This happens all the time where they forget the bacon, so finally I said something as I never ever send food back. I said the toast is missing the bacon, the lady grabbed the box without saying anything and aggressively closed the window. She added bacon and handed it back. I asked for a fork for the loaded hashbrowns but there was no need for a fork because the hashbrowns were burnt with 1 small piece of bacon about 1/2" long and basicaly no cheese. Unable to eat and went to the trash like the stale toast. Then the bagel with bacon egg and cheese was dry, old and hard. Had one bite and tossed. The only thing good was the coffee. I'm tired of ordering food on their app and the order is f'ed up and we can't eat it. Waste of money, don't know about you but I work hard for my money every single day I go to work. Also tired of the attitudes of the employees. They open the window, hand us the food then close the window without a word. God forbid I need a fork, napkins or a straw and have to ask for them because they get mad if you ask. Do the employees not get paid to work? While I'm on a roll, there is no way to request a refund on the app, and after the attitude in the drive thru, no way I'm going inside for a refund to be treated like I am an inconvenience to them. Have some self pride in the work you do. Dunkin was my favorite guess I need to download the Starbucks app and delete the Dunkin app.

This Dunkin is in a gas station. The gas station would have WAY better breakfast sandwiches if it wasn't in there and the gas station just made it's own food. Chock Full of Nuts should be called Chock Full of Chicory. Who could possibly imagine good coffee in a mall? Let me tell you, Gloria Jean's coffee is my favorite coffee anywhere! In the fall their pumpkin spice cannot be beat. The pumpkin spice hotty toddy is a seasonal addiction. I buy mocha merrimint coffee around Christmas by the 5lb bag (whole bean). In the springtime, the chocolate macadamia is off the hook. Getting a drink there is worth it. Chetan and crew consistently make stellar hot drinks. Make sure you pick up a frequent sippers card or have them start a card when you buy a pound of coffee for discounts. Best chocolate covered espresso beans ANYWHERE (Andy's chocolate covered cappuccino beans are nasty in comparison). I even buy coffee beans to give to my employees, who get psyched when they smell their favorite beans. I don't particularly like shopping in malls. However, my wife can drag me to Eastview anytime as long as I can get a cup of fabulous coffee or a hot drink (like a Sleigh Ride or a Mocha Coconut). If I could give 6 stars I would!
