I've come here for a few drive-through and pick up orders when visiting New Haven. I can't say that I'm overly impressed. The food at least at lunchtime is fresh. The line, unfortunately, move somewhat slow, but is faster than the ones in Fort Wayne. Overall, it's a McDonald's what can you expect. read more

1. Clean oil is everything. It's well paste the time to clean the oil. While the fries were hot, the oil is old, or they were refried which is worse. 2. The fish should not smell or taste fishy. It's a mild white fish- when cooked to order- not placed in a bucket warmer- it doesn't. But here at this location- it does nearly every time. Hard, fishy, cold. Gross. 3. Extra sauce doesn't mean pump the box full. It means put it on the food. If I wanted it on the side, I would have asked for a side of it, at .40 cents per request. 4. If I say I want a #blah with a large drink- that doesn't mean nor sound like upsize the entire order. None the less $8.16, down the drain bc they don't have standards at this location anymore. Whatever upper management did here last year around this time- your quality is only going down and the team you have now- totally undone all the other teams hard work at bringing the location to standard. read more

We went to this McDonald's tonight through the drive thru. We waited FOREVER for our food and when we finally got home with our food I discovered my quarter pounder was raw. Not cooked at all. I contacted the restaurant and someone who claimed to be a manager, MacKenzie, said the cook had the grill set incorrectly. Why is someone cooking food at this restaurant if they don't know what they are found? That is dangerous. Do not eat here. ( See the picture of my sandwich. So, ordered the big breakfast which comes with a hasbrown, and ordered another hashbrown to go with. Absolutely NO hashbrowns were included and when calling back, whoever answered was rude. When arriving to collect, I was refused the manager, and they turned their backs on me when wanting to speak to manager. This is how they train custumor relations? Time to close this one. read more

We got carry out today from McDonald's. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese which is my favorite. When my husband came home my quarter pounder did not have any pickles, mustard or ketchup, but was loaded with mayo on each bun which I hate. Also the cheese was not even melted. Too many times our orders have been incorrect so we will not be returning. read more

I've had a lot of bad McDonald experiences but this one is consistently awful. Only once was I given my food at the window. Always have to pull forward. The food is usually cold and the order often incorrect. I even made a comment to the employee that brought me my food saying "pretty bad crew in there" and she said "yeah, I know". One time during a visit and waiting behind traffic you could see the manager just sitting in his office while the crew were backed up. Not worth the time to go there. read more

Going threw the drive thru this morning for breakfast and pet of my order was two number six combos the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with a round egg on both. The cashier made a big deal about subbing the egg for a round egg and joked it off. I get home and surprise surprise NO ROUND EGG!!! I don't understand how you make a big deal about putting a round egg and then not even put the round egg on the sandwich!!!! And you wonder why I rarely go to McDonald's!!!!!! read more

This one is slow and never gives hot food unless asked for and I have even had the cashier forget or just plain not give me $10 of my change once. And since the renovations an the prices going up because I assume the pay is also going up for what reason is not right when no burger flinger deserves more then $8 an hr when I work harder then they do an only make $13 an hr, their wanting $15 is absurd and not right! read more

It seems that this place has slowly been getting worse and worse. A few years back it was in and out you ordered and in 5 minutes you got your food. But in the past 3 months or so it's been taking 10 to 15 minutes for one hamburger, And there is also about a 1 in 7 chance that your food was going to be made wrong. read more

If you like subzero temps in the summer months go for it. Their temperature is controlled from Michigan. The other day it was 50 degress at 8a.m. outside. When I went inside with 5 other friends to eat breakfast it was Arctic. We needed winter coats and hats and gloves. None of which we had on. We typically sit in the back area away from most other people because we laugh and talk loud sometimes. We had to sit up front because of the frigid temps. We have asked the manager twice now to talk to corporate about our complaints. They won't do it. They really just don'. Mcdonalds new motto, to Hell with the customers, we do what we want. read more
