We went Sunday, June 14th after noon. There was a gentleman and a young lady that wore a hoodie with a hat. She seemed unhappy the second we walked in. She made a severely diluted, watery Matcha. When my wife pointed it out, the barista insisted it was because of the brand of Almond Milk. (Yet, my wife gets Matchas with Almond Milk everyday - and they are NOT watery!) She didn't offer to remake it, didn't offer to make it thicker. Nothing. We ended up getting another Matcha from another coffee shop and DUMPED (wasted our money on) Coffee Hounds almost $10 Matcha (including tip). My wife tried to drink the watery matcha but I just couldn't take it. We stopped at another coffee shop, and got her a Matcha from somewhere that knows what a Matcha is and how to make it. Maybe next time Coffee Hound will teach their employees better customer service and how to make quality Matchas for their prices! Or getter "better" Almond Milk.
