They have all kinds of pumpkins (edible heirlooms and traditional orange in all shapes and sizes), plus gourds and minis, mums, corn stalks and hay bales, perfect for decorating (and GREAT prices, at $7 for a full-sized hay bale and $20 for 4 gorgeous heirloom pumpkins). Last year I bought 4 heirlooms and used them inside for my seasonal display and they lasted through winter, at which point I processed them all for soup! For families, they have games and play areas, a corn maze, a petting zoo, rides, and an apple blaster where you shoot apples at targets (more fun than it probably sounds!). The apple blaster is also perfect for a friendly competition between friends... Inside they have lots of fall themed decorations available for purchase, plus food that includes fresh apple cider donuts (available as singles, 6 packs and dozens) and local cider, coffee, hot cocoa, fresh popcorn, chili dogs and cookies. We ate a chili dog (good sized red hot with a nice meaty chili and red bean topping), pumpkin coffee, 6 donuts and popcorn while walking around picking our pumpkins, and were very pleased with the taste, portions and quality. This place will be on our list of must-dos for years to come! Definitely recommended!

A perfect fall day for the whole family. Springside Farms is an absolute must visit during the fall…read moreseason. We came for the apple cider donuts and stayed for everything else. The donuts were warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Paired with hot apple cider it's a classic fall treat. Don't skip the apple fritters which are sweet, crispy, and loaded with flavor. As for the fun activities: Pedal cars are at the top of the list & turned into a full on race for the kids The corn maze and tree maze were cleverly designed. Both fun and challenging enough. So many pumpkins to pick from & you can borrow one of the wagons near the entrance to tote your pumpkins/belongings around The animals were a hit with the younger kids. Super cute and well cared for. Tons of games, hoops, and activities to keep everyone busy. The café had great snacks and drinks when we needed a break The jump trampoline and zip lines added a burst of energy and adventure to our visit and a hit!!! There's truly something here for everyone from toddlers to grandparents. We left with full hearts (and a dozen donuts). Highly recommend spending a day here (they have season pass so check that out too) you'll leave with great memories and probably a sugar rush!!! Fast & friendly service with great value Admission includes all of the activities listed above - a great value if you ask me! Adults $15

However, the woman at the front desk in the gift shop was rude. She was annoyed that we wanted to purchase a tree late in the day (we called to make sure it was OK to arrive at 4:30pm before we arrived). She made a comment about "the next time someone calls about coming in at 5pm I'm telling them no" right in front of us. We usually purchase items from the gift shop in addition to the tree but, after that encounter, we left without shopping (loss on their part as we normally spend $100-$200 in the gift shop). We'll have to consider whether or not we return next year for a tree or go somewhere else.

There are tons of apples when you go and you will never find yourself looking too long for a good pick, they are everywhere! The food and drinks they sell are very tasty as well. I love the apple cider slushies. They are delicious! I also always have to get an apple cider donut too. I highly recommend partaking in both every time you go there. There are also different games and animals to check out as well. The only issue I have about this farm is the price of their pumpkins are out of this world. I almost gave it 3 stars for that very reason. They price them by size and the largest ones can be quite expensive. I hate that concept with a passion and refuse to get pumpkins from here. I mean come on, you can literally drive to 3 other farms in the area and go pumpkin picking for 2 bucks a pumpkin and that goes for all sizes. Pumpkins are not a highcost item to produce and shouldn't be priced like this. So come here for the fruits, the fun, and the cider. Until they correct the prices, go elsewhere for pumpkins.

The farm is beautiful, however with the mandate of every family member to buy a bag of apples about 60 bucks is a lit to pay for the short moment. For our family, We just can not see the logic in charging to pick the apples for the sun of 60 bucks .
