I ordered the Iced Signature Caramel Latte. A medium. The cost was almost $5. Dunkin used to be cheaper than Starbucks....not so much these days. The drive thru moved quickly. The clerk at the window was pleasant. This store is located in a Gas/ Convenience Store not far off Interstate 74-North. There is plenty of parking. Gas Pumps. Restroom. I did not go in restroom. They have a machine if you need to buy Air to pump up tires. read more

This dunkin location and the one near it have been consistently unreliable and awful, truthfully no matter how many chances you give them they always find a way to never get portions right nor do they ever have enough prepared for the day to make it past 12 p.m.. I and surely other customers have found that writing a review may be the only way to bring attention to the clear lack of professionalism and fulfillment to the service dunkin has asked for money to provide (such as adding extra flavoring or assortments of things such as sugar or cream to your coffee) almost every time now it feels there is a worker or workers completely disregarding details on orders and nothing is being done about it, on top of the fact that they seem almost never stocked or prepared enough to make it past breakfast with items as simple as a bagel with cheese in it. This is simply UNNACAPTABLE and needs to be brought to light. read more

This Harrison dunkin hits the spot. ***** the manager has to be one nicest and most professional managers I've ever experienced. I had a small issue with my rewards card at DIFFERENT LOCATION and not only did he fix it. But he went above and beyond to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Donut was very good but the coffee was so hot I had to sit down to drink it. They add the cream for you ( one of my pet peeves) and it didn't cool the coffee at all. It was way too hot to drink while driving and the lid required manipulation to work too. The sitting area was cold and drafty with a television blaring across the room. Stop by for a donut but leave the coffee behind. This was 2 star review. Walking into a cloud of cigarette smoke on the way out made it a 1. One of the employees decided to have a smoke with her daughter right outside the front door. Classy joint! read more

Love this location! Staff is super fast, friendly and accurate. Don't freak out if you see a long line in the drive thru because it moves fast! There may be 10 cars in front of you but I have never waited longer than 5 minutes from the time I get in line until the time I leave. We drive through this Dunkin' all the time. The staff is always nice and the coffee is hot and fresh. The inside is very clean and they have a good variety of regular donuts all night long. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the food items are typically nothing to get excited over, specialty donuts always sell out super fast and every once in a while the coffee is way too sweet; however, I'm positive that if I tasted my coffee before driving away, they would fix it. read more

We used the Dunkin' Donuts app to order ahead for the first time, and picked up at the drive thru. The service was fast, the girl at the window was very friendly, and I was thrilled about the "Order Ahead" feature on the app! Unfortunately, I did not take the time to open the box before leaving and when we arrived home, we found that only 4 of the 12 donuts were correct. We decided to just keep what was in the box rather than to drive all the way back to the store, however, the donuts tasted like they were from the day before and the glazed donuts were literally cold and very sticky like they were old, stale, grocery store donuts. I called the store and told them our experience and was told "that's how our donuts are". Cold and sticky? She proceeds to tell me that "all" Dunkin Donuts are like this and I told her I've never bought a "fresh" donut at DD to have it be cold and sticky. BEFORE you order from this store, know that they do not bake the donuts at this location and the donuts ARE from the night before. You will pay the SAME price as you do to get a fresh product at another DD store, so drive the extra distance and get a delicious donut that DD is known for. read more
