I went the drive thru for a coffee but they ignored me... ended up just driving off since they didn't come to the window or take my order.

If you decide to go to this Dunkin I suggest only going during the morning/ afternoon. Me and my husband were driving home the other night and I decided to get a drink, it was around 8:30 8:45 pm ish well before the Dunkin closed at 10pm. The lights were on and I could see two staff members behind the counter as well as a few costumes inside. No one in the drive-through, we pull up and wait for 5min before asking if they were open. A girl very rudely said yes, we proceeded to say we had been waiting for 5 minutes and no one said anything or asked us to wait because they were busy. She proceeded to be very rude, and asked OKAY, like really guys? Really! what do you want? After her little fit the other girl came on( she was much nicer and actually did her job) I still didn't get anything because I didn't want to get spit in my drink or something.... Anyway long story short. Do not go to this Dunkin at night because they obviously don't want to work past 8pm. read more

Every time you go there's always someone outside on their smoke break taking your order. Or it's someone who won't let you get a word in. I gave them another chance after years of not going. Nothing postive from the experience. Order was repeated, "corrected", still wrong. Put that aside the food is stale. I have never complained about an establishment in my life. My god. The service it's really great. The prices are pretty much normal for the type of coffee. The staff seem to be very friendly and very knowledgeable. Every time I come they are always very quick with getting me my orders out. The drive-through is pretty tight so having a big truck is kind of hard getting through there. I'm not super excited about the location but I'm glad it's close. read more

This is the only location open at 5am near me. Their crappy service is the only thing that is consistent. They either serve my latte with whipped cream when I order without or vice versa. And it never fails when you get to the window expect to wait a while before someone tales your payment without feeling the need to speak you. Also heaven forbid you get the right sized straw for you drink either. read more

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to...there are only a couple people who work there who actually know how to make the coffee te right way...I stop there at least twice a week on my way to work and just have to hope that I don't have someone brand new working...the owner of this store has to look in to new workers or retraining the ones he has...you can tell most of them don't want to be there and it affects the services...then after one of them telling me they hate their job there they have the nerve to put out a home made tip cup...let me give you a tip...if the service and product was better I would not mind tipping read more

When I was younger DD was the place to be. Now it just taste like they have the same donuts from my younger years out for sale. These donuts are so hard and bland it's crazy. Come on people make a fresh batch every once in a while, it can't be that hard to do. I used to love this place and the peanut donuts they sold. Now I cringe at the thought of them. This place is the absolute worst. I've lived near this one for about a year and go weekly, from day 1 this place hasn't had it together and we keep saying we will stop coming but end up going anyways because we love Dunkin. The people here are all grown but act like kids in school, they argue with each other in front of customers, they mess up the order almost every time they don't stir the coffee so your first few sips are awful until you give it a swirl and even then the coffee tastes gross (which it doesn't at any other Dunkin just this one) which tells me they probably aren't cleaning the pots or using fresh grounds etc. The ladies here are absolutely rude, they take your order with attitude, when we get to the window they have zero manners, dirty looks and snatch your card or money and shove it back. Not sure if there is no hope and managers just abandon ship or what but the whole place needs to be restaffed and cleaned and re opened. Save your money. read more
