This is a typical Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins co-branded location that offers the same predictably mediocre hot & cold beverages, light sandwiches, donuts and ice cream as every other Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins location. I've been to a lot of Dunkin' locations and the only difference from location to location is the attitude and effort of the folks behind the counter. It's obvious to me that some people aren't cut out for jobs that require customer service skills and they all seem to work at this Dunkin' location on Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park. I visit this location every so often when I'm in Florham Park and my usual dining companion's mother wants ice cream. It seems I'm always standing awkwardly at the counter waiting to order for several minutes while the staff argues with each other before one of them takes my order and makes me feel like an inconvenience to them. The dining area is typically filthy with tables that haven't been cleaned from previous diners and a single garbage receptacle in the restaurant that's overflowing. I'll be back but probably not by my choice. read more

Deplorable customer service. I ordered a frozen coffee, stood around waiting while a frozen hot chocolate was called out, eventually realized they must have made a mistake, spoke to the cashier who made the mistake, and was lead to believe it was being corrected. They let me stand around waiting for another ten minutes, yet never actually remade the drink, and, somehow, I got scammed into leaving with something I never ordered and that had no caffeine=pointless. I'm not sure I would even trust this store not to make the same mistake if I had ordered on the app that clearly spells out the order. read more

I waited a long time before giving my opinion of this particular Dunkin' Donuts because every town NEEDs a great spot for coffee, this isn't one of those. First thing is that there is always something floating in the coffee; like curdled milk or powder of some kind. Its gross. I usually have an iron stomach but this place messes me up Fiercely. Second thing is that they Always get my order wrong and my coworkers and I always order big. I don't have the kind of job that I can come back here and rectify an incorrect breakfast order. Plus funny thing is their mistakes are always in their favor never an extra this or that. Nope I gotta explain why we're short an egg sandwich or 2 bagels. This happens alot. Tried checking the bags before we leave but trust me - when this place is busy folks are outta hand - Nuts. (Jersey Nuts) plus they fluff your bags full of D D fluff n stuff. Bad customer service. Was waiting in the Baskin Robbins ice cream line to get some chocolate ice cream in this nasty, humid NJ weather. There were two employees right in front of me yapping, but they didn't bother to at least tell me to wait to be served. I then proceeded to the Dublin Donuts line, because I was tired of waiting. I gave the lady my birthday coupon for a free ice cream (on my mobile device) that I had received a couple of hours ago. She kept saying it didn't work. No explanation. The coupon says it expires 7/3/17. I asked if it needed to be printed. She said, "I don't know, it doesn't work." Not very helpful at all. You could at least ask a manager or make a little more effort. Don't put signs all over your store promoting free ice cream during your birthday when you're not even going to honor the coupon! read more

This is my go-to Dunkin'! I have been going here for YEARS and can't believe I am just writing a review. The staff is always professional and very quick with coffee and food orders. Stay away from this place. Been here before to get coffee and it was terrible. Today, I bought a donut to go. It was shriveled, stale, and hard, not soft like a fresh donut should be. If I was still in the parking lot, I would have gone back for a refund. But having taken it home, it's not worth my time and effort. Does Dunkin corporate do any quality assurance testing on its franchises? They should not allow franchisees to serve stale donuts to customers. Maybe they are trying to save on costs because of the pandemic. And maybe it's OK with Dunkin corporate because they take a percentage on top of the franchise fees. This DD is not too bad. Sometimes the coffee is good and other times it tastes like it's been diluted. The customer service is good. They are very friendly and will gladly fix any mistakes made. They share a parking lot with Trader Joe's so parking can sometimes be a little hectic. There's a Baskin Robbins in the store and they offer outside seating which is nice. The donuts are normally fresh but I've gotten a few expired sodas from the fridge before!! Want better service? Spend the extra money and go across the street to Starbucks. I'm not a big Dunkin person, I go only when I really need a pick me up to start my day. Unfortunately this is the store I have been going to recently and I have never had a good experience. There is always a long line in the morning, which is to be expected, and they seem to do a good job keeping it moving to take orders and pay, but this is where there ends up being issues. You will either get a girl who speaks little to no English taking your order and ringing you up or the total stoner girl. Neither will give you correct change and your order will almost always be incorrect. I don't order crazy things, usually pretty basic, but if I order milk I can tell there's cream. If I order a bagel I order a certain kind and will often times get the wrong bagel or the wrong spread. I get that this is a busy place and its not fine dining but it's not that hard to count out correct change and give people what they actually ordered. I come in on my way to work and want to be in and out but that rarely happens. read more

Unfortunately ... this dunkin is the only one that is convenient to go to. I loved going to the Rutherford location when I lived there. But the location in florham park is a joke. Every single time I go in there they either mess up an order, forget I'm standing there waiting for an order, or it's not made well. And I don't order anything complicated. Just iced tea or coffee. There is no consistency. I order a wrap and it's falling apart. The staff either wasn't trained properly how to make the items, or management just doesn't care. Where is corporate??? Shouldn't there be inspections? Every time I try and give them another chance I regret waisting my money there. On countless occasions they have made me late for work. I'm not the person to write bad reviews but after the experiences I've had, I needed to say something. They really have to step up their game. This is an okay Dunkin. They have a large seating area and free WiFi, which normally is inviting for eating-in. However, this store, which is very busy, is often messy. The tables are covered with the food and wrapping remnants from prior diners; and the chairs are covered with years of accrued crud that needs to be scoured off. I've heard many people complain that their light-colored pants were dirty after sitting there. The management should do what other busy fast-food restaurants and food courts do: during their busiest times, they should designate someone to stay in the dining area to clean-up. The beverages/food are standard DD fare and it's fine. I find that many of these stores will screw-up your order when they're busy, especially if there's a language barrier. How many times have I stressed (repeatedly) that I want "white" cheese on my sandwich and received yellow cheese? A lot. But on balance, this store would be okay if they would keep the dining area clean. read more

What can I say that I've not already said? Coffee is a HUGE part of my life! I have never been a fan of their doughnuts. They always taste greasy to me and give me heart burn. But their coffee! The only good think about this DD is the location. The staff is slow and rude. The breakfast sandwiches are cold and when ordering anything besides black coffee it takes an extremely long time. They seem to turn over staff frequently as they are always training new people. I can only assume the poor service is a reflection on poor management. I don't just go around reviewing random Dunkin Donuts I've stopped in once - I only review the Dunkin's I frequent. I judge DD's on a few things and this one seems to deliver. It's usually pretty packed in the morning, but they do a pretty good job of keeping the line moving...and, they do this with one register which is actually impressive. Then, I also look at how long it takes to receive your order. Again, they're decent on that front. Last, I judge them based on the finished the product. This place does a fine job there. Friendliness and manners were missing from the staff. I probably wouldn't take the time to write a review on a Dunkin Donuts if it were not for the fact that my experience left me speechless. I purchased an extra large coffee one morning and as the lady handed me the coffee there was a large black hair hanging out of the cup, trapped underneath the lid. I immediately pointed it out to her at which point she shook her head in disgust, took off the lid, dumped the coffee down the sink and PROCEEDED TO FILL THE SAME CUP WITH REPLACEMENT COFFEE! When I said I didn't want it in that cup and I just wanted a refund (by now my stomach was not feeling real well) she said "just wait over there until we can get a manager to issue a refund". Needless to say they were busy, so I waited about 5 minutes and then started to leave. The clerk just looked up and saw me leaving, smiled at another employee and said something in her language and laughed.
