Once again, my grandchildren want cookies and I made the mistake of coming to this location. I ordered them for pick up from 530 to 6. I got here at 5:45. It's 615 and I still don't have my cookies. Only two people working at the moment, and they're out of a number of cookies. This place sucks.

Delicious, warm cookie. Many different varieties to choose from with a rotating weekly menu. Great service and super fast. These cookies are big!

I have always enjoyed Crumbl cookies, and when I learned there was a shop in the area, I had to get one of their well-known sweet treats. The atmosphere was clean, and while it primarily operated as a pay-and-pick-up service with no seating or hot beverage options available, the efficiency of the payment process was commendable. However, enhancing customer service with a more friendly demeanor and warm smiles could improve the overall experience.

What they call "chocolate chip "

Flat, burned, saggy cookie! Far away from anything like crumble!! I told them this does not look right they smiled and left me!!! Avoid this location

Ordered on the app tonight for an 8:50pm pickup; it wasn't ready at 9:15pm when I arrived and I waited an additional 10 mins. Just two guys working the entire store, including POS, baking, cleaning, and prepping orders.

Stopped here after dinner on the way back to the hotel to get some cookies for the folks. I usually over order bc I'd like to try each of them, and with four of us it made sense to get a dozen. The first problem was the fact they were out of the one kind and said it would be a 30min wait, which we swapped out. Then, the other kind they said they were finishing went from an 8 minute wait to a 25min wait. The staff was very friendly and the girl gave me two free cookie cards bc of the issues, but this was a pretty lukewarm trip. The inside is the usual bright white with an open kitchen, and I will say this may be one of the bigger locations I've been to - again with zero indoor seating.

Can't go wrong with Crumbl Cookies! Placed an order online, which was simple and straightforward. Our order was ready in no time. Employees are awesome, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. This is our first time visiting their Fairfax location. It's neat, clean, and organized inside. We have always enjoyed Crumbl Cookies. It is on the sweeter side, so if you do not enjoy sweeter cookies, you may not be a fan. We on the other hand, are big fans! Their flavors rotate weekly. We have always enjoyed all of the different flavors offered. These puppies are big and perfect for sharing. Half a cookie is usually more than enough for me. So glad we got a chance to visit their Fairfax location :D

Cookie Butter Ice Cream(ft Biscoff) flavor! Hard on the sides and soft in the middle
Antarjot K.

Everyone was super nice and the worker did a quality check to ask if it was to my liking . Service 10/10 Cookie was hard on the outside and a little too soft on the inside for my liking. Ambiance is not loud at all, but I'd definitely say this is more of a take-it-to-go place and not a dine-in. The cookies are fun, themed, and a good treat now and then. As a Crumbl location they are the best one I've been to! As a brand whole, the cookies fill a craving, but are not out of this world. I'll be back to try more if a flavor that intrigues me comes up. Note: They change flavors other than choco chip and a pink sugar cookie. They are a bit pricey and have an okay rewards program.

Red velvet, Birthday Cake (ft Oreo), Maple Cream Sandwich, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

Saw the weekly flavors and HAD to go. So glad that I did. All the flavors were mouthwatering. I recommend ALL of these cookies this week! A MUST. Do not miss out.

Loved that combination, and the ube taiyaki was another favorite- im a sucker for ube. It came out fresh and warm, which made it that much better like a warm hug. This was supposed to be a quick stop, but I liked it enough to come back the very next day to try more flavors! On my second visit, I tried the Thai tea filling and another one I believe was Oreo ice cream swirl. The ube is still the one I'd come back for, but it was fun trying something different. Service: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time, I appreciated them helping me figure out what to order. There were several things I wanted to try, so having them tell me their favorite was a no brainer it made the experience even better. Atmosphere: The space was clean and had plenty of seating. I appreciated being able to sit down and enjoy everything while the taiyaki was still warm. A nice spot to take a little dessert break and a nice vibe. This is definitely a place to take a date! Overall: Coming back two days in a row probably says enough about how much I enjoyed Rice Culture! Between the fresh, warm taiyaki, the ube sesame ice cream swirl, and the friendly staff, this was an easy place to love. Definitely recommend trying the ube sesame swirl if you're having trouble deciding!

The stuffed Oreo fish was a little dry and definitely wasn't my favorite, but it's still good for what it is. It's a bit pricey for a dessert, but I think it makes for such a fun outing. I also thought their cup desserts to-go were really cool and unique! The inside of the shop is super cute and aesthetic, too. I loved all the decor and the overall vibe. There isn't much employee interaction since you order through a kiosk, but honestly, that was totally fine and made the process quick and easy. Definitely worth checking out if you want a cute, unique dessert experience!

Inside, it's a different story: chic, cozy, and intimate, with an upscale feel that isn't stuffy. The kitchen is right there, so you watch the servers moving, the cooks cooking, and the whole restaurant running around you. It feels like you're in on it. We started with cocktails. An Old Fashioned made with a Blanton's Gold barrel pick, and the house special, a vodka martini with a Japanese twist. I'm not a martini person, but this one won me over. It was smooth and balanced, not too sweet or too tart. We liked both drinks so much that we ordered another round with dessert. We did the tasting menu with the reserve pairings, and every course was excellent. The yakitori yak was our favorite, with the venison a close second. Being able to talk with the chefs and staff while they worked, about the food and what goes into cooking it, made the night. They were truly kind and friendly, and we really appreciated feeling welcome. Don't skip the bread. They're generous with it, which you'll need, because you won't want to leave any of the sauces behind. It's made from the owner's father's sourdough starter, which is 51 years old. Elyse is craft and storytelling on a plate, and it feels like the chef's family is part of that story and he's inviting you into it. We'll absolutely be back.

We really loved all of the dishes, but for sure the ravioli with wild asparagus and ramps is one I will remember for a long time. The octopus was also a memorable dish, and the poussin was complex, layer after layer of flavor and the salt level was so good...just perfect food, perfectly executed. Oh, and shout out to the owner's dad, who is in his 90s and makes the bread, a rich sourdough, served warm, that has a 50 year old starter at its essence. Yum. We did the wine pairings and I def recommend. Some really good wines, curated from small vineyards globally, matched perfectly and well presented. The sommelier nailed it. We also just loved the service. Nice touches pre arrival, they are expecting you when you arrive and there's a lovely personal touch and welcoming feel. The ambience is warm, and you can hear and talk and it does feel like you're at a dinner party with friends and family. Finally, shout out to the chefs and servers. Knowledgable, conversational, and charming. We really enjoyed the Chef's Counter and the entire experience. Kudos to Chef Jon Krinn and his family for creating this masterpiece of a restaurant. It is Michelin star worthy, and we cannot wait to go back.

There's also gorgeous seating outside since it can get crowded. For food, you order from the front and they'll call you when the food is ready. We ordered the dubai gelato and pistachio lokmas. Both were presented tastefully to make sure our eyes and cameras wanted to eat before our stomachs. The dubai gelato was a quality dessert with a good ratio of milk: cream. The pistachio flavor was evident on top, but it was just a kinda tart vanilla ice cream with toppings. I did like it, however, and it paired well with the lokmas. The lokmas were fried to perfection, a nice amount of chewy, and covered with a good ratio of pistachio cream. They were a decent size and conducive to sharing. The prices of everything, overall, was pretty expensive, but the quality definitely made up for it.
