We went to Powers farm market on a warm October Saturday. It was very busy and parking is atrocious. Was it worth it? I think so. My son had a ton of fun looking at the animals, doing the spooky day time hayride and looking at all the jack-o-lanterns in the giant tee pee. We didn't buy any pumpkins, but there were a ton to choose from. This is definitely a place to check out with your family.

I've been coming to Powers Farm Market as a fall tradition for years. While there are many things I still love about Powers such as the festive decor, donuts, pumpkin selection, and teepees, I find the price increases a bit off putting. I understand they are a business and need to make money, but the hayride prices are just not reasonable for a family of 5. The daytime prices are $10.25 per person which I have no issue with. The night prices are $6 dollars more ($16.25 per person) for a family of 5 this is just not a great value and we will have to rethink coming back next season.

Attended an event at Power's Farm Market called BaaaaFest. As the name implies it did involve sheep along with alpacas. It was mostly an event geared toward children. It included sheep shearing, feeding the animals, wagon rides, a some nice music. We attended mainly to see my niece who was demonstrating how to spin yard from the sheep and alpaca fur. The farm market itself seemed to be a typical farm market. A big draw seems to be the many different events they host during the year. One of their biggest being during pumpkin season. 2023-36

This is kind of your typical pumpkin patch. It has a lot of prepicked pumpkins, along with a cool corn husk teepee to walk through, including carved pumpkins. There are also animals you can feed and a little store. We have a family tradition of coming once a year in the fall, but my three year old is ready to go in about half an hour. If you are looking for a farm with lots to do, this isn't it. It is a nice place for a quick fall stop though. If you're wanting to pick your own pumpkin however, this is not the place to do it

What a great farm market that has everything from baked goods, fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers, jewelry, pumpkins and much more

To be honest, I didn't go in. I just want to see the animals cause I'm an animal lover lol and it was free to see them but it does cost $.25 if you want to feed them.

Took our 11 month here to see some pumpkins and animals. Conveniently located in Pittsford, they have a large shop that sells baked goods, cider and also this large teepee structure which has Halloween decorations and lights inside. Very kid friendly place as you might expect and is almost overcrowded on the weekends (only drawback). But definitely worth checking out since it's so conveniently located and inexpensive outdoor activity with the kiddos.

Favorite place during the fall! Their tee pees are a blast. They fill them with carved pumpkins. I went every year when I was a child and look forward to going still as an adult. They have hay rides and a photo area set up. Inside they have jams, cookies, produce, honey etc to purchase. They also have decor and gift items. They also have a good amount of animals to see and feed. Really fun outing with the family or friends. They do some other fun events like the sheep shearing event. That's a blast! And their vegetable plants are great quality. If you're looking to start a veggie garden but don't want to mess with the seed stage you can buy seedlings/young plants that are super healthy and thrive easily for a reasonable price.

I'm not sure why I have not written a review before as I like most have been here a few times. It seems everyone who lives in that area has got to get that "Fall Photo Op" in front of the that sign Powers puts up with all the pumpkins and such. I believe they also do one for Christmas too. It's not unusual to see wild turkeys walking around, you can go visit with all the animals, see the corn teepees and etc. They have all kinds of locally made food stuffs inside, fruits and vegetables and other stuff. It's a cute place to check out no matter what your age. I believe it's a family owned enterprise which I think is cool. They have a parking lot a plus.

It is our first time here when I came and visited with my family. We didn't know what to expect but we were very happy. My 1 year old walked around, explored the ground and checked out pumpkins. I love how they have clean water to wash your hands after you feed the animals. They also have clean bathrooms around, the service was superb. They have donuts, pies, apple, ciders and many more! We will be back again next year, we skipped the hayride which is kid friendly! We can't wait to go back and love supporting our local businesses.

No Handicap parking! Typically not an issue but during busy holiday seasons anyone with mobility issues will be at the mercy of luck.

Nice place to visit in the fall but is too expensive. There are similarly fun farm markets that do not charge an arm and a leg.

Super cute spot to kick start your fall! We randomly found them last year on a fall drive along…read moreroutes 5&20, and had to go back this year again. They have all kinds of pumpkins (edible heirlooms and traditional orange in all shapes and sizes), plus gourds and minis, mums, corn stalks and hay bales, perfect for decorating (and GREAT prices, at $7 for a full-sized hay bale and $20 for 4 gorgeous heirloom pumpkins). Last year I bought 4 heirlooms and used them inside for my seasonal display and they lasted through winter, at which point I processed them all for soup! For families, they have games and play areas, a corn maze, a petting zoo, rides, and an apple blaster where you shoot apples at targets (more fun than it probably sounds!). The apple blaster is also perfect for a friendly competition between friends... Inside they have lots of fall themed decorations available for purchase, plus food that includes fresh apple cider donuts (available as singles, 6 packs and dozens) and local cider, coffee, hot cocoa, fresh popcorn, chili dogs and cookies. We ate a chili dog (good sized red hot with a nice meaty chili and red bean topping), pumpkin coffee, 6 donuts and popcorn while walking around picking our pumpkins, and were very pleased with the taste, portions and quality. This place will be on our list of must-dos for years to come! Definitely recommended!

I love Wickham farms!…read more I've been going here for 4 years and I feel like every year it gets busier (so that does definitely have a downside as the farm and parking lot get full), and they add more cute little things around the farm as well as more events. You're not allowed to bring any food or drinks in, but they now have enough food options that I think most could find something that works for them. The hot foods like burgers are pretty basic and remind me of school lunches, so they're a bit overpriced for what they are. The apple cider shakeups are the best though, and they also have great apple cider donuts and slushy. Highly recommend. Tickets are pretty expensive. If you're an adult without kids, it might be worth it to buy the full ticket pass (for apple picking and the fun farm area) once if you want to check it out, but in general I recommend buying the apple picking ticket only. You get to pick a bag of apples, take some cute pics in some of the areas set up for that purpose, and check out the pumpkins and the store, where you can buy the apple shakeup and donut. In the summer they also have flower picking events and the sunflower spectacular tickets which have also been a great time!

However, I bit the bullet and found the value($23.95 for barnyard tickets and $28.95 including apple picking) to be worthwhile as well as the selection of activities for all ages to be enjoyable. To every member of the staff that we approached, they were all very kind and informative. We got to enjoy the apple cider donuts, apple cider, pumpkin smash, and the ride to the apple orchards. We were surprised to see an event where they drop a large pumpkin high above ground, but it was very cool to watch (and wondered if this was because this was their last weekend of opening!)
