I like the ambiance of the cafe but sucks that its a little tough to get parking, only street parking. The parking in the back is for resident permiy parking only. Only wish the service was a bit faster/more efficient as it took as while to get our coffee's (though I appreciated that they could accomodate my request to use my own coffee mug!), and we had to check back in to retrieve our pastry order, and it wasn't that busy at the time. Other than that, would definitely consider coming back,as I really liked my capuccino and the yummy monkey bread!

The brown sugar oat latte was good too, it must be their equivalent of the Starbucks brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso, it tasted pretty similar and considering all the crazy things I've been seeing in the news about Starbucks, I will gladly come here instead of there. The pastries are nice. Think Paris Baguette but cheaper and surprisingly better quality. I wish they had more pastries in stock, though.

I knew I would be there at a certain time so I placed an online order for three sea salt coffees. I made sure they would be ready at a certain time that the app let me set. Also to note I've been here a few times and it's a very typical 85° which has a few tables to sit at and definitely keeps it very basic and bakery feeling. I get there about a half hour later and my coffee is not ready yet even though it was supposed to be ready 2 minutes before. I stood there for a while and finally someone came up to the coffee counter and asked if I needed anything. I said I was simply just waiting for my online order that I placed over a half hour ago. He went over to his computer and printed it out and got started on it but doesn't really give me a lot of confidence in placing online orders in the future. The worker did apologize and I appreciate that so four stars for now. As I was leaving, a lady who was also waiting for her coffee noted that she did the same thing and apparently they don't have all of their ducks in a row yet.

The ice cubes were perfect for an iced beverage. My husband said the cappuccino was a bit weak but it looked good. The wellness bar hit the spot and was most and delicious. There were also people doing homework or holding meetings. Plenty of room for everyone! The lights and soft music make it cozy and relaxing.

With a vibrant interior and welcoming atmosphere, the Twisted Tulip should not be skipped. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of folks working on laptops. This is the perfect place to curl up with a beverage of choice, little snack, and buckle down to get some work done. Despite the amount of people, the noise volume was moderate. Service was good, but a little brisk. The interior is decorated with various pieces of art and there are dog treats in the front for your pet. The exterior has outdoor seating which is really nice. I got the pistachio macaron which was the perfect texture, but a bit lacking in flavor. I also got the pumpkin marshmallow latter which was surprisingly not that sweet to my relief. It really hit that pumpkin flavor spot. Price point was $10 with $1 tip, pretty standard for this area. In my previous visits, I got the chai latte which I thoroughly enjoyed. This is the perfect hang out spot for group projects or for getting work done. Can't recommend enough.

I'm usually hesitant to order flavored coffee because I find that some shops make them way too artificially sweet. The employee today was so sweet and understood the assignment--she listened to what I wanted and assured me she wouldn't make my drink overpoweringly sweet. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and it was definitely Islander approved! The coffee had just the right amount of vanilla flavor without being overly sweet, which is exactly what I look for in a flavored latte. My only request for the shop: please replace the fake banana tree in the back with a real Bird of Paradise plant for even better island vibes! It would fit the atmosphere perfectly. Overall, great coffee, great flavor options, and such a lovely experience with the staff. Definitely recommend stopping by!
