At least the last 4 times I've been here spread out over a few months it's smelled horrible inside. An incredibly potent burnt smell that is very off putting. At first, I thought it was just a fluke and they accidentally burnt something. After several visits I've realized that it just consistently smells like this. Omg! Loved the service today that I received. I've been having a crappy holiday so far and when I arrived they were warm and welcoming. I asked if they tried their new Dunkin energy drinks yet and went with one of the ones she's had. The drink is amazing. And they had my favorite donuts in stock. The powdered chocolate cream is my favorite by most. The ambiance of the place is cherry and warm. 10/10 stars. read more

I walked in thinking that it would be quicker because there were 3 cars in line. I was in there for 45 min. No greeting or "hi, we'll be with you in a moment". They worked as normal for about 10 min until they decided to take our orders. I placed 3 orders & they didn't give me 2 of the items i paid for & completely messed up my order in general. Ordered online and when I got there here's what I got. The iced donuts had little icing at all. I haven't even tried my vanilla crepe but there was little powdered sugar. I used to come here all the time. I always got a good bagel sandwich, some bagels to take home, and a coffee. The service was always with a smile. This Dunkin is no longer on my normal route, so I have not been back for a while. I went today. My bagel sandwich was cold and was on a bagel that was stale. I got 6 stale bagels in a box that are inedible. They actually crumble when you try t take a bite! The coffee wasn't up to Dunkin par. AND, I paid more for this less than mediocre assemblage of food (that I had to replace anyway) than I would have for a half dozen bagels and a sandwich in Midtown New York! I will NEVER be back. I've always loved this location for the past 15 years but there's always something wrong with my order with this "new management". I come to this location frequently and the first day I ordered under the new staff, I ordered a large iced coffee and they gave me a hot coffee, I told them it was wrong and they decided to give me a medium iced coffee and I asked what happened to the large ones and they proceeded to tell me the medium was a "large". They just decided to charge me extra and give me the wrong item. I've given them a month time to decide if I like the new staff or not and I've come to the decision that this places completely sucks now! Last night was the last. Son was craving a shake. After driving a distance arrived at 7:35 PM after checking they closed at 8 PM. Doors locked, staff cleaning up, drive thru closed and dark. It has happened more than once or I wouldn't take the time to write. Rather than false advertising, list the correct closing time so people don't waste their time trying to give you business. I love Dunkin' donuts. I really do. The small town I live in doesn't have any donut shops so I have to drive more than 25 miles to get a donut. Last Monday I decided to give into the craving and make the drive specifically for them. The customer service was clearly lacking and I kept having to ask the gentleman who was helping me to kindly move out of the way so I could see what donuts they had. He was literally standing with his back to me while holding the box to put the donuts I pick out into. He seemed very annoyed when I had to ask him 4x to move. He finally told me I had the whole dozen and closed the box. I paid & drove home. I was shocked to see he had literally SMASHED IN HALF one of the donuts to fit it in the box. And there were only 11. A dozen is 12, NOT 11. It wasn't like I could just drive all the way back for the donut I paid for and didn't receive. Definitely a disappointing experience :( read more

I specifically chose this location due to the advertising hours that they have currently listed, because I had to be at work at 5 am. I had employees depending on me to bring them in promised coffee and breakfast. I arrived at this location at 4:25 am, I noticed three vehicles in the parking lot while I waited, where I was parked just in front of the door. At 4:35, I noticed an employee just standing around near the cake & ice cream cooler door, lights still off inside the entire building. He would not even acknowledge me to signal that he would only be a moment longer. I finally had no other choice whatsoever but to leave, running into IHOP for immediate substitutions to our employees original breakfast orders and desires. IHOP took extra great care of me, fixing my order "On the Fly", with prompt & extremely courteous service. As I pulled out from the IHOP parking lot and turned right back onto Jefferson, I noticed at 5:45 that they finally had turned their lights on, and had decided that they were finally open for business. 15 minutes might not seem like a great deal, but I specifically chose this location due to hours that they specifically specified on Google as their "We Will Be Open" time frame. I arrived to work within basically two minutes of my scheduled time. I will NEVER, and I emphasize that fully, return to this Dunkin Donuts location again. I took my granddaughter to this location this morning. We ate our donuts in the dining area. Before we left we ordered some donut holes to take home. They didn't pack them from the donut display but gave us a prepacked box. We got them home and my son opened them to eat a few and they were stale. I called the store to let the manager know about the stale donut holes and she said that wasn't possible. The manager did not accommodate me at all. I went here to get some donut holes for my son. I ordered 1 dozen blueberry and 1 dozen glazed. I got my bag and went to my truck. When I got home I opened the bag to give my son a couple and there are only 10 donut holes in the bag, I even asked the girl when she handed me the bag if that was all of them and she said yes. The vanilla creams have been consistently superior to the shops on Illinois and Coldwater. Service has always been friendly. Since it was built. Awful! I have tried coming here more then once because its close and convenient and every time is a fail. I won't be coming back. 1st time I wanted a frozen coffee but was told the machine was down so I got a regular. my coffee was so bitter no amount of cream or auger could help it and my breakfast sandwich tasted of card board. Second time I went through the drive through to get a frozen coffee and was told again it was down. I drove off. Then this morning I tried again.
