Sitting in Dunkin Donuts. This place has changed and not for the better! No more coffee from a pot. It comes from a machine. Iced coffee comes first in the coffee pecking order, at least here it does. No more wide array of donuts. May as well be a 7-11 with chairs. Gone are the days of fresh brewed coffee. Iced coffee was a left over from morning brewed back in the day. The foil ash trays have been replaced with iPads and really shitty music. Honestly, progress sucks more and more! read more

Came by today for National Donut Day! Boy was I glad to see the gold ol' DD sign driving down the road. Upon going through the drive-through line, the lady that took my order was trying to get my order in as quickly as possible and often times cutting me off when I was putting in my customizations (almond milk, half sweetener, no whip). My friend and I ordered on the app and picked up our order from the drive through at this Dunkin location. They got our entire order wrong. We ordered coffees with brownie batter (which has a distinct color) and we were given vanilla coffees. I asked if they had brownie batter when I noticed the color, and they said yes. They were not brownie batter. When we said something, they graciously remade the coffees and they were delicious. I also ordered a multigrain bagel, and was given an everything bagel. Wow, what a terrible, terrible Dunkin' location. While the staff joked around behind the counter, I was completely ignored for a full five minutes. Even made eye contact with the woman who ultimately served me, only to have her turn around and continue ignoring me for several more minutes, perhaps hoping I'd go away. Ultimately got my order in, only to have my iced coffee practically thrown in the counter as she walked away. And the best part? A young woman came in after me and was welcomed and served immediately, with a cheerful attitude, no less . Perhaps I missed the "we hate men" sign on the way in the door? I went here because I had a coupon for a dozen donuts. The worker may have had poor English, but he was really friendly and treated me well. When you come down to communicating with people who has a language barrier, use some gestures or big words. The store is barely a year or so. The exterior and interior is clean. It's right next to Bdubs. I don't drink coffee so I go for the donuts. I never disliked donuts of any kind. There is a good variety of donuts. I think DD ships the donuts to the store daily in the morning and daytime. Out of curiosity I asked what they do with the leftover donuts from the day at closing and the worker didn't understand me.. I tried The place is clean, the staff is nice, I think the language may be a barrier but deal with it. It's like a typical DD. read more

Twice I went to this store, specifically told them that I wanted to use my free reward, and both times they did not respect my wishes. The second time, I refused to pay for the drink until they give me the free reward I've been asking to use. The woman's response: "it didn't go through." Ummmmmmmm ask a manager to show you how to make it go through????? This is just one of the many examples of how the staff is either illy trained or just plain lazy. Would not recommend. read more

I just have to say, I go to this dunkin' on a daily basis.. I am a regular. They normally make my "iced coffee with french vanilla and cream" very good. but LATELY, they have been really SLACKING. If I go to early, they tend to give me espresso instead of coffee... no flavoring, and like 5 ice cubes. Yes, I understand the coffee will melt the ice. One time I went back in to complain about not getting flavoring in my coffee.. and they said "so you want a new one?" and I kindly took them up on that offer...they put WAY MORE than the normal amount of flavoring to make sure I got "enough". That made that coffee taste even worse... I ended up combining the two and it still wasn't good. I'm just extremely disappointed in the level of service and that has declined over the past few months. I understand the effects of the pandemic has made them lose employees or other circumstances... but consider hiring more people that are excited to be there. The customer service has gone down the drain! I stuck with you guys when you raised your prices, and then again when you raised them, and then when you raise them yet again. But if you are going to raise your prices the least you could do is provide adequate customer service. I am not even talking about going above and beyond, just give me the bare minimum. It also helps if you hire employees that don't seem annoyed every time you place an order. But then again I can understand their frustration when everything I order is " out of stock. " I get there are shortages, but how are you going to have sprinkles on hand, and chocolate frosted donuts, but no chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles? And for the love of God, if I order a dozen or half a dozen donuts, don't just throw them in a paper bag all smashed up together. Very clean and convenient location. Really nice cashier. His English wasn't great, but he was so sweet and worked hard to make sure my order was correct before I left. Never been to a Dunkin where I wanted to leave a tip (and did). Will definitely return to this location. read more

I am a front liner at the hospital, and they're giving us free coffee, which is fantastic and I appreciate Dunkin' Donuts for doing that, but I've received an attitude from two different employees the last three times I've been there after I show them my badge. Friendly at first, but once the coffee turns free, their behavior switches. I'm not one to confront or be a freeloader, but it's kind of unfortunate that it's intimidating to go to a Dunkin' Donuts now to get an offered free coffee. read more

Ordered breakfast here one day, early in the morning, on the way out to catch a flight. The fellow insisted on charging us for each item individually and not giving us the combo prices! So... yeah, we paid for everything a la cart!! I know it's only a couple of dollars, but the guy spoke English so badly he couldn't understand when we tried to explain our issue. This was my second trip to this location. The first trip was okay. Not friendly but not rude. This trip, however, was a completely different story. When we first pull up the woman was very curt in her responses to our questions. After a couple minutes, we order and pull forward. There was a man, the manager, at the window - not the woman who took the order. He handed us our first drink, which didn't have the cream in it we asked for. My sister let them know it was supposed to have cream in it. The woman approached the window and said very rudely "You didn't ask for cream." So my sister, confused that the response wasn't "okay I'll fix that for you," simply asked if we could get cream. The man responded "OKAY I GOT IT" like he was aggravated at us for trying to get our correct drink. The woman proceeds to fix the drink and come back to the window. The entire tone of this interaction was really rude, so my mom simply said "We did ask for cream in the drink" to which the woman came through the window and yelled "I took the order for the drink and I KNOW she didn't ask for it." We just drove off and she was still yelling at us. The manager didn't say ANYTHING to this woman and actually seemed to participate in it, so obviously this kind of treatment of customers is tolerated at this location by management. read more
