I ordered the cake in-person 5 days before the party and provided them with details and decoration samples so they would know exactly what we wanted. When I went to pick it up, it did not look like my description at all. The colors were way off, and they left out details that I had given them. I asked them to fix it, and they agreed. However, when I went back to pick it up it only looked marginally better, AND they charged me $15 more thant he price I was quoted when I ordered it!
