And to the lady who told them off as we were leaving because she was still waiting after 40 minutes, good for you, I totally agree!

I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a Blueberry Bliss smoothie, and both were extremely…read moredisappointing. The smoothie tasted watered down and almost flavorless. It's supposed to have bananas in it, but there was absolutely no banana taste whatsoever. The quesadilla was even worse. It was basically empty. Each piece had maybe two tiny pieces of chicken, and the cheese didn't even cover the whole thing. It felt like I was paying full price for something thrown together with barely any effort or ingredients. For how expensive it is, this is honestly ridiculous. The quality is nowhere near worth the price, and I left feeling like I completely wasted my money. I won't be coming back to this or any other location.

Every time we've been here visiting our JMU student our kids want to stop by, so we go. We've always been impressed by how friendly everyone is. Today was bad. Like rude to the customers bad. I mentioned the blocked lane, politely, and I got the stone cold, I don't give ... (I really don't care) face. One of the most memorably rude customer experiences I've had. Even the kids were shocked. Drinks were good for what they are - sugary, calorie bombs.

I pay good money here, so when something is wrong, it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth--literally and figuratively. This time, my sandwich was completely off... where were the tomatoes? Where were the avocados? Where was the sauce? It honestly looked like they forgot to put half the ingredients in the sandwich. It just felt like there wasn't enough attention to detail, which is not what I'm used to from this location. That being said, I will still be coming back because my past experiences have been consistently good. I'm hoping this was just a one-time slip, and that next time they'll pay closer attention and get things back to the quality I expect.
