The black lady with glasses and the tiny ponytail was really rude. The food was awful--my avocado was old and burnt, and the egg bites were sour. Customer service was terrible! I just do not understand how customer is consistently so bad. I understand things can get busy. However WITHOUT fail, every single time I go in to order I stand there at the counter and never get greeted. I went in yesterday and I was shocked...everyone working was so nice and my order was filled quickly...however I should not have been so surprised when I left and walked past 3 Dunkin' employees on laptops working in the dining area. Assuming based on the employees great behavior those 3 were upper level mgmt. so I went back just now. I walked in, 3 tables had guests who were already served and 4! 4 employees behind the counter and not a single one acknowledged my existence. Not to mention the gentleman putting in the new trash can liner was facing me and made eye contact with me while replacing the trash liner and still no greeting. What's worse is that when my hot item came out from the back area I learned there were in fact 5 PEOPLE WORKING. That guy also didn't say a word. Tossed my breakfast sandwich bag on the counter for pickup and walked away. Like WHY IS THIS ALWAYS THE CASE! This location has a reputation for bad service in the Harker heights neighborhood and I experience it almost 100% of the time. Yesterday was clearly a one off due to mgmt being onsite because today was awful. As usual. It's like you are doing us a favor by taking our orders. Not to mention patrons do not want to hear about your family drama while ordering donuts. I don't care that your kids are left home alone. I don't care about your weekend and why you dyed your hair! I don't understand why it's so difficult to implement basic courtesy, and greet your guests! I wish your food and donuts sucked because it would make it a lot easier to stop supporting this location. At this point that is becoming barely enough to keep me coming back. Be better! This makes the entire brand look terrible and it's just makes guests feel like we are annoying. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! THE OWNER AND STAFF DONT CARE VALUE YOU AND THE OWNER IS A LIAR. There is a reason this location is rated so low by many! Save your hard earned money and go next door or across the street to Dutch Bros where they value you as a customer. this location is convenient for me, but I will never step foot back in here. Every time I place an order they are magically out of practically everything and this is by like 10 AM in the morning the last straw as I went on Father's Day morning with a group of people. The two girls behind the counter didn't want to acknowledge me and didn't want to make eye contact. I waited with a group of people waiting for their mobile orders for 25 minutes in the store. We were all so confused as to what was going on as they all stood there and walked around the counter like it was their first day. Not once did they bother to say hey I'm so sorry it's taking a bit longer than expected. What was your order? Nothing! Finally, after waiting the 25 minutes, I got her attention and she said oh I'll make your coffee now then they were out of cold brew already so she gave me some thing else. I continue to wait for my food which came out completely wrong as well. Time after Time this location screws up and is so slow and they just don't care. Finally, after this last visit, I called into Dunkin' customer service and I told them about the experience. I told them the timeframe and told them to watch the cameras. I also told them I want to call back to discuss it. I've called him three times now including this morning, and apparently the owner told them they emailed me last week. The owners here are complete liars and this was the final straw. My husband and I order everyday for the most part on the app 30 min ahead of time because they are so slow. Unless the guy with the long locks is there he's wonderful. Today my husband goes to pick up his order before work, ordered 20 min ahead of time, and instead of the order being at the pick up location the two girls working were holding it hostage behind the counter and it was ready. Held him up for 10 min because they wouldn't speak to him and wouldn't put the complete order at the pick up location. I used to love this place but the last 6 months it has gone down hill. Some times in the drive thru you can wait 30 min (after ordering) I watched the girl who took my money stand there for 15min while I waited at the window for my food. She could have had me pull up to keep the line going or maybe could have done something inside to help. Literally stood there. It came down to us getting donuts els where and getting coffee at Starbucks. When I tell you I hate the switch and wish this location would be better I mean it because I miss Dunkin'. the service here terrible every single time. i stopped coming here completely because of it and my husband wanted to go today and i remembered why i never came back to begin with. there was no one in line ahead of us or behind us and they made us pull out of the driveway to make our bagels. they left us waiting in the car for a good 20 mins until my husband finally went in to say something and all of the workers were standing around in a circle just talking. they told my husband that the ticket for our food had been lost and that the person who was in charge of food left and they completely just ignored the fact that they left us outside waiting. had we not went in nobody would've ever came. similiar situations to this happened before every time i would come. the quality is horrible too, the drinks are not up to standard and the service just makes it even worse. avoid this dunkin at all costs! read more

i have given this location multiple chances but i guess its just a hit or miss with them. the baristas have no drive whatsoever, the drinks are okay but god forbid you ask for sugar they just dump that sh*t in there , so you're drinking coffee with grinds of coffee & grains of sugar on the bottom. they never have ingredients to make a lot of the drinks that are popular & high demand at many coffee shops. its just ridiculous. & then the have an attitude when you ask them to list off what they DO have so we can compromise. its just ridiculous at this point. save your money, its a waste of breath even ordering from them at this point. read more

Not usually one to complain. I work at a coffee shop, I know what it can be like. But I haven't been back here in months since I received terrible coffee at least three times in a row and every single time I order food on the app they tell me once I've already paid that they don't have it. Isn't there a way to mark it out of stock or something on the app instead of paying for it and not getting it? It happened with my coffee before too. I get super simple things every time. An iced caramel latte and an everything bagel. This time again, I ordered on the app for curbside, the man comes out, he was super nice, but says they don't have the bagels and asks if I'd like a different one. Well no? Not really, I ordered the one y'all said you had in stock because it's the one I wanted. But I said sure. I'll just take the plain bagel. Gets the new one and brings out the coffee that has like no color. It's pretty much just milk. I'm like you know what, maybe it's just me, so I try it. Tastes just like it looks. Sometimes when places are really busy, things slip. I get it. But I was the only one in the entire parking lot or drive thru. I used to come here every day. But I'm sad to say I won't be back.
