There are many different donut selections and Flavors. You can get individual or assortment donuts. We always get the two dozen boxes to share among all of us. Sometimes we forget that it's Buy 1 Get 1 Free for dozen original glaze donuts, but the staff always reminds us, which is awesome. The donuts are delicious when they are hot and fresh. When biting into the donut, it just melts in your mouth. It's literally a party in the mouth. Every bite is worth it and it's definitely worth it even more after working out. After eating the hot and fresh donuts, there's no turning back to the pre-packaged ones from Publix and other grocery stores. They taste soooo different and bleh. Just stopped by your store in Hialeah off of 49th street. And this location is scamming the customers. I ordered the 2 dozen special and the drive through attendant told me that to drive up and that the charge is $23.99. I drove up to the window and told her that we came because of the special and the attendant told us that the special was for members only! I told her no where on the add did it say for members only or on the TV commercials. Hialeah is known for the scamming but this one takes the cake. They also removed any marketing material regarding the sale. I can just imagine how many people got robbed today. So once I told her that I was going to call cooperate she then charged me the $12.00. This is the worst Krispy Kreme location I have ever been to. Highly disorganized, wait times when no one is in line surpasses 20 minutes and only glazed are fresh on occasion. Want to bring donuts to the office and get to work on time? Expect a 45 minute wait at 7 AM with 3 cars in the drive-thru. I've given this place 4 chances. Never again. We went today on fathers day around 3:20 p.m. We went through the drive thru and asked for two strawberries & creme chillers. When we got to the window the girl handed me two regular strawberry chillers which is not what I asked for. Which is ok, it was just a mistake in communication however she was extremely rude. She proceeded to tell us that's not what we asked for and that it isn't a chiller, but it clearly says strawberries & creme chiller on the menu like I attached below LOL. I simply stated no, I ordered the strawberries & creme chillers. I did not give her an attitude at all. However she gave me so much attitude, rolled her eyes and said "fine I'll remake it". There was one guy in the back who was also giving us looks, laughing and said "oh they don't want the drinks" really loud. Clearly this location is a joke and run by teenagers. It was so unprofessional. Clearly she was having a bad day but that doesn't mean you need to take it out on the customers. Hire better employees, we will not be coming back here. If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Yesterday April 20th at around 11PM I went through the drive thru for a box of the original glazed and right when I was placing the order I noticed that the employee was upset or simply in a hurry to take my order. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, being a person that works in the food and drinks industry as well, maybe he was in a rush. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my food, the window was wide open and the worker was having a conversation with another employee, saying how "negativity is the only thing he has in his soul", which is fine(he could've at least close the window if he was going to speak of personal issues to his coworker). However, when I paid for the order, he proceeds to yell "Enjoy your diabetes". Now he has no way of knowing this but my grandfather passed away from diabetes a couple of months ago. Needless to say he was extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location (although I live 2 minutes away), I will be taking my business to the next nearest Krispy Kreme. I did not catch the worker's name, he was tall, fair skinned and had glasses. The coworker he was speaking to at the beginning was tan, a little shorter and had glasses as well. I did not write this to get anyone in trouble or be negative, simply so that you may tell your workers to stop being IGNORANT, at least when speaking directly to customers. read more

I ordered green donuts for my students to be delivered on St. Patrick's Day as a surprise. I timed everything since I can't just leave my classroom whenever I want. I randomly received a text message stating that my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I called the 800 number and waited for over an hour only to be told that all they could do is reschedule a delivery on the same day and they had no explanation as to why it was cancelled. That is not good customer service. I also tried to fill out the online survey so that I wouldn't have to do this but the online survey asked for information that I did not have. Along with the reliable always amazing original glaze, there are offering a sweet variety of flavors such as the lemon filled, dulce de leche, seasonal favorite pumpkin spice cheesecake!! This last one be sure to buy 2 of them... no fooling yourself once you take a bit into it and that creamy pumpkin flavor enhanced with the outside sweet frosting with crumbles fills your mouth, one will not be enough!! Make sure to leave room for a drink. I enjoyed another seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was a perfect pairing with my donuts!! Also got to try out their bagels.. These were fresh, soft and very good. Spread some cream cheese on a fresh bagel, grab a latte, cappuccino or coffee and a donut. In a hurry, try their drive thru it is open 24hrs!! Cons: They just opened so kinks are inevitable, they are as follows: lines on the weekend are suupper long, donuts seemed a bit undercooked to me, cashiers are a little stressed out and do not understand the simplest of orders (I said a dozen glazed donuts FIVE TIMES, but it was a mad house inside so I gave her a break), it used to be a Starbucks hence the funky drive thru and the interior shop is small as well. Drive thru is an epic nightmare on weekends, especially at night, you have been warned. (Will update review in the future and add or delete stars as necessary). Pros: fresh warm glazed donuts that taste like soft sweet pillowy clouds. Go with a simple glazed donut, sometimes simplicity is more sublime. They are opened late! ---These donuts taste like Jesus Christ and Chuck Norris got together and made you a donut, yes, I just went there. The only other location that is close by is the North Miami Beach one and they had an issue with rodents/insects and were shut down at one point. Google it. Original glazed are usually fresh at this location because it's a small location with a small production belt. They never have the advertised donuts or most of the normal donuts on the menu, take forever to get your order right. And the most annoying so far has been tonight, after i waited 15 mins in line and get to the drive thru they tell me the system is rebooting and cant take orders for another 30 mins. The associate just told me to go out the drive thru and make the line again in 30 mins. It is national coffee day September 29,2020 I went through the drive Thur and waited for what felt like 20 minutes i ordered a dozen donuts and the free donut and coffee offer. The lady asked me what size I wanted and I said a large and asked me what type of donut I wanted I said strawberry sprinkles. When I got to the window they didn't put my dozen donuts in my order, I got a small coffee instead of a large , and a glazed donut instead of strawberry sprinkle. And I then had to place another order for my dozen donuts and the iced coffee was already melted down as if they had it out for hours the ice was already water. read more

I have been picking up fundraiser donuts for the past 4 weeks at this location. The staff at that store is amazing. Always friendly at the ungodly hour I go. A special note about Christian. This morning they were understaffed and I could see that they were super busy. In spite of that Christian was his usual self. Even telling me about his favorite donut and helping me to the car. donuts are as great as always but sadly in this past month i have received bad attitude and bad service from one specific worker by the name of "Martha". i always came around back then receiving the hot light donuts from the employees for the light being on. but ever since this new person at the window started working i haven't been able to receive any of the hot light donuts. i take it she's a manager so there's not much i could do in my situation. the same thing has happened multiple times with her and her way of speaking to customers including myself. she has proceeded to tell me before, "we don't do this here" and that "we've never done it" with vile attitude. i also recall once coming in through the drive thru for two waters and she asked me with a sarcastic tone, "you came in this drive thru for two g*d d*mn waters?". used to love this place as it had many greeting employees but being mistreated by a manager makes me never want to revisit. do not recommend. read more
