Service wasn't the best. Maybe because we visited for the early shift . My drink was barely cold... she put my extra caramel all on the top. So I barely got to enjoy it. The personalities on the workers is good, which is what you would expect from a franchise that's known for having good customer service but that's as far as I'm willing to go with the praises for this particular location. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing seems to taste good when they have a rush which sucks because they always have rush periods due to the proximity to the freeway. read more

Not sure why the low star rating, I'll have to check but these young staff members are at full speed. You can't see that going through the drive through but you get the full friendly experience going inside. With 15 cars in the drive through this morning I chose to go inside. There were only two other customers inside and I got immediate service. I returned a drink that wasn't what I ordered last night and they promptly fixed it. The next city over we're having water problems so people that had to have their Starbucks fix were reverted over to Harker Heights locations, so yes they were slammed with some irritated customers this morning. The sweetest lady sitting enjoying her coffee ordered the entire staff lunch and had it delivered. Definitely wish there were more individuals as sweet as her. I come sit in this cafe every time I'm in town visiting my mom and treat her to coffees or summer teas, sandwiches ( my favorite being the ham and Swiss on a toasted panini type bread) and recently I introduced her to a new favorite egg, bacon and Gruyère egg bite. She absolutely loves the egg bites and low carb for her blood sugar levels. This Starbucks makes the worst vanilla chai lattes I've ever had. They're so watery and taste gross. I've tried adjusting the pumps and how much water added and it tastes identical like they don't even read the orders and just throw something together. Every other Starbucks i order this from its great. Lots of flavor and not watery. They might need some re training or something. read more

Only live 2 miles from this Starbucks but it's so hit or miss that I will drive out of my way to another location. Customer service is fine but I don't think they can handle the amount of traffic throughout the day. They miss things in your order, for example, I ordered a triple shot espresso in my latte and it tasted watered down so I know it was not a triple. My wife ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap with two shots. She got her shots, as it tasted much more like coffee than mine, but it had zero crunch in it and wasn't even layered proper. Went there today in a pinch and was disappointed. I will continue to try and avoid this location whenever possible. read more

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever witnessed. I waited inside and it took them over 30 minutes to get my drink order. Yes its busy, yes obviously people think this is the only Starbucks in the whole entire city. The problem is they are moving at a snails pace to make the drinks. Terrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes inside and never got my coffee. Meanwhile I watched not exaggerating 33 cars go through the drive through. I love coming to Starbucks during the winter season because of their tasty Caramel Brulee Latte. This drink is by far my favorite drink from Starbucks besides the caramel macchiato and white chocolate mocha frappuchino. However, they were not consistent on the presentation of my drink. The picture of the Caramel Brulee Latte Frappuchino I posted is how I expect my drink to look like at all times and I guess depending on the barista it may or may not have the caramel pieces on top of the whipped cream and on the walls of my cup. It doesn't fully bother me as long as it still tastes how it's suppose to taste but I do like consistency. The drive thru always has a long line of cars and I actually think they get serviced faster than those who walk inside to order. I've ordered both inside and the drive thru and it does seem like I get faster service at the drive thru. read more

I can't drink coffee as often as I used to, but I still really like this place. Lately I just go through the drive through, but it's still great getting a coffee for myself or my family. Drive through is nice, but going inside is better. I'm just wondering when Starbucks will get a bigger parking lot, and more seating inside. I came to the Starbucks and ordered a coffee, some girl with slightly reddish brown hair short of her ears help me in the drive-through. I basically ordered my drink and remembered I might want to get a pumpkin loaf at the window when I asked for one the girl basically short and said they don't take orders at the window. She didn't want to help me. I think she felt it was going to slow her down. I am from a different area in this has never happened to me any of the Starbucks that I have been to worldwide. I basically then told her so you're telling me I can't get a pumpkin loaf right now? At the window? And she was like no we don't take orders at the window, and I was like I have been to several Starbucks worldwide and this is the first time I am ever hear that you guys don't take orders at the window, and you want to deny me service... they where not busy at all.. I told her to give me a pumpkin loaf. She rolled her eyes and another associate in the background ask me how I would like it, and I told her warm. (She was nice I could tell she was trying to diffuse the situation ) If any manager reading this recognizes that employee please have a conversation with that employee that that is not OK by any means. I come to this Starbucks usually 5-6 days a week. (Don't judge me) everyone who works here is so amazing. So nice and polite but there is one person who stands out. He is so amazing... one day I was in there. He was so busy. A gentleman was complaining because people were waking in and get their drinks before his. He explained the mobile ordering and did it will a smile on his face. Every time I see him working he smiles and says good morning. Unbelievable! Granted, it was around 5pm, but after waiting 50 minutes---50 minutes!!! In the lobby, we asked for our money back as our order was not even close! There were a lot of angry-looking people ahead of us that hadn't got their drinks yet. So when I asked for a refund, the lady couldn't seemed to figure out how to put store credit on a gift card. They discussed how much we paid ($17.50) but then she finally refunded a few drinks on the gift card as credit---which ended up being a credit of $1.75 less than what we had paid for the drinks. She was looking at the receipt, and then said, "You have $15.75 back on your card", and left. I told the other girl, "But we paid $17.50 for our drinks--which we didn't get!" She looked helpless and tried to call the other lady back. At that point, I said "Forget it, it's a tip to Starbucks, I guess." So not only did we leave missing almost an hour of our lives, we left without drinks and poorer by $2.50 (left $1 for tip with purchase. My goodness, the experience was so bad in contrast to a Starbucks in Waco a few weeks ago.... My husband's pour-over took about 10 mins, and the manager came out with apologies and gave him 2 free drink cards. What a difference! Needless to say, this location really burned their bridges with us. It's hard to win back disenchanted customers, and at the rate they were going today, I'd say probably all the people in the lobby and most in the drive-thru won't be back. read more

The drive thru at this Starbucks is awful. Nobody should have to spend 15-20 minutes trying to get their drink.

If you want kids temp, forget it. Every time, it's piping hot. They also run out of almost all of their food every day. Customer service is not great, and they can't seem to get cars through the drive thru even if it's only one or two cars. This is a years ongoing problem. Before the pandemic. I used to be a die hard Starbucks person. No more. It's honestly worth the drive to Dutch brothers. At the very least they'll make your order correctly and have excellent customer service. read more

This location is the best! I just had to YELP! I've been here plenty of times and the service is always top notch and super friendly whether you're in the drive thru or in house. Today I came through the drive thru line at 8am which I don't normally do. The line was SUPER long but I chilled in the car awaiting my caffeine fix, no biggie. I get up to the window eventually and have my AP out on my phone ready to be scanned to pay and the lady said, no no it's on us today so sorry for the long wait. Apparently it's not usually like this I guess. I would have gladly paid and honestly thought twice next time I considered getting coffee here in the AM. Great customer service!
