My wife got me semi-hooked on these Cinnamon Dolce Latte flavored coffee and while shopping in the area tried this Starbucks for the first time. Most of the dining area was filled with customers sipping their coffee while working on their laptops and some wearing head phones, maybe playing relaxing music. The outside patio had more seating than most other locations. The barista was pleasant and quickly took my order. I was able to use my $25 Starbucks gift card to make the $8.00 purchase. Its high but the wife loves Starbucks. Im more into espresso drinks at mom & pop cafes for a fraction of the price and less sugar. The bathroom was super modern with brown tile flooring and shiny black wall tile and offered a baby changing table. Anyways, took the latte to go. Had a few sips of the latte which was tasty and the wife happily finished the rest. read more

I had never been to this location, as I am not Starbucks hooked I visit occasionally for a treat the service was great and the staff aimed to please with out requests. I ordered the Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha and the Chocolate Pistachio Loaf and they were both amazing. I enjoyed my treats and service. read more

I used to love this Starbucks I'd drive from DAVIE to come. Though unfortunately the last 6 months the quality and experience has been so horrible today will be my last day ever going. The staff is so unbelievably unpleasant. The employees act as if ordering at a coffee shop is the biggest inconvenience in their life. Little coffee pick me up, the nondairy salted caramel cold brew was made to perfection & the barista noticed the dog was in the car and offered a pup cup! One of our drinks was accidentally made with dairy and they went ahead and gave us the option to keep the drink and get a new one or simply get a new one. First off I want to start by saying I was really excited to finally try the Thursday deal after 12pm buy one get one fall drinks. The barista informed me that I needed to download the app. I did so and created an account. I scanned my QR code and the price did not change. I informed her again that we specifically only came to get the buy one get one drinks. "As a courtesy," she deducted one drink out of 4. I told her I didn't understand why she didn't deduct 2 drinks since they were supposed to be bogo. She wasn't helpful in the slightest. I even asked to speak to someone else and she said no. She told me I could call the 1-800 phone number with my receipt that she never gave me. I had to ask for a receipt after we got oit drinks. . Very disappointing experience. I researched which drinks were buy one get to make sure we ordered correctly. I didn't get any points added to my account for spending $18. I don't buy coffee out often so I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and the whole experience made me not even want to drink my drink. I want to like this store because it's so close to home but there are some things that are unacceptable. I've tried several times using drive thru, last time i visited i went in...i was in shock. Flies in the display and lack of overall cleanliness are concerning here. My once a week treat. The quality of drinks is just better than other places nearby. I'm usually a small business cafe type of person but sometimes we just go here for convenience factor. My go to drink is iced coffee black. Sometimes when I splurge, I get milk and sugar added or one of their specialty drinks. Of course, it's expensive that is why I only go once week haha! An easy to location to access either by drive-thru or walking in. Plenty of parking too. Very clean inside and plenty of seating, especially great for studying/working. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I've ordered ahead in the mobile app and one out of my two drinks has been made wrong. The order in the app and on the printed tag of the drink is correct. They are sweet enough to fix it every time and do so promptly. They are busy, so it obviously is likely to happen, but I'm thankful for them being nice and willing to fix it. read more

Because of this Starbucks, I had to make an alteration to my order. On hot days I like iced tea, black with stevia. But I don't like a lot of ice in my iced tea. To me, the ice is only there to cool the drink. To them, the ice is there to fill up the glass so they save money by giving you very little iced tea. I order mine with "very little ice." I don't know what "very little" means to them, but they never get it right. They always give me too much ice. So, now I order it without any ice. That's right. I order an iced tea, hold the ice. If it's too cold, I can always ask for an additional cup of ice, but usually I don't. I get the huge one (30 ounce) and take it home with me. I have ice there and I can measure out the right amount, since they can't seem to understand the simple instruction of "very little." I need to write a letter to Starbucks. read more

Pastry was flaky, seemed a little hard, not as fresh as it should be but the cheese center was very creamy and great flavor. Slice of Iced Lemon Cake was soft, dense and pleasingly tart. After a terrible experience for lunch I came here to wash out the taste of terrible food and ended up getting terrible service here too. I come here to get my cappuccino and my girlfriend got her cold flat white. I told the lady that I wanted to use my points and she charged my money. I had to repeat myself again and tell her I wanted to use my points. I got my money back and my points were used. She had such a strong attitude towards me and didn't even ask me if I needed anything else and didn't wish me a nice day which is common in Starbucks. Really disgusting location. I've actually never seen a dirty starbucks like this before... the entire case of bakery items had a least 10 flies and trapped flying around. Also flies flying around the register area. The barista was coughing and coughed into her hand and then went to make the food & drinks. I'm so appalled and disgusted. I rarely come here but the cashier and barista were both so nice! I got an almond milk chocolate shaken espresso and my boyfriend got a caramel ribbon crunch and both were delicious and made fast. They usually turn my shaken espresso into a latte at other locations but the barista here made it the right way. I visit this location on occasion because I prefer the drive up. Usually they're "spot on" but recently Ive been a little disappointed. Today I was hoping to have an eggnog latte and was told they were out of eggnog! How can that be during the holidays? Especially when they have plenty in the grocery store? So that was a little disappointing. The last time I was there I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and the ham had a big piece of gristle in the middle. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to visit. The usual crew inside is great in the morning and are so friendly even with the morning such. Danetta is one of the friendliest and always has a great smile and kind word for each customer. The service is fast despite the number of orders and they always have stock of my favorite foods. I have yet to have a drink made wrong here which I really appreciate! If you have a mobile order pick up, make sure you ask for it at the register. Ordered the same drink i get every day from every Starbucks, salted caramel foam cold brew, they gave me half a cup of coffee and half foam instead of a foam topper like every Starbucks does. Asked them to redo it the normal way because i want coffee, not a cup of foam. Cashier told the girl to rename it and instead of acknowledging she diesnt know how to barista and just don't it, she goes "well he shoulda said that from the beginning". Such a shame! This is by far the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. Where to begin....well, to start the place is FILTHY, and it looks like no one has cleaned the patio area since 1946! In this time of Covid you would think they would step up their cleanliness instead of scaling it back. Then there's the service, ohhhh the service ‍ if you can even call it that! They are extremely rude, obviously have no customer service training, and molasses in January runs faster than they do. Then there's the drinks, which is what we come to Starbucks for right?
