Currently there's a deal for $3 medium refreshers and when I asked her to change my small to a medium (because it was cheaper) she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. This place was slammed on a Saturday and I feel for the young girls working behind the counters... but I would never recommend this place. There's absolutely no customer service and no one there seems to be able to talk. One kid behind the counter, took my order, made a drink for himself and then left. I waited about 15 minutes for one drink. This is why no one likes to go out anymore. The quality just isn't there. read more

No idea why this company can't get their crap together. Ordered sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on a bagel....in the drive-thru. Got to the window, it was bacon. I didn't order that...she just looked at me like I did something wrong. Had no idea what to do Turned to another clueless employee and asked what to do....silence. Looked back at me.....silence. I was obviously in a hurry so I paid for them. She took the money, made change and shut the window. Every time I order a small BLACK hazelnut coffee...they pump some sort of creamy flavor into it, even though they sell hazelnut coffee, and I specifically asked for it black. Went through the drive-through and had to repeat my order 4x (it was just a bagel and a donut). The donut was missing even though it was recorded and I paid for it. Bagel was stale and carelessly prepared. As someone with experience in fast food I have sympathy for the stress of being backed up and having to work quickly, but there was literally no one else in the queue and several workers behind the counter. Won't be coming back. The person at the register was polite so 1 star. read more

I've always found this Dunkin' Donuts to be clean, well managed and very timely. Staff are always friendly (especially Dave, who seems to remember everyone!) and they go above and beyond to ask you how you're doing, see what's new with you and just give each customer the one-on-one attention you should expect from a takeout place. I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts if you are in the area. read more

I mention this Dunky's because it's one of the most ginormous interiors I've seen, with stuffed chairs on the inside, and has nice outside patio furniture...but you can't get to the patio except by exiting on the other side of the building and walking around, which seems like a waste. You can only get into the lot and exit from the cross street, not Washington, fwiw. read more

I only go to this Dunkin a couple times a month and normally get a pleasant person on the mic for ordering. Well on 11/25/21 and 11/27/21 around 11:00 am I was handled by one very rude girl. After getting a rude response because I didn't order my drink correctly she then told me "$10.XX, pull up" I don't think it was the same girl I got at the window but I can't believe the previous girl is allowed to be taking orders and dealing with customers. read more

We rolled up on the drive thru at 1pm to get a coffee. There were no cars in the lot so we figured a quick drive thru and we would be on our way. We ended up waiting 28 minutes for 1 drink. Yeah we should have just pulled out of line but at the point we were there for so long we had already invested 20 minutes of our weekend waiting. Asked for an egg and cheese on a croissant. They gave me sausage and egg on a croissant, with no cheese. It wasn't even that busy, but I was already at work by the time I realized they messed it up. Hopefully the employees wake up so they can get their orders correct. It's hard to mess up an order that simple. read more

Was just a quick stop. Large, spacious, CLEAN, fairly prompt service. The Chicken Salad Croissant was good. Wasn't busy when I was there but it was also 4PM. I didn't explore the rest rooms, so I can't comment on that. Goodly supply of donuts on offer at 4PM It was "well protected" when I stopped in. Break time for some of our finest. read more

My rule is 3 strikes your out. I went here 3 time recently when either nobody was in line at all or there was one other car and the first two times they didn't answer me in the drive through at all. The third time it took them 7 minutes to answer, with no body in line. Not going back I'll go to the other Dunkin on penfied road where they actually answer the drive through. read more

Horrible coffee - so disappointing. Paid over $3.00 and dumped it out. It was not fresh and it tasted awful - like it had been oversitting on the burner. When I dumped it out after three sips hoping it would taste better, it was loaded with coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. Ridiculous - will not go there again. read more

Sadly this location is terrible. Half the time you ask for a coffee with cream and sugar and you would swear they put none in. They also don't seem to know what it means to toast a bagel and it's not even slightly warm. These kids don't deserve the pay they receive. I will take my business to another dunkin where they know what they're doing and where they actually earn their hourly wage. read more

I started to swing by this location on Linden Ave because sometimes I drop my car off at a near by mechanic and I like to hang out at Dunkin and eat. I stopped going to Tim Hortons on Lincoln after years of loyalty. I'm not sure if a manager even works there. Dunkin is much better. I'll stop by whenever I can. read more

Tried to call after I received my order this morning but the number for the location(Linden Ave.) is not on the receipt and I needed to call and let them know that my order was wrong. I indicted twice at the drive thru that I did not want cheese on my order. Of course I received cheese. Since was on my way to work I didn't notice this until I drove off and didn't have time to go back. It wasn't busy someone clearly wasn't paying attention as the receipt clearly stated that I requested no cheese. Then to add insult to injury they don't add their phone number on the receipt for me to call to get a credit and I don't see the number on the website.
