I've been coming to this Starbucks location for quite some time. This place is PACKED at all hours of the day - the drive thru spills out into the street and causes traffic, and there's rarely a place to actually park your car in the lot. It's also unhelpful that a lot of customers park their car right in front of the door to just "run in", causing even more congestion in the lot. However, I think the staff here is really friendly and they try very hard to make sure their customers get what they need in a timely manner. The service and speed of service isn't much of an issue for me. The store was clean, everyone was friendly and my drink was decent. Not much to complain about other than the parking lot! This is your best bet for a west side Starbucks visit. read more

Food: Epic Service: Great Ambiance: Coffee shop So th Coffee is good but it is priced to high. Same with the cakepops and other food. My favorite thing to get is a Carmel Ribbon crunch. It's so good and so Carmaley. The cakepops are nice and moist. I would recommend going there. Also the Ambiance is just like a normal coffee shop. Service was so good they take good care of people. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks on the west side unless you go in Kroger or target. I hate this location so much. Spent 25 minutes in line to finally get up to the window to get my order and the sandwich is cold , no cream cheese for the bagel, both venti drinks were nasty. 25 minutes and $23 for no reason. I went to the drive by window. My drink order was a Grande Iced Salted Caramel Mocha Latte. The cost $5.25 The line moved pretty quickly. When I paid I used a gift card. I handed the young man my card and a quarter. I asked him to apply $5 to my gift card and use the quarter for the balance. I really confused him. He had to seek assistance from the manager to compete the transaction. The drink did not have enough ice in it and was watered down. The store is beautiful; there is a good amount of space and seating inside. I feel like the location is not great, it can be a bit hard to get into. It might have been better to not be directly across the street from Glenway Crossing Shopping Center The bar is very nicely designed. The major problem for me is the internet. I love to get a coffee and do work on my computer, but the internet connection was painfully slow. I tested it on my phone and computer when there was almost no one in the store, I have 10x faster speeds at my house. It was sub 1Mbps each way. What I learned is that "Starbucks WIFI" indicates a traditional (slow) connection while "Google Starbucks" indicates they have a fiber connection. I never realized there was this difference. From what I understand and have seen this store has been very busy since opening. I hope this encourages Starbucks to put more freestanding locations on the west side of Cincinnati, they are badly needed. read more

Much needed Starbucks on Glenway! Cons: This Starbucks is so popular that it's almost impossible to get a parking spot most days. The drive thru is usually really backed up and sometimes backs up onto Glenway! Pros: Very friendly staff that always greets me with a big smile. Convenient location for me to pre-order and pick up from. I always go this route of pre-ordering because the drive thru is always too long and it's just quicker for me to get on my way. This is also a great spot to meet friends and catch up. They have a variety of seating areas and plenty of them to enjoy (if you can find a parking spot!). read more

This place is just what the Glenway Ave. corridor needed. Drinks were made correctly to order. They were out of most breakfast egg items but this is a brand new location on Christmas Eve morning. The drive thru line is precariously close to the street and I foresee backups blocking traffic at rush times . The drive thru line was SLOW but that is also to be expected with a new opening.
