this drink. I guess the string is more complicated to make them a cup of coffee but it did seem a little bit long to me. I will probably end up getting this drink again because I did think it was so tasty. I also randomly receive Starbucks gift cards from work so it is not as much of a hot to my wallet..... but now I understand why people say they charge too much for their drinks. read more

Service was ridiculous. The Starbucks employee not only took an extra long time to complete an order. Told me 15-20 min. Ended up being 35 min. In conjunction their attitude was unapologetic. Then as she gave me the order, she did not fasten and secure the lid on the liquid. So as I picked up the items, it leaked from underneath all onto my clothes, further inconveniencing my schedule. Accidents happen, we are all human. But their unapologetic attitude and nonchalant behavior was unprofessional and showed zero regard. Me and my fiancée are regulars, but we get regularly disappointed as well. Cold brews are only available like 2-3 days a week, and they are out of sandwiches almost every day super early. When we get to order cold brews they are good 60% of the time other 40 isn't the way it was ordered, and they are relativey very slow read more

I'm extremely picky when it comes to my Chai lattes with soy because if I taste something that is off I will sadly return it and have it remade (kindly! Of course!) This is one of your regular Starbucks stores which is located off Hollywood Boulevard. It is located in a shopping plaza so there is ample parking. There is both indoor and outdoor seating so you could enjoy the air conditioning on the inside during a hot day or you could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air at least there is an option. There is also free wifi so if there are any last minute projects that you need to do away from home you might find this place ideal to get those done, while I was there people were having meetings and different exercises for work, I would think because of the size of this particular Starbucks that it would be a satisfactory environment conducive to working. I was there for breakfast so I had my normal Venti Black Iced Tea which was made exactly how I wanted it as well as my normal Banana Walnut Bread. This was ideal and it was less than $7.00 so it was not a bad deal. The only qualm that I had with this Starbucks is that they did not want to give me my free refill of my Black Tea as I was a gold member but the staff explained that their policies had changed which I was not aware of. Basically I have no complaints really about this location as the staff was pretty on point with their service as well as general understanding. read more

I was having a rough day so I stopped for a cup of coffee on my way home. The 2 people left at the store gave me my Venti cup of coffee with a smile, even though I was there just about the time they were closing... never batting an eye. I took my coffee and walked to my car. My bad knee betrayed me again. Luckily, I was able to semi-hold myself with the ramp rails before the knee landed on the cement, coffee flying through the air, showering me all over: hair, jeans, shirt. I mean... ALL OVER (Nice and hot just like I like it). Knees scratched, bruised legs (I managed to luckily avoid a worse fall but hit my legs with the iron rails), burnt arms, wet hair, I manage to limp to the car, too frustrated and in pain to be embarrassed. The people who were outside not caring if I was ok or not (no big surprise there). I took a minute to dry myself off after starting my car. Put some hand sanitizer on my knees and took a big breath waiting for my anger and frustration to pass. Plus, I drive a stick shift - knee needed to recoup... and still drying off the coffee I was now wearing and didn't even get to taste!! But... The two lovelies inside must have caught the whole show... and like a little angel, heaven sent beauty... out comes one of the baristas with a brand new cup of coffee. I cannot thank you enough!! It is not that I couldn't get another cup of coffee. It was the beautiful gesture, which felt like a hug on a hard day. You will never know what that meant at that moment. Thank you!!! This Starbucks is located off Hollywood Blvd in a shopping center next to a Voo Doo Grill. It's very spacious and has that cozy feel mostly all Starbucks do. I usually don't write reviews of large chains because, generally speaking and in my opinion, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. But this particular Starbucks did something to help me out so I want to reward them with a nice rating. The previous day, I was at a different Starbucks and I ordered one of the reusable cups. Or so I thought. They did not give me one, but I did not know because they double-cupped my tea. Unbeknownst to me, I went the rest of the evening into the next morning thinking I had a reusable cup, and I did not. The next morning, I go to this Starbucks that I'm writing the review for and tell the barista about the dill of a pickle that I found myself in. He spoke to the manager and a minute later, they gave me a reusable cup. They totally didn't have to, especially as I didn't have my receipt. Luckily I paid with the app and was able to match the price on there with what I ordered the night before. Shoutout to store 8339... and as always, shoutout to Starbucks wifi! read more

Standard Starbucks location. Not a bad size with seating available outside as well. My drink orders always come out fine and I've never had a problem with the staff. My only complaint is that the service seems to be veryy slow every time I come here so I wouldn't recommend this location if you're in a rush. Several times that I've been here I will only see one person taking orders, one person doing drinks and a third person doing other tasks around the store. Obviously this is part of their job but I never understand why they never stop what they're doing for a few minutes to help with drink orders if there seems to be a lot of them adding up. I would also recommend ordering from the app as many people seem to do this. I walked in once and my order was taken immediately as there was no line but I guess several others had placed orders online because the one girl making drinks did about 5 before mine. Today it was a similar situation where I walked up to the register because there was no line. After I placed my order I went to use the bathroom and when I came out I saw the two other girls behind the counter emptying boxes and doing some other things. About 3 minutes later one of them started making a drink which turned out to be mine. Drinks still turn out good though which is the most important part. Just might be better to order ahead or avoid if you're impatient or in a rush. read more

I come to this area of Hollywood every couple of weeks, so I bring my laptop and stop in for cafe. Contrary to what someone wrote below, there is seating outside, even though it's limited b/c of the size of the plaza itself. The coffee is the same as all Starbucks.....BUT, the employees are really friendly, smiling and always making sure you got what you ordered. They sometimes bring your drinks to the tables. They definitely go the extra mile to go out of their way to serve their customers. I use the mobile app to order and today tried the Grande iced macchiato. I went inside to pick it up and waited 15 minutes before asking the barista if my order had been received. She turned around and handed me the drink that had been sitting there the entire time I waited. Needless to say, the ice had melted and watered it down. This has also happened to me with Frappuccinos. Very disappointing service. They get the orders made very quickly, but if they do not put them in reach of the customers, it defeats the entire purpose of ordering in advance to save time. How I came to four stars. I took two star away because the place was a little messy and it took my barista a few minutes to even acknowledge me. Three employees passed by didn't even say hi and then finally one of the ones making a drink came over to take my order. However I got my cappuccino fast and it was made well so I gave them back a star. This place is crowded but then again what Starbucks isn't. Music wasn't too loud.
