We are getting one I our area soon so just thought we would stop in a check this one out. Was not impressed at all. Got a Oreo cookie which was good. Then a strawberry refresher. Watched them make it, thought it was just syrup and coconut milk but they decided to use sink water instead. never again. read more

It's upstate/Canadian Dunkin. Everything you can get there you can get here as well. I'd recommend it since the two Dunkin locations aren't the best. read more

I never get any food Here cause it takes an extra 10 minutes. Last time I ordered donuts they were dry and gross. Bagel was burnt and didn't have any cream cheese one it. They have never messed up my coffee order so I do continue to get my ice cap every morning before work. read more

I've been disappointed that the cappuccino machine has been down a few times, and at other times, I was served slightly brown water instead of my cappuccino! Both scenarios have happened at least twice, so I refuse to order those anymore. Like all Tim Horton's, they skimp on the sleeves for hot coffee cups and you get handed a random assortment of bags by different people at drive-thru, which can make things confusing. Make sure you check everything at this store. When they get it right, it's fine. But they often don't get things right. read more

I like Timmy Ho's everywhere else except Geneseo. Service is so sloooooooooow and they run out of the bagged coffee all the time. Was in there today at 1215 for a cuppa. Not crowded. Someone ordered a panini ahead of me and Mr. Artesian panini maker started making a Mona Lisa. The lady working the drive thru was not busy except when the UPS driver came in with one package and she gave him a free coffee. Why she can't work the counter when Michelangelo is cranking out a David is beyond me. Walked out and kept my $2.30, went home and made a cuppa for 8 cents! Unless you want to grow a beard waiting or love to wait in line, skip this place. Under staffed and the personnel on duty have no consideration for their customers. I normally grab a donut and coffee. I've been both inside and through the drive thru. Consistently fast and friendly service.

We have stopped at this location twice now, well before closing time and were told, both times, we can't get anything hot because the grill was already shut down for the night. It was 5:30 and they close at 7. If the restaurant closes at 7, they should be serving food till 7. Why offer paninis and hot sandwiches if they aren't going to be able to cook them?? read more

I've ordered plenty of drinks and stuff here before, and this is unfortunately not the first time I've been disappointed, however, today has been by far the worst. My favorite drink to get at any Tim Horton's is a vanilla iced coffee with one cream and one sugar. However, the last few times I've gotten this here it has been far too bitter. So today I decided to get two creams and one sugar, and believe it or not my coffee is actually white. I don't know how much cream the worker put into my coffee but it was way more than two creams. My friend likes the same drink but with four creams, and her drink is absolutely disgusting, there's no coffee in the drink at all. When we tried to add more coffee to her drink to lessen the cream taste, nothing helped. The workers are very nice but overall I think the drinks and food can be very unreliable. You never know what one drink will taste like. read more

My BLT bagel sandwich fell apart before I could eat it. Normally Tim Hortons are amazing, I figure it must just be this one.

Well if you go to this location make sure it is a slow day or else you will wait forever ! Posting this review today after numerous times going to the drive thru and waiting ten minutes or more to receive my small order. Today they even got it wrong and gave me egg on my sandwich when I asked for without. This was after 13 minutes of waiting . Of course I discovered this after I left drive thru! I ordered two turkey sandwiches at the inside counter. It took 15 minutes before they were ready. There was no one else inside but the drive through was busy and all those orders were filled first. The sandwiches were great but this seems to happen frequently here. read more
