I just wanted to acknowledge the letter of disrespect I got from this slightly large worker at this Dunkin. I got a charge on my account for my dunkin order and showed them. I go here all the time and almost everytime the employees seem annoyed to be doing their jobs. I almost never get a smile or a "have a good day" even after I say it. Today I told them they forgot the cold foam on my drink and asked for it to be added, to which I was told "well you were whispering and need to speak up." I would've been more than happy to repeat my order if the person taking it couldn't hear me. There was also a lot of traffic in the background. Anyway, being blamed for them getting my order wrong wasn't a great way to start the day. I work in customer service and understand having a bad day, but I can slap a smile on for 3 seconds and spray some cold foam out of a can without an attitude. Ordered a signature iced latte with no whip, was met with "thats not a signature latte." I said alright, well then whatever you would ring that up as. I was handed a latte with the swirl- no drizzle, no powder on top. So I ordered what I wanted correctly and was inappropriately corrected by the woman taking my order in a nasty tone. Allergy concern galore. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy and when she changed two things in her order to avoid dairy (removing cheese from a sandwich and changing normal milk to almond milk in her coffee) they did neither. worst service EVER. We went inside to use the restroom, and then went over to the counter. We waited over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. We were told that they would help us soon.. another almost 10 minutes later, they still hadn't helped us. We decided to wait in the drive-thru, and then ended up waiting in line for quite a long time, yet again. I would highly suggest going to the other Dunkin in Geneseo if you are there and want a drink. We were the ONLY customers that they had inside, and failed to even greet us... about 10 cars went through the drive-thru while we were waiting. Horrible service. read more

So little backstory... I was 1point from a free drink and was going to do two orders just to order a donut so I could get the point for the free drink. I know stupid sounding but when you go to Dunkin as much as I do free coffee is free coffee. I pull up to the speaker and was greeted said that I had two orders the man on the headset said what and I was like I have two orders and his exact words and a snotty attitude were "um we don't do that here especially with this busy line if you want to do two orders you can come inside"now had he said it in a nice tone and explained you know I'm sorry the lines really long are your orders big or they small he would have found out that it was just a donut in the one order and then I was going to order order. Instead he was extremely rude in what he said so I was like "um that was rude I'll just go to Dunkin in dansville" if I spoke to one of our customers like that my managers would have flipped. One I've never been to a Dunkin where they didn't allow two orders or any establishment for that matter and I've never been spoken to like that. I suggest the management there reevaluate who they have is crew members and how many customers have probably left there feeling like they were so disrespected like I did. read more
