Great food at reasonable prices. The staff is outstanding. This is our go to place for burgers.

Moved to area in 2020. First tried a cod which was just okay . Later tried hamburger which was at the time delicious. However, more recent visits found burgers over-cooked, burned and greasy. Disappointing! Think when they cut burger patty size they may have forgotten to adjust fry time? Anyway, after several recent purchases provided server with instructions to solve issue which fell on deaf ears/same result so I have given up !! This is the second time in as many visits, that we ordered doubles with bacon and cheese at the drive thru. Only to get home and there is no bacon on our burgers. At least they were good sized burgers, with 2 tiny pickles and a miniscule squirt of catsup and mustard. read more

We've have always loved their North Atlantic cod sandwiches. We stopped last night and purchased 2 sandwiches to go. When we got home to eat air yummy sandwiches, didn't quite go that way Half of my fish was nothing but hard breading. The fish was very thin not like the thick fish we always enjoyed. My husbands was also a thin piece of fish cooked way too long and hard We both aren't sure if it was cod Very sad, and not sure if we will want to take trying again. Their sandwiches are expensive Also their custard sundaes have shrank in size. Not worth the money when we can get yummy ice cream treats at the Dairy Queen for half the cost. read more

I ordered a large chocolate milkshake. What I got? A large Hershey syrup cup of soup for $5.93. So awful I had to throw it out! Last time I was here I got a burger. Not very good and I don't understand the appeal of this place. I ordered a sourdough melt burger and fries and it was very bland- no flavor at all. The place was filled with senior citizens so maybe they like the bland predictable food. I did order one of the concrete mixers which was good but at almost $5 it might not be worth a return visit. read more

Stelhorn Culvers brings a nice variety to the neighborhood when you want something better then the usual burger joint. I love that they offer more then burgers on the menu. The shrimp, and pork tenderloin are great, and the pot roast is excellent without the hassle of cooking at home. Slightly more expensive then the chain restaurants but the extra $1 is worth it. Food is ok, the prices are high for this type of restaurant. Every time we use the drive thru the orders are incorrect. We have called and left messages on the Culver's website and never had anyone follow up on the errors or making good for the mistakes. I would not recommend Culver's on Stellhorn in Ft. Ahhhhh, the Midwest's finest burger joint. You can have your whataburger, in n out, or shake shack. We have Culver's. This location is conveniently located in the Stellhorn area, and offers a nice quick dining experience with televisions and delicious burgers. Service at Culver's is always top notch. This location does not have marinara sauce though, 1 star deduction for keeping those delicious curds from being a heavenly experience. read more

Was there last month. I ordered a bacan double chedder, and paid for a bacon double chedder. What I got, was just a chedder double, no bacon, despite paynig for it. I left a survey to contact, no response. I left feedback, no response. They have no desire to correct what they wronged on, so I have no desire to go back anymore. I'll look at the other locations as long as they are not the same owners as Culver's is independently owned. If they finally do reach out, i will update review. But seeing that they don't respond, make sure you do get what you ordered before you leave. read more

Tried this location for the 1st time yesterday and tbh I hate the # system anymore, the tray is utilized to help get condiments which that system defeats! OK 1st I will start off that almost $6 for a plain cheeseburger with bacon (.50 xtra) an small fries an drink is a bit much tbh. Nothing about this visit was a good experience. First off we were directed to a curbside pickup spot which was apparently the invisible slot, since at least 2 cars that pulled in after us had ordered and we still had not been approached. We decided to go to the drive through, and the young lady directing traffic wanted us to pull up to cub again, we said no. Went through the drive thru, and paid then waited for our order. When it was brought to the car, the young man asked if we needed anything else, thanked us, and we left, just to get home to find they left out the concrete mixer, and sundae. I called, and was told just come back, bring your receipt. She also indicated they usually bring the frozen order after the food order, but there was no apology of any kind. My husband drove back over to get our desserts and they asked him TWICE if he had paid for them This is the third time in as many visits they have not gotten our order correct. The hamburgers here are tasty, but the bun is 4 times too big for the patty, I toss 3/4ths of the bun. Tonight my frozen custard was full of waxy type pellets. The quality and service has really slipped at this location. We used to go here about every week. read more

Was the worst experience at Culver's ever. My boyfriend ordered online at 723. Order was said to be ready at 729. Yes, 6 minutes. He arrived a minute early. He sat in the car, waiting. After a few minutes an employee asked him if he has been taken care of. He said no, I ordered online but haven't gotten my food yet. The employee put a sticky note on his car. Meanwhile, no less than 13 cars pulled in ( yes he counted) ordered food, received their food and left. He is still waiting. After waiting more than 30 minutes, he gets out of the car and tries to flag someone down. The employees ignore him. Eventually a scared looking kid asks if he can help him. My boyfriend explains the situation and kid goes inside. 30 seconds later, returns with our food. He got home, food was stone cold, soggy and missing condiments and utensils. He waited over 30 minutes and spent almost 30.00 on cold, soggy food. It's a shame because we used to enjoy eating there. Never again! read more

Food is good. But this review is more about customer service. Young kids or young adults please smile. Don't greet customers as though you just rolled out of bed. And when asked what dipping sauces you offer, please pronounce the word correctly and not say it all so quickly that no one can understand you. read more

Some people may be put off by friendly and courteous staff, but I appreciate a level of professionalism not seen at places like steak and shake or Wendy's. I am so done with the Culver's on Stellhorn Road. Those kids need more training and there needs to be an experienced manager on duty. All I ordered was a turtle sundae In the drive through. I waited and watched at least six cars behind me leave with their orders. I stopped one of the employees and asked him to check on my ice cream order because everyone behind me was gone. About 10 minutes later he comes back and asks me again what I ordered. I told him the one scoop turtle sundae. Then he asked me for my receipt. I told him I didn't get a receipt no was I asked if I wanted one. Then he proceeds to tell me there's nothing they can do for me without a receipt!!! What? I told him what the total was, exactly what amount of money I gave the cashier and what my change was. He still told me I needed a receipt because they have no record that I ordered. Mind you the number they give you to stick on your mirror IS STILL ON MY MIRROR! I told him to get his manager and either give me my money back or give me my sundae. He leaves then comes back five minutes later with the "manager" who is probably 17. I told him the story and he too asks me for a receipt!! I had to repeat myself all over again. He then says he'll make my order. I get the ice cream along with a voucher for a free sundae. I threw the voucher away. Im not going to subject someone else to that piss poor service. The fake politeness and the "my pleasures" are a joke! Culver's you will no longer get my money. I'm so disgusted. read more

The food is good, burgers are good but the chicken tenders are fantastic. The milkshakes are also good. It is very costly. I took my three kids there (5, 7 and 10) and it was $20+ dollars just for them. I was almost going to make it a 4 star, but the price is just a lot to ask for a fast food place. Very nice experience. We stopped in for lunch and then were planning to bring a small birthday party in for ice cream after some other activities later that afternoon. The manager (I am assuming) stopped by our table and saw the balloons. He offered to put her name on the digital outdoor sign and gave us some tokens for free ice cream.
