It was unbelievably soft, airy and pillowy - not dry at all and basically melted in my mouth! The glaze was fantastic, as well. I also tried the jalapeno cheddar kolache and it was amazing (I toasted it at home). The flavorful sausage had bits of jalapeno and cheese throughout, and the dough was super fluffy! I will note that the store itself is small and it was a bit hectic ordering (no orderly lines were formed), but the service was quick! I'm obsessed with their delicious donuts and kolaches - highly recommend!

The donuts have always been fresh. I recently tried one of their "cronuts" and thought it was really tasty! It was huge and flaky like a perfect croissant/donut mashup could be. I like that they fill donuts fresh in the store when you order, too. I wish the company would improve their iced coffee options. It seemed a bit average and simple for a store with great branding. That's not a mark against this specific store tho. I've visited this store a couple of times and would highly recommend them over any other chain donut location in the area.

My favorite is maple bacon donut--of course. I mean, who doesn't love that sweet-and-salty combo? The warm cake donut, the maple icing, the crunchy bacon on top... it just works every single time. I also love that you can customize your donut however you want, pick your icing toppings, and drizzles and create your own sugar adventure. It's more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down cafe, but honestly, once you get that warm donut, you won't want to wait anyway. This location has plenty of seating, so you can relax and enjoy your treats with friends and family. I love bringing my nephews and nieces, and they love it! I stopped by because I really wanted the Krispy Kreme knock-off. I did end up ordering this (no picture because I ate it before I could take a picture). I have mixed feelings about that donut--I think that I would have enjoyed it more if they HADN'T told me they were trying to make a krispy Kreme donut. The glaze was quite similar to Krispy Kreme donuts, but I was hoping for something with the lightness of a classic yeast donut. For me, that lightness is what making Krispy Kreme donuts so good, but this donut was much more similar to a cake donut. Dense, crunchy, though freshly fried. Not bad! But definitely not Krispy Kreme, which was what I thought I was getting. What I DID love, however, was their pop tart pastry. We got a berry poptart, and it was scrumptious! Kind of a short-bread tasting dough, with jammy inside & a nice frosting. I just wish I could have toasted it before I ate it! Felt like my childhood.

All the flavors are great, I expected s'mores to be my favorite but I truly love the brown sugar. I always buy at least 4 when I go, then my kids continue to fight over them. Donuts are decent too, have some fluffiness. If you aren't vegan though... don't buy the bread. It was so horribly disappointing. It wasn't even edible. Tasted like blue cheese. We threw it away. Cinnamon cake is meh, you can make it better with a mix from grocery store. Cakes and cookies were just ok. It also feels a little weird venturing to a college campus into the bakery, it's not convenient unless you're a college student. But those pop tarts are to die for!

However, I love the decoration, the customer service and the extensive menu, which is the reason for the 4 stars. I originally stopped by to eye the menu and plan my post-lunch coffee-time dessert. I let the barista know that I'll be returning but will order something simple. She suggested the cortado and I said yes immediately, and asked for iced. It was perfectly strong and not watered down. Fast forward a few hours, I returned as promised and she remembered me. We decided to order 2 mochi donuts and a few drinks: -chocolate and cinnamon/sugar donuts -red velvet latte -hazelnut latte -regular latte One thing to note is that she couldn't really describe the drinks. For example, I asked her if the red velvet latte tastes like chocolate or just sugary (since it's basically red-dyed chocolate) and she had no idea. I asked her what are the top drinks (besides what was shown on the board) and she couldn't answer that. But she was friendly. The donuts tasted a little stale and the chocolate frosting was definitely a little too hard. The cinnamon toast crunch was a cute touch to the donut, but again was stale. I wasn't a fan of the red velvet latte, it was pure sugar and aside from the intense pink color didn't taste the way I expected a red velvet cake to taste (most likely because the cream cheese is important to the flavor). The decoration and swag for purchase are all show-stoppers, perfect for photo ops or even social media. They have a cute little photo booth inside as well. There is plenty of seating available. I can't say that I'd return as I'm not a big mall person and wasn't too terribly impressed with the donuts.
